I am trying to do a background blur in Premiere Elements 19, I've learned how to do that, but now I can't seem to find out how to reshape the mask. There isn't a place to change the shape from what I see. I've looked in the form and searched online for over a few hours now and can't find anything on shaping the mask for elements 19
Hi,I have videos done with my iPhone, which produces .mov files. But I can't import them into Premiere Elements 2018 to edit.If others have this problem have you found a workaround? Using a third-party converter to render the files in another video format? This seems a real flaw in an otherwise fine program, not to recognize a very common file format.Any help will be appreciated! Lots of great videos of 4 year-olds await.Thanks.Rachel
I am running PRE12 on Windows 10 Home v1903. I am attempting to create a Blu-Ray disc. Following are screenshots of the steps PRE12 executes to burn the Blu-Ray disc.Disc options: Encoding Menu 1 of 2 - Completed Successfully Encoding Menu 2 of 2 - Completed SuccessfullyEncoding Media - Completed SuccessfullyCompiling Media - Completed SuccessfullyBurning Disc 1 of 1Almost immediately after progressing to the Burn step, PRE12 displays "device error".I have tried several combinations of the options to burn a blu-ray disc. All end after apparently completing the "Encoding Media" step and beginning the burn to disc step. Almost immediately after progressing to the Burn step, PRE12 displays "device error".How to I troubleshoot the problem?
I had created a new project and was able to work on it for a week. The last thing I did was add a new video file. I was able to save and redor that day with no issues at all. When I went the next day to open it, only the "loading project" bar would come up. It usually stops at 68%. It allows me to click the cancel button but then the entire program locks up and the window to "wait" or close it comes up because it's locked up.I read another post were the guy was told to go to his %appdata%>adobe>premier elements> and rename his version # to .OLD. Tried that and still having the same issue. Reboot has been done of course. Went to services running in taskbar and shutdown all other apps that don't need to run, like browers, media players, skype, etc. Tried again and the same thing happened. I don't believe this is RAM related as I can run many other programs parallel with out issues.I thought it might be that last video file I had added so I removed it's reference pointer, or wher
I have a scene with 3 cameras. I would like to input camera 1 clip into video track 1, and then same with 2 and 3.Is there a way to tell Elements which of the tracks i want to use for a specific segment without cliping or triming or moving.Just telling Elements to use video / audio track 1 (attached) for this time period and then switch to Track 3 for a time period (1 min) and then switch to Track 2 for 2 mins and then Track 1 etc.
no sound on clips loaded into a new project so I tried an old project & no sound either. However, sound working ok when not going via PE15.There was an automatic Windows update about 5 days ago. Is this purely coincidental?
Thank you Shivangi! I did have one more question. After I've saved a project to an mp4 file, can I edit it to add more clips (also mp4 files)? I was going to edit the prel file and resave it, but a couple of the files didn't load. Thanks again for your help.Holly

I have purchased the adobe premiere elements 2019 and while it is completely installed I try to run and I get this message"We have detected an incompatible display driver. To get a better and faster playback performance, please update your display driver"I have gone to my settings and I checked all drivers one by one for updates and I receive the message that all of them have the latest update and there is no other update available. Please help me on this because it is really frustrating. Thanks
I am new to exporting video from Premiere Elements 2019 for eventual burning to Blu Ray. When I am ready to export, I am selecting the Devices, then Custom Setting. There I can choose H.264 AVCHD (my shooting format) and I export to my desk top. What I end up with is four files, and what do I do with them? They are not in a combined file, just loose. I have a separate Blu Ray burner and software, so do I just drag these files and drop them in? There must be more to this. What is the next step to get these four files to create a Blu Ray? These are the file names and types:Video Project 1 MP4 VideoVideo Project 1.m4v.xmp XMP FileVideo Project 1.m4v.xmpses XMPSES FileVideo Project 1

I'm a new user of Premiere Elements. Today I tried creating a short video using footage from a Panasonic 4k camcorder. Things went well for a short time, but soon random red screens began appearing in the timeline and playback. I've read this has been an issue with prior versions of the software as well as with all versions of Premiere Pro. The problem can be fixed in Pro by changing media preferences (uncheck Enable accelerated decoding of intel h.264). This isn't an option in Premiere Elements. Can someone help?Thank you.
I have a problem with Premiere Elements. Some pictures in jpeg format are not rendered properly in the exported video. They have an area on the bottom that shows part of another unrelated image, like on this example :
Hello Adobe ForumCan I import a edited clip from a Premiere Elements project to another? That is, direct, without any mixdown?Sincerely Gert
Got my Windows 10 machine and Premiere Elements 15 at the same time and they've been working fine UNTIL...The big Windows update about a month or so ago and suddenly I cannot play sound within my Premiere Elements program.Important notes:The audios play fine using Audacity and I've exported my sound file as an mp3 and as two different versions of .wav but no version now produces sound within Premiere Elements.I've opened previous Premiere Elements projects that had worked just fine before the update but they also do not produce sound within the program.Yet when I export the video (.MP4 format) the sound is just fine. So I can edit a video with a soundtrack that cannot be heard during the editing but once exported into the final format it sounds just fine.Since the problem arose immediately after the update I am thinking the issue is with the update. Is there something I need to reconfigure?Any help would be greatly appreciated.BassoraMo
Hi there,I am working with a 15 second video clip and I want to make two keyframes:keyframe 1 at beginning of video - zoomed in and panned slightlykeyframe 2 at end of video - zoomed out to 100% of videoWhen i do this, the transitions between the two keyframes only lasts 3 seconds and it's completely zoomed out (100% of the video). I don't want this to happen in 3 seconds, I want the transition to happen slower and for the entire length of the 15 second video. What am I doing wrong here? Why doesn't this work? I can easily get this to work in gopro studio but it doesn't act the same here in premiere elements. Please help!

I have Elements 13. Windows 7.I have previously been able to create a DVD with menus but now I seem unable to either create a DVD or an iso file.If I try to burn a DVD it says there is a problem but has created an iso image but it isn't in the folder specified.I have tried to create an iso image separately and although it says that it was successful it isn't in the folder it was saved to.I would appreciate any help. Thanks,Don
I have PSE premier and have imported about 2000 pictures and videos and iPhone live shots from my recent trip to Alaska. My videos total about 1 hour. I have imported all the regular JPG pictures, but can't play the videos. I keep getting a yellow error screen that says "Media Pending" in several languages. What can I do to see my .MOV files?
Hi. Video imported: Mp4, H264, AAC, 1280x720, 30fps, 180.28MB.
I recorded a video of installing an application on my iPhone 8. When I download the video to my hard drive (Windows 10 Pro) and import into Premier Elements 18, the beginning of the video is cut off. I have Premier Pro 6 on a different computer and when I import, it imports everything just fine (no cutting off of the beginning)I saw the same question on the forum from last October and Steve's recommendation was to get information from MediaInfo which is below. Can anyone help?GeneralComplete name : E:\Documents\WorkTemp\Captivate\RPReplay_Final1563191665.MP4Format : MPEG-4Format profile

My audio system is nothing compli
