Premiere Elements

This doesn't happen all the time, but when I go to fade in or out a clip, the audio drops to zero.  I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it's a bug.  I made a video of it (sorry, no mouse cursor for some reason):

Using (with a Macbook Pro and version 19) Photoshop Elements Organizer and Premiere Elements in concert Organizer locks and everything locks. I can force quit Organizer and re-load it. That only works for awhile.. . .This is expecially frustrating because I bought a Macbook Pro (2/19) after a couple of visits to the Apple Store to complain about the same problem with my two year old Macbook. On each visit I was assured that a Macbook Pro with its strong video processing power would be the solution. But his 2018 Pro withIntel Iris Plus Graphics 655 1536 MBhasn't solved anything and I see no difference between the performance. I am $2000 poorer.

How do you assign a new name to a preset for rendering a video in mp4 format?

Dear all,in my video project I'm filming with an iphone x with the App "FilmicPro". I downloaded the files in premiere elements 2019. I can see the videoclips and I can hear the sound, when freshly imported. When I'm working with the clips, there is no sound from time to time in all the clips  (but I can see the sound line all the time). What can I do, what's wrong?I'm looking forward for your answers and hope, that anyone could help me - That's extremely annoying.

Hi, I have Premiere Elements 4 and have never had a technical problem with it until now. I can go into the app and do some work on a project but if I close it and go back later in the day, the app wont open unless I restart my computer.Have gone into program files and tried it directly with the exe file but that wouldn't work either.I thought of uninstalling it then putting it back on again but I am part way trough a project and am afraid of losing it.I do have all the apps working files and my clips in a folder on my desktop but don't know if removing the app will affect this or not.Anyone have any ideas about this?

Here is what I did.I cut a clip, and then deleted the audio in that clip.I cut another clip that contained suitable shop background noise and copied the audio out of that clip.The audio clip was not long enough to fill the deleted audio in the first clip.I "stretched" the end of the short audio clip to fill the gap.The clip plays as I wish it to but I get numbers in the upper left hand corners of the clips????????

I am working with Elements 2019. It worked the last time but now when a load a clip into the timeline it plays for roughly 1 sec and stops. I tried rebooting my computer and that work for one clip but when i loaded in another it started doing the same thing. 

Is there a way in premier elements to have a running clock (running up would be fine or running down) so that as you're watching a sports video - in this case, my kids soccer games - you can keep a digital running clock in the upper right corner kind of thing?  Tips on how to do that would be great! thanks!  Steve

Hallo.Ich habe vor kurzem Premioere und Photoshop r17 gekauft. Ich habe Online nach einem sauberen Codec Pack gesucht und schliesslich endlich eine gefunden.Mein Premiere r17 kann nur sehr wenige Formae laden. Vorher konnte ich jedenfalls noch MP4 laden und exportien.Wo liegt das Problem ? Kann Premiere nur Codec verwenden, die auch in der Codec Bibliothek gespeichert sind, oder klappt es auch so ?Avi kann ich wohl laden aber die Datei wird mir dabei einfach zu gross. Vor allem wenn ich mehrere Sequenzen habe.Vorher funktionierte alles ohne Probleme. Aber jetzt habe ich mir Win 10 Pro N installiert und habe nur Probleme.Das Codec Pack habe ich ganuz normal entpackt und installiert. Aber er will einfach nicht.Liegt das Problem jetzt an meinem Windows oder doch an den Codecs ?

Since several day I use Adobe Premiere Elements 2019.I found no way for import my DV / HDV Tapes to Elements 2019.I use Windows-10, HDV Camaras are Sony HDR-HC7E and HDR-HC9EWhen I select add Media from DVD(Camcorder)Then I get the following Info.Im not able to select any Surce (Quelle)Before I worked with Adobe Premiere Elements 9With this, I was able with the function "Medien abrufen" to select DV or HDV Camcorder.Connection between Sony Camera and PC is FireWire Cable. This worked allways fine.Any Idea what I can change ?

I was using Premiere Elements 14 successfully for several years and recently the Cross dissolve and Fade to black transitions stopped working (possibly others as well). After trying to resolve this problem without success I decided to upgrade.I re-installed Windows 10 completely and purchased and installed Premiere Elements 2019 and BOOM .... transitions will not work. I can drag and drop say, the cross dissolve transition onto the timeline over the split between any 2 clips and set the time, say 3 seconds and ensure that it is centered. It displays as an aqua box over the split but does absolutely nothing. If I scrub along the time-line over the transition it has no effect and if I export to MP4 there is no cross fade.Any help would be appreciated.

I've recently purchased a GoPro Hero 7 black and discovered that only files recorded with the camera the 'correct' way up will import in to Premier Elements 15.Unless the videos are recorded:A) With the camera's rotation setting set to 'auto' and the camera the 'correct' way up.orB) With the camera's rotation setting set to 'Up'.upon import the error message 'The importer reported a generic error' is given.Can anyone help?Thanks in advance,Martin

I have an older version, Premiere Element 4 so I hope someone can still help me.I made a video abut 10 years ago in which I applied effects to the title. I am making another now in which I wish to have the same effect but it seems to have vanished. It is a spin for individual words in the title.   http://www.reichmeisterrotts.com/kids.html  You can see what I mean here.Also, I put in a transition between the title page and the first clip but it carries the title over onto the first clip for a few seconds. It does not do that without the transition but I can't find a way to completely remove a transition, only to replace them.Thanks for any help you can give me.

I've found a really nice motion title that I'd like to use (Motion titles -> Fun -> 02SportsLowerThird) - however, I'd like to have all the objects in the title (except the background) moved down and to the left a bit.I know how to move the 'canvas' for the title after adding it to my timeline, but I'd have to do it for every time I add it (up to 72 or 90 times per video!), which would make it a little tedious..No, saving as a new custom title after moving the canvas does not save the canvas position.. (I might be misusing the word 'canvas' here..).I can also drag individual objects around with the mouse if I go into edit mode on the title (double-click it on the timeline), but I cannot select multiple elements, and since there is no way to control that I move things 'Xpx left, Y px down), I can't move the objects in a controlled fashion (there are 6 objects + background in total in this title).Any advise?Any google search for 'how to create motion title' leads to 'how to add a m

I have several things going on and reinstalled but had no affect When editing a project the step forward/back toggle moves multiple clips. And the freeze frame often pops up without initiation. When adjusting color (example) when slightly adjusting one color, the image occasionally changes to another.Many times after an adjustment is made, the color reverts to pre-adjustment setting

I have just started to film in 4k using a Sony RX10M4. In the past, I have always removed the SD card from the video camera and plugged it into my PC card reader and then downloaded just the MP4 files to hard disk. I then imported the files using Add Media/Files and Folders.With this new camera I see there is an XML file with every MP4 file. I always ignored the XML file before. Is this OK or should I also import the XML files instead of just the MP4 files?Also, should I import the clips directly from the camera or am I ok doing it with the card reader?

Bonjour, jusqu'à présent j'utilisais un iPhone 7 pour mes vidéos, puis les montais avec Première 14. Tout allait bien.Avec mon nouvel iPhone XS Max, les vidéos importées dans Première ne se montent pas facilement et in fine le résultat est très mauvais. J'ai acheté la mise la mise à jour Première 2019,, pensant qu'il y avait peut-être un problème de compatibilité du iPX avec l'ancienne version de Première: c'est pareil.Résultat: je suis obligé de monter mes vidéos directement sur l'iPhone ce qui est très réducteur.Merci de votre aide.Précision: lorsque, avec l'iP7, j'importais mes vidéos dans Premier 14, je pouvais les lire directement, les couper, les déplacer, etc.. Avec l'iPX, je vois les vignettes mais tout est bloqué. Je ne peux que cliquer sur "rendu" (et c'est très long) et les images sautent, scintillent et c'est trouble. En essayant de modifier dans paramètres, rien ne change.Merci de votre aide

I have Audio tracks from AVCHD files that have 6 channels. When I want to make volume adjustment, I have control over only 2 of those audio channels inside that audio track. How to adjust volume of the others 4 channels? I have several hours of work done on that projects, I don't want to start over again. It seems something happen in this projects, since when I open a new projects to test with the same files, I have control over the 6 channels of the audio track.

I am in expert view and still cannot see the cropping tool. I have read everything I can find and can't find an answer. Here is what I see. No effects or fx to click on in the bottom toolbar. Clicking on it in the side toolbar only gives me motion and opacity. Help!!! Please and thank you!

Bought APE 2019 a week ago but found out it no longer supports DV camcorders. I looking to get a refund and have been on hold with Customer Service for 1 hour 10 mins, is there another way get a refund without calling the 800 number? Thanks

Suddenly now when I try to capture into PE12 i get Adobe Premier Elements 12 has stopped working,this happens when I click on the DV camcorder option in the Get Media drop down, I can capture from Files ,hard drive DVDs.I have had no problems before now, using windows7 8gig memory.Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem please?Problem 2. As I can't capture in PE 12 but I can in PE 7,however I can not burn a DVD in PE 7 as I get a message telling me to Activate the burning process however when I click on the Link shown I get a page showing Adobe X The Presets LYRICAL MASTERS nothing in relation to activating the link, how can I fix these problems.Thanks,Ken
