Premiere Elements

Bonjour, jusqu'à présent j'utilisais un iPhone 7 pour mes vidéos, puis les montais avec Première 14. Tout allait bien.Avec mon nouvel iPhone XS Max, les vidéos importées dans Première ne se montent pas facilement et in fine le résultat est très mauvais. J'ai acheté la mise la mise à jour Première 2019,, pensant qu'il y avait peut-être un problème de compatibilité du iPX avec l'ancienne version de Première: c'est pareil.Résultat: je suis obligé de monter mes vidéos directement sur l'iPhone ce qui est très réducteur.Merci de votre aide.Précision: lorsque, avec l'iP7, j'importais mes vidéos dans Premier 14, je pouvais les lire directement, les couper, les déplacer, etc.. Avec l'iPX, je vois les vignettes mais tout est bloqué. Je ne peux que cliquer sur "rendu" (et c'est très long) et les images sautent, scintillent et c'est trouble. En essayant de modifier dans paramètres, rien ne change.Merci de votre aide

I have Audio tracks from AVCHD files that have 6 channels. When I want to make volume adjustment, I have control over only 2 of those audio channels inside that audio track. How to adjust volume of the others 4 channels? I have several hours of work done on that projects, I don't want to start over again. It seems something happen in this projects, since when I open a new projects to test with the same files, I have control over the 6 channels of the audio track.

I am in expert view and still cannot see the cropping tool. I have read everything I can find and can't find an answer. Here is what I see. No effects or fx to click on in the bottom toolbar. Clicking on it in the side toolbar only gives me motion and opacity. Help!!! Please and thank you!

Bought APE 2019 a week ago but found out it no longer supports DV camcorders. I looking to get a refund and have been on hold with Customer Service for 1 hour 10 mins, is there another way get a refund without calling the 800 number? Thanks

Suddenly now when I try to capture into PE12 i get Adobe Premier Elements 12 has stopped working,this happens when I click on the DV camcorder option in the Get Media drop down, I can capture from Files ,hard drive DVDs.I have had no problems before now, using windows7 8gig memory.Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem please?Problem 2. As I can't capture in PE 12 but I can in PE 7,however I can not burn a DVD in PE 7 as I get a message telling me to Activate the burning process however when I click on the Link shown I get a page showing Adobe X The Presets LYRICAL MASTERS nothing in relation to activating the link, how can I fix these problems.Thanks,Ken

I am unable to import an mp4 into Elements. I copied and pasted it from my phone into Windows Explorer. It plays perfectly on my computer. When I try to import it (Add media/ Files and Folders) I receive an error ("The importer reported a generic error"). Version = Premiere Elements 14  (Version 14.1 (20151208.daily.895401). I updated it today to make sure everything was current.Phone = Pixel 2XLOperating system =  Windows 7 ver. 6.1.7601 service pack 1 build 7601Any help would be appreciated.

Something happened to my "preferred settings"?Every time I stop or play or add a file, music or video, a box pops up and says it is rendering required files (it did not use to do this until lately).Even if I render the project, save and shut down. When I bring it back up it renders again.I am working on a 30 minute video, so each time it does this it takes a period of time.How do I shut this back off so that it only render when I ask it to?Thanks

Again, this is what i have Experienced with Prem 15. I add media and select webcam. The camera I use comes up fine on the screen, working very well as far as movement and all. then when I click the capture/ record button,  the screen goes black and a window pops up saying, " Recorder error , driver error"

I plugged in the webcam and it comes on fine, but when I click the capture button screen goes black and says driver error. I also selected the folder path for video. Thank you. Premier 15

Also says  "no device control" even though it recognizes web cam and cam actully comes on the screen

Can  anyone explain if I can play an MP4 video on Prem15 and Pause it at certain Places, Then Record live video to insert at that point, and do this throughout the Playing video? can this be accomplished with this program, Thank you, Stan in Ct.

So basically i am rendering a 4K video, Premiere tells me that the rendered file size will be about 1.6G but when I look at the file its just 38Megs and the quality is quite poor obviously.

How do you add transitions to the "frequently used" category?

Whenever I use Auto Tone, whether I customize it or not, my Mac hangs and I have to force it to quit.  Short clips, long clips, doesn't matter.  I have no idea why.  Any thoughts?

Premiere Elements 17 (2019), Windows 10 (up-to-date), 16Gb RAM, AMD Ryzen 5 2400G 3600Mhz/4 coreI understand how to adjust the volume of a track for final project rendering/playback. That is not what I seek.What I need: Working in the Elements interface, the default play-back volume of an audio track approaches ear-splitting levels and it appears Elements bypasses Windows 10, instead using direct hardware access. (I can "mute" sound in Windows and Premiere blares on). I can use the Audio Mixer to affect levels but then it adjusts the track so what when compiled, the resultant file has volume reduced by -21dB/is nearly inaudible.SO what I'm after is how to adjust the playback volume while working on the project without affecting the track or the resultant output. (No, I don't have a physical volume control on my speaker; it relies on Windows/system to control volume.)TIAJohn

Hi, I'm new to this software. Recently just got back from a skiing holiday and I want to be able to really slow my footage down, so whilst i was out there i recorded some shots in 1080p at 240 fps. I have converted the video from H.265, and it converted to 240 fps, which is what I wanted. But then when i add it to my project on Premiere Elements 19, it wont let me export my video in any higher than 60 fps. Is there a way around this or am I stuck with only using 60 fps?

HI all,I recently installed Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 & Premiere Elements 2019 on my iMac which is running latest 10.14.3 (Mojave) os.  When I launch Premiere Elements 2019, a Home screen appears which contains large graphic buttons/links for: Organizer, Photo Editor and Video Editor.  If I click on Organizer, a spinning progress thingy displays for about 30 secs, then disappears, but Organizer does not open.  If I click on the shortcut for Organizer in the dock, Organizer loads fine.  The other 2 links/buttons work (once I entered my license codes).I think it has something to do with the fact that when I copied/dragged the initial set of Adobe icons down to the dock, maybe I moved it (from Applications folder) instead of copying it?  In Finder, if I look at  Applications\Adobe Premiere Elements 2019,  all I see is:Support Files (folder)Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 (app)Thinking that maybe I accidentally MOVED Organizer app to the dock (instea

Hi,how can I set the frame size of my project to a custom value like 100x200 or 1234x3456?It is said, that I have to set the project settings at the beginning and it cannot be changed later - ok. But at the beginning, I can only choose from a fixed set of presets for videos and can not change the frame size to an individual one.ThanksKonrad

I just purchased several months ago, Photoshop Elements 2018 & Premiere Elements 2018.  I'm getting messages saying ERROR DW071 & DW003 on both.  Also when I try to open PREMIERE ELEMENTS, I'm getting the message:  Could not complete your request because it is NOT the right kind of document.  Very frustrating when you've paid for this purchase.  Photoshop Elements asked for my  Serial Number, but Premiere Elements did not.  I have both serial numbers handy.  Can someone please help with these issues.
