Premiere Elements

Similar problem on my end.  I am running Adobe Premiere Elements 15 (version 15.0), which I purchased in early 2017, on an Mac with OS 10.12.6.   Have made a number of videos successfully in the past 22 months, edited from footage originally shot on analog camcorder, transferred to DVD, then imported raw onto the Mac as .vob files.Early this year I began to notice the aforementioned issue; video content is from the clip I want; audio is from a completely different clip.  Sometimes it appeared to be resolved by going to "Preferences" and cleaning the media cache database, exiting, and re-starting.  But more recently this problem has been happening with increasing frequency and cleaning the cache is not an effective solution.  Recently, I started a new project and added data in the form of one of these .vob files.  Again, video content is from the clip I want; audio is from a completely different clip.  Have tried numerous times to clear cache; hav

Hey guys,I'm having the following issue (which I've never encountered before). I've just created a new project and imported into it new audio and video files. I've done this many times before, always using the same equipment (same video camera, same audio recorder, same laptop and Premiere Elements 15). This time around, however, the all the video files play slowed down, and neither the videos nor the audio files have any sound. I tried creating another project, but with the same result.Do you guys have an idea what could be causing this?Thanks so much!

i realise my question might be a bit awkward, but i'm a total noob at this so any help is appreciated!im making a video for my friend and have a bunch of his ingame replays; all mp4 files, all 1920x1080.but when i export it, even at 1080p highest quality, the picture is consistently pixelated and jagged, unless the video hits a section where i've zoomed in.at that point, the quality improves dramatically and the pixelation is completely gone 90% of the time.how do i fix this? are my computer's specifications a factor?thanks!

I recently upgraded from Elements 17 to Elements 19.  I have edited two projects in 19. Now the imac will open the Elements 19 program to the timeline abut after 5 seconds, shuts down.  No clue what to do.

when I attempt to export a project to Disc I get the following message.I have tried two different R/W drives and get the same result.

I am running PE 19 on a Win 10 laptop which has a DVD/Blu-Ray burner. Since I am new to PE 19, I am looking for help/direction. The tutorials I have watch and the  online User's Guide all reference PE 18. My problem is with the Movie Menu. I did successfully capture video, create a movie, with a title, music and menu markers. Went to Tools and selected Movie Menu which allowed me to pick a theme that had two frames. I then selected Preview Movie in the Movie Menu window which allowed me to verify that the disk menu was correct. Then clicked on Done expecting the disk menu to be saved. Went to Export & Share and selected Disk which brought me to a burn screen. In the right hand corner is a small preview window which has the Title but no menu. I can use the slide to move within the movie but unable to actually play it. Is this how it's supposed to work? I did go ahead and burn the movie hoping the disk menu was linked but no disk menu on playback. So how do I get the disk menu o

Hello,I currently got back from a trip and was working on a video but have everything finished but the video will not export. it gets to anywhere from 1% to 10% and then just stops. I used footage from my DJI Mavic 2 pro , a Sony camera and a Gopro. most of the footage is in 4k but some is in 1080p. I have exported vidoes in the past with  no issues. My laptop is a Lenovo with an I-7 7700 processor, and the Nvidia 1050 graphics card. It have the settings set to high performance.  It almost seems like the laptop processer is not able to use the all of its processing power to export. Do I need to change the settings on my computer or in the Adobe platform?Thanks.

I am getting no sound on clips when I import them into premier elements 2019 I have imported both mp4 and mov and there is no sound during playback, even when i have not done any editing yet. I have checked the files in other programs and the sounds works fine. nothing is muted and the audio tracks shows on the screen. What could be the problem?

Hi, I have just bought a brand new laptop, 16GB RAM, Geforce GTX video card with 4GB Memory, intel i7, 256 GB SSD drive but every time I start up adobe premiere elements 2018 it never loads the video project and crashes within a minute or so of starting up. The clips are in the correct folders and everything is in the right place. All the while the CPU is running at 100% and the fans are going crazy, like the laptop is ready to take off. Something is definitely wrong with Elements 2018, my specs are at least double what your recommended system requirements are and still I cannot load in a saved project to continue editing.

Hi AllI have tried to contact Adobe but it is impossible.  Web site just keeps sending me round and round and round, so hoping one of you can help.I have just installed and updated PE 13.  Every time I try to open the prog.  I get a notice telling me there is no disc in Drive E.  Surely this is a fault ?  Also when I do insert the disc and clocik continue the notice closes and immediatly opens up again with the same error message.Any idea how I can fix this nightmare please?Kind regardsPhillip

Hey, I want to render my project in more than 30 fps. Is there any solution for my problem? The best render setting was at 1080p at 30 fps. Thanks.

I have finished my first project (10 minute video).  I am trying to burn it to DVD, but Elements says it can not find a DVD burner, yet this computer DOES have a DVD burner.  Any suggestion?

Hallo,ich habe im gesamten Projekt unbewusst ein Einstellung vorgenommen, so dass bei jedem im Schnittfester eingefügten Clip die Video- und die Audiospur grundsätzlich nicht mehr gekoppelt sind. Die Wirkung ist die, als hätte ich grundsätzlich "Verknüpfung aufheben" eingestellt.Ich muss diese Einstellung unbedingt wieder zurücknehmen, denn so ist ein Schnitt unmöglich.Kann mir jemand helfen?Danke im VorausMichael

Last week I just upgraded from Premiere Elements 10 to Premiere Elements 2019.  I have clips downloaded from video camera when still working with Version 10 and when previewed they are fine, with video and audio intact.  As soon as I bring them into Organizer, the audio vanishes.  Video is fine.  Any ideas? 

Constantly I am having a problem with viewing the video and pictures in a project. I reopened a project I was working on. However when I opened the project I can't view the project. when I press play the screen stays the same but I can hear the music. I have to restart my computer to see the project. I tried closing Premiere and opening it again however for some reason once I close the program it does not allow me to open it again. Hi all, the big chap in red has been and gone and left me a new pc, a gopro hero and premiere elements2019  (lovely bloke that Santa Claus chap).  I'm a total newbie to video recording and editing.  The whole package is to make some videos in my workshop, tool reviews, builds, hints and tips etc for IG, FB and Youtube.I already have and am fairly proficient with Photoshop Elements13, I don't see the need to upgrade as it does everything I need it do, which leads me to my question....Can I use photoshop elements13 as the photo editor within premiere elements.  When I select the photo editor it prompts me to install from disc and select free trial, no option to add an existing version.Or am I going to have to upgrade to photoshop elements 2019 so that I can use the full suite of services within premiere elements 2019.Hope all that makes senseThanks in advanceGraham

I have been running Premiere Elements 14 since August 2016 (replacing v. 11). For several days I have been bothered by a pop up ad asking me to try a trial of 14 which I already own. These pop ups appeared each time I went in  and I could not get them to stop.Yesterday I was working on edits to a current project and suddenly the "trial version" band appeared across the image! So I ask if anyone can explain why this happened to a version I own and what can I do to get ride of it?Thanks and a Happy New year to all!

I dusted off a very old desktop PC with Premiere Elements 3.0 for the purpose of capturing some old VHS tapes. I know, ancient stuff, but it should work for this, right?By using a SCART adapter I am able to capture the VHS image through the composite input on the PC (s-vhs turned out in B/W)So far so good. I am also able to transfer sound to the PC (using 2x phono to AUX) which in turn I can play through PC speakers. The issue now is how to capture the sound in Premiere Elements. Preferably simultaneously with the picture The picture and sound must be fetched from two different channels if you know what I mean...I can't find any menu item for this. Am I missing something?

I am new with Adobe Premiere Elements and have created a short video with the included built-in music score "The Mole". The first part (20 sec) of the music score really fits the video. However, when I cut the last part of the music score (to fit the video length) the music score totally changes. I read on the forums and understand this is a remix-function. I have tried to switch off the remix function by changing the Audio Preferences Remix Options from Remix to Trim. However the result is the same - the music score is remixed. I also read somewhere that I can hold down the Alt-key while shortening (by dragging) a music score, but that does also not seem to make a difference. I only get the audio portion when I try to load a 4k file into Elements.  I can not change the preference to higher than 1920   x 1080  and yet you can save in 4k

I am working with a 2019 Version of Elements that I just downloaded on my MacBook Pro. Elements works without any glitches until I add a text frame. It allowed me to add one text frame, but every time I have tried to add a second frame to the program, it gives me the "busy" wheel spin - and stays there. My computer is NOT freezing because I can open other programs at the bottom of the screen, but Elements requires me to restart my computer by holding down the power button and essentially crashing the entire computer. Without this, I have no way of closing, saving, or doing anything with Elements. When I pull up the program again, it has deleted the project until my last save. I have rebuilt various portions of today's video four times today and I am working on a deadline. I do video editing with iMovie without issues, and do not have playback or speed issues other than when I add text. Anyone know what is going on or having the same issues? Where do titles listed in Project Assets, reside in my pc? Premiere Elements 2019, Win10 Home. Tks.

When I import AVCHD files into premiere elements 15 the audio is not working/importing. Any idea how to troubleshoot this? Have used the software without problems before so not sure why it isn't working now but have tried a number of times and getting the same result/
