Premiere Elements

Bonjour,J'ai réinstaller sur mon nouveau pc windows 10 le cd d'installation de la version Adope Première Elements 3.0. (numéro en bas du cd : 90068972    7/06)Si dans l'ensemble cela fonctionne assez correctement, d'autres par contre ne fonctionnent pas, (par exemple ne reconnait pas le graveur de dvd) et le pc se fige, ce qui est fort désagréable.Pouvez-vous me donner quelques explications sur ce mauvais fonctionnement?Merci d'avance?RENAUD

HiI bought Premiere Elements a few years ago. I just changed computers and have to install a bunch of programs again. PE asks me for the serial number, but I can't find it anywhere. Is there anything I can do?Thanks

Every time I finish a project & render it, I go to the ‘Export & Share‘ to finish up.I choose the specific options I’d prefer in quality, & go to save/export it.Yet, every time I do this the exported/saved file is always 940~kbytes (or something) or 0. Thus revealing that nothing was actually saved or exported. Movies, shorts, even audio projects of all different file types have the same issue since the first damn day I’ve gotten this software.So, all my projects are stuck in .prel file types unable to successfully export/save in the desired file types I want to for shares or personal enjoyment.Looked all over online, but not a single inkling of assistance has been found for my issue.It might be my own ignorance, but idk what  is up here?! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Whenever play/spacebar is pressed, the program automatically pauses itself again, which makes reviewing clips on the timeline extremely difficult and frustrating. It is acting as though there are constant interruptions, however the problem persists even if Premiere runs independently. Disconnecting from the network, restarting Premiere, and restarting the computer has been ineffective. Running on Windows 10.

I have Adobe Premiere Elements 15.  Tryig to capture video from a VCR.  Captured video has diagonal lines and is not viewable.What settings do I need to use to capture video from a VCR successfully?Thanks.[Moved from non-technical Forum Lounge to specific Program forum... I bought this program …..trying to create a video from photos for my granddaughter's 16th  birthday---not very tech-smart ---started new project...added media---saved and went to open project... found photos under organization....can't move them....need add more photos....rearrange them...jus to get started....please help as I am fast running out of time...…..is there a phone number I can call....tried one number but it was a hoax....or a legitimate chat room …..[title edited by mod]

Hallo,ich arbeite an einem Film mit Stop-Motion-  und Realfilm-Szenen und möchte ihn mit Adobe Premiere Elements 13 bearbeiten. Die Realfilm-Szenen sind in HD mit 50fps aufgenommen, die Bilder mit 3840 × 2160 Pixel . Um einen Qualitätsverlust vorerst zu vermeiden habe ich de Einstellung "PAL-ACVHD-QFHD 16:9 50" (3840 × 2160 Pixel und 50 fps). Wenn ich das Projekt dann als Film exportieren will habe ich folgendes Problem: Ich wähle die Voreinstellung von ACVHD "MP4-H264 1920x1080 30" und will die dann entsprechend anpassen (auf 3840 × 2160 Pixel und 50 fps). Dann kommt allerdings folgende Meldung: "Ungültige Framegröße/Framerate für diese Ebene. Veringern sie die Videogrenzen bzw. die Framerate oder erhöhen Sie die Werte für das Profil bzw. die Ebene. Versuchen sie es anschließend erneut.". Was muss ich tun?Danke schonmal im Vorraus.

I've been having a problem since I installed Premiere Elements with certain clips. It seems to primarily be with longer clips, although it does occasionally happen with shorter clips. It may have something to do with file types or codecs, since videos of certain file types don't seem to have these problems, but multiple file types have had the same issue. I don't know exactly how to describe it, the videos run fine normally, but when imported into Premiere Elements the video, but not the audio, suffers occasional glitches and hiccups. Points in the video will skip back a few frames, while the audio keeps running forward as normal. Oddly, despite it usually showing up in longer videos, it shows up even in the first few minutes of those videos. These glitches can occur several times a minute, and while they are only a few frames of desync each time, the errors are so frequent that it is virtually impossible to maintain audio consistency throughout the video.Note that this isn't just a pl

I use an SSD so I try to keep data files on a secondary hard drive.  I haven't been able to figure out how to move the location it stores it's data files.I'm a new user of Premiere Elements 2018 (not pro)

Use the same font for all my video texts...is there a way to set a default size and font and streamline that process?

I uploaded a video that I created with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, to utube.  It worked fine before I uploaded it.  I went to utube to watch it and the audio was gone for the entire thing.  I had my headset still plugged in while I was uploading it, could that have taken away the audio?  How can I fix this?Discussion branched!

I would like the volume of my narrations to be audible without people having to increase the volume on their computer.  I moved the microphone sensitivity to max and the volume is still barely audible. I'm a new user of Premiere Elements 2018 (not pro)

I'm overwhelmed by Premiere Pro so I just downloaded the trial of Elements. In Elements 15, I'm wondering if it's now possible to export a 1080x1080 square video (for use on Facebook or Instagram)? I'd like the video to actually be cropped square, with no letterboxing or black bars on it.Searching the forums, I have seen mixed answers on previous versions of Elements.Thanks for your help!Jess

I've downloaded the Premiere Elements 12 trial version to see if I should purchase - I imported a clip but it won't play - I am running an Intel Core i-7 6500u CPU @2500GHz - 12GB RAM - 64 bit  -any ideas? Thanks!

Panasonic camera HDC SD60 is generating ".mt2s" files. They can be processed with  HD Writer,a video editor that was provided with the camera but having rather poor functional possibilities.I would like to do video editing with Adobe premiere 2018. The import accepts those files. However the quality is not what it should be comparing to the rendering in HD writer, or connecting the camera to a TV. Videos are twinkling - very tiring for the eyes.How to import those files without loosing quality.?Thanks

hello i try to install software but can't finish just say err

Have a windows 7 Lenovo T430 laptop with plenty of resources of all kinds, fully updated - windows, drivers, etcOver 4 years experience using elements products (photoshop and premiere) - and all the scars learning the sequences to avoid most crashes.Started a new project after 6 months of not using the products, found Photoshop Elements 11 still working fine, Premiere Elements 11 refused to open - after multiple restart in every combination of holding shift key, direct from exe, starting in safe mode, and what seemed like endless uninstalling/reinstalling . Used CC Cleaner and worked thru at least 20 forum discussions. Was surprised how many "fail to open" discussions, some going back 4 years or more, remain unanswered. Tried most things but refused to mess with Registry stuff.Gave up, uninstalled both "11" family products, purchased Elements 2018 family and installed with serial numbers.Now, neither program with start - Organizer splash screen crashes at "loading Media Core components

I've been editing an Adobe Premiere Elements 14 .prel file. Now when I try to open it it will not load past 88% (varies between 75-88%). I've opened it a few times after saving and closing out and it worked fine. I've checked the computer and there is plenty of space. Any suggestions?

I'm running PE14 on Win7\64 and am only a stumbling amateur.My backups folder is getting large, so I'm exploring how and why it is used.Although I did play with videos today, I did NOT open the program or do any project.That was yesterday.My question:  How can I have a backup today?How can this backup be dated with a time stamp hours in the future?My system clock correctly says 3:43 PM, and the newest clip is stamped 8:27 PM.Why would PE be active if I did not open it today?  How can I stop creating backups?I'm considering deleting the whole folder, since my workflow is create and discard the video work once distributed and I only keep the original media created by the camera.Sorry about the multiple inquiries, I hope I'm just confused about a basic concept and can understand what's going on.Thanks in advance,Mike LeDuc

All of sudden this program started crashing. Can I have some one fix it or send me the latest version please?

Hello All. I am using Premiere Elements 18 to make a video from my vacation pics. I added music to enhance the video, and I'd like to have the music fade in several places. I know how to get it to fade, but I'd like to change the default setting to make the fade longer. I've looked through the settings, but I can't figure out how to change the default. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know that I can manually change the timing of the fade, but I'd rather not do that.

why is my cropping off center after I save. I am cropping a video over another and its 30 % off??
