Hello,I have figured out how to disable the pop up registration for the default user and the System User account when installing Adobe Premiere Elements 7.0. Does anyone know how to do it for all users that have previously logged on to the computer? Or is this something that needs to be programmed through the installation batch job. My operating system is Windows 10 and this is for a Software Centre installation via SCCM. Any help/assistance would be very much appreciated.Jan
Hi All,I'm a beginner in video editing and recently jumped onto the Premiere Elements 2018 platform.I use it mainly for editing of my children's game videos. Can I ask here how do you add scoreboard to the videos for say basketball games? The type that shows the score of the game as it progresses. Many thanks in advance.
I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 9 on a Windows 7 and I have just finished a 2 hour and 26 minute video. I cannot shore it to YouTube because it says that it has "exceeded the duration". The only way I can do this is by moving my video directly into the computer's storage. But the problem is, that there is a little bit of storage left on the computer (3.99 GB free of 298 GB). So I used a hard drive that has a lot of storage (1.57 TB free of 1.81 TB) and used that to directly move my video there. When I tried to do that, an error message keeps appearing. I believe it's because of how full the computer storage is that it somehow cannot handle it. Also, I cannot delete the videos and pictures that are from my project in Premiere since it needs it to be there or else it will say "where is the file ____?". I really don't want to change my video or anything. I really need help! Also, keep in mind that I am only 16 years old. Maybe a person who also uses Elemets 9 can help! I don't know.
Hi allFor some reason I have lost the sound off all my organizer clips although the sound is ok when the clips are trasferred into the video editor.i have tried all the usual checks but so far the sound has eluded me.Has anyone any Idea what I could try?ThanksArthur

Hi,when importing an mp4.* from my computer (using add media) the video turns automatically by 90°. What can be done to avoid this which is a precondition for working with Premiere Elements?Regardssumavax
Whenever I try to open it, nothing happens. I've had Adobe support look at this numerous times and they've given me nothing. When I factory reset my computer it worked for a day, but now it's back to not opening. Any ideas?
When I try to upload files from the video card used in my Sony DCR-SX45 into Adobe Premiere Elements 2018, I get video but no audio. I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2018. I have looked through the FAQs and Forum responses, and do not find any help for this issue. I bought the program specifically to be able to edit my video files, most of which I take with this camcorder. Any help would be appreciated.
I have a 7ish minute video I've created, but when I try burning it to DVD, I get the error message above. I've tried burning the project from my HP laptop computer to the native DVD burner and an external LG DVD burner. I've tried burning it to the external LG DVD burner from my Dell work computer. I've tried taking smaller chunks of a few of the files used in the project and burning those to a DVD only to encounter the same error.I've checked the firmware and the drivers; all say they are updated. I've restarted several times. I've tried different output formats (widescreen versus 4:3). No matter what I try, I keep encountering this error. I have used this software numerous times successfully in the past, so I know it has worked before. Is there some issue when one updates Windows that causes this problem?
I downloaded the trial version of Premiere Elements 2018. I added an mp3 to the music track. The music starts about 6 or 7 seconds into the track. In an effort to get rid of the silence at the beginning, I'm using the trim handle at the beginning of the clip, and dragging it right. The music clip appears to be trimming, as it leaves an empty spot at the beginning of the track. Then I drag the whole clip to the left to bring it to the zero mark. When I play the clip, I still have the 6-7 seconds of no music, like nothing happened. Then the beginning of the music plays as normal. What am I doing wrong? By the way, some kind of remix thing keeps popping up.
Sorry, but I accidentally made that as an "already answered" question even though it isn't even answered.
I cannot figure out how to do a transition of my entire slideshow. Can anyone help with this. The online help is useless[Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from Photoshop Elements to Premiere Elements... Mod]
I just installed Premiere Elements 15 and the play button in the timeline doesn't work. It plays the video for about 1-5 milliseconds and stops. I can hear choppy audio when it plays. I can drag the cursor across the timeline and the frames do show and the audio also plays (v choppy due to manual movement). The media is mp4.The same thing happens if I just have pictures in the timeline (without sound).I'm on Windows 7 with a Intel i7 2.7 GHz, 32 GB Ram, 64 bit. Video card NVIDIA Quadro M3000M, and NVIDIA High Def audio card; they are both updated drivers. Symantec is the antivirus running.I also have AVS video editor program loaded on this PC and it works fine when i run the same videos on it. I don't have AVS and Premiere running at the same time.thanks,Adrian.
I have been using Premiere Elements 15 with no problem. However, I attempted to add EFFECTS and upon clicking on the "Fx" button, the app shuts down.I have uninstalled and reinstalled PE 15 with identical results. There is no error message, just a blue circle - waiting, then shuts down.Is there a way to perform a clean install? Thanks.
I am trying to open files of videos from a Browning game camera. It is a 10 sec .avi file but elements says that the files are not supported or the correct codec code is not loaded. What codec code do I need to download for this file. Thanks
Experiencing "Export Error" when trying to export a compiled movie. After reviewing other threads regarding a similar issue, here are the details and what we have tried:The video is just over 30 minutes, compiled of several other source videos (taken by a drone) with some added background music. The original source video files are the same frame size as the export dimensions - 1920X1080. I am trying to export to Computer in HD 1080 (1920 X 1080) MP4 - H.264 and I am trying to save the exported video on the same drive as the source file which is the hard drive of the computer itself.I have tried several times, always with the same result. I have restarted the computer and also tried saving to a different folder on the hard drive - not sure why I thought this would have made a difference but I was trying anything. The first time it seemed to have worked despite the Export Error message appearing on the screen as I was able to see the file in the folder in Windows Explorer and even w
I used to use Final Cut Express on my iMac. It had a feature where you could apply keyframes, I believe it was called, and wire frames. It was possible to move frames around, creating special effects. For example, you could create an effect where a person got it by a car (yes, I know, a morbid example) by moving a frame of a car from, say, left to right, and moving a frame of a person also left to right. The frame of the car would eventually overtake the frame of the person. It's a loose description, but it gave the illusion of the front of the car striking the person. The clip of the car could be edited to the front of the car would be right up against the right edge of the frame, and the clip of the person edited so that the person was right up against the left edge of the frame. Butting both frames together with the car on the left and the person on the right looked like the car and person were making contact.Does Premiere Elements 2018 have
I am strongly considering purchasing Premiere Elements 2018. I have some questions for which I cannot find answers to in the web site or users manual.1. How many available video/audio tracks are there?2. I believe I saw something about keying. Is this "green screen"? This is an available option?3. I have an older camcorder that records on DV tape, the small cassettes. Will Premiere Elements 2018 import video from this?4. Regarding inserting transitions, is it necessary to put handles on clips before inserting a transition? Or does Premiere Elements do this automatically? I had video editing software that required putting handles on clips first. The drove me crazy.Thanks.
I FAR prefer a PDF file of the manual that I can print out and notate. Please tell me how and where I can get this. I don't want to take the laborious time of cutting and pasting pages from the browser. [Personal information removed by moderator.]
Windows just automatically updated and now it seems that I can no longer hear the sounds or Music when editing my videos in Premiere Elements 15. Is there a way to fix this? I loaded older video edits and they didn't play either. (Yes, I had the sound on, both in the program as well as with the computer).Thank you.
This post isn’t a complaint, but rather a tip for anyone that may run into this problem. I recently had some 8mm film transferred to DVD with the intent of creating a home video using PRE18. (some older people may remember the 8mm film) The video files on the DVD are the VOB type and although they would input directly to PRE18, they were quite difficult to work with. Particularly when rendering, sometimes it would take hours to do small sections and it often would freeze up requiring a restart of the program. On a whim, I decided to convert the files to mpeg format using Handbrake software and they now work quite well when creating HD video output to Mp4. The final results, combined with images, soundtrack etc, are quite good. Just some food for thought.
I'm running Premiere Elements 2018 on a laptop running a Gforce 840M graphics card which isn't be detected under preferencesWhen i run GPU sniffer i get this error Not chosen because of kernel failure. All of my drives are up to date. Any thoughts on how to get this working?
In the Adobe Premiere Elements product I just purchased won't allow me to select UHD 4k for my project in the Edit/Project Settings/General window. It defaults to HD 1080i. See screenshot of that window below with the HD 1080i default that I am unable to change. How can I select 4k as the setting for my project?Adobe clearly says Premiere Elements has 4k editing capability: Compare products & buying guide | Adobe Premiere Elements 15 vs. 14, 13 I've been on hold with Adobe support on the phone and on chat for several hours with no response, so I very much appreciate any help on this (seemingly simple) topic. I very simply want to insert a 4k background still image and then add high-res videos on top of that, all at the standard 60 frames per second of 4k devices. I have a late 2013 MacPro that very easily plays 4k video in Quicktime (it doesn't display the full 4k resolution, nor does it display all the 60 frames in each second, but it does play 4k vid
