Premiere Elements

Does anyone have suggestions on how best to import my photos which are already cataloged in Premier 2010?

Purchased the premier photo elements 2018, upon installing it keeps telling me it did not install , to quit and reinstall.   Its on my computer and the organizer and video part are the one part of it that is working. when I click on photo editor  it wants me to put a disk in and install or do a free trial.  I have uninstalled and reinstalledWhy is this doing this?   I have spent hours on it and cant figure out .Thanks Diane

hi, first post as support now won't help online.I'm intermediately experienced now at editing. i shot some footage on my canon G7X mk2 for a review on a product. once importing the file from the camera to the hard drive, the unedited clip plays perfectly.i open and import it to adobe elements 15 to edit and within certain areas the image shows a multi tone of black and grey like shadowing. i have attached a photo to explain the issue.i can watch the raw footage from file MP4 on the hard drive perfectly fine but this happens when importing to edit. i also saved the unfinished project to see if rendering and playing in a complete MP4 format would resolve the issue but it doesn't.any advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Premiere 13 Motion Tracking - The Tool works fine but when I get out of the Tool the tracking is not there anymore? I can't Publish the video to my computer with the Motion Tracking? This is very frustrating. I just updated so I have the latest version of 13. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Have purchased elements premier 2018. In video editor can load video, but timeline will not play to view. have updated quicktime, directx and ran as administrator as well as re-installation....... always exactly the same.Even removed all traces of previous versions of elements before installation.Always same result.........Help appreciated.Running windows 7 64bit.4 core processor and 16 gigs of memory  amply capable computer.

I have been using Adobe Premiere 14 for some time and I have occasionally had the problem described below occur once or twice and it has resolved itself during my button pressing frenzy to get it to correct. This time I have been unable to solve it.Sequence of the problem.Load up Adobe Elements 14Select the Project from the File Option on the top left hand corner of the opening Adobe screen.It shows some of the resources (clips) in a file and asks the user to find one showing the I.D. number  however the clip with the requested number is not shown.I then search among all the clips which belong to the project until I find the clip requested.I select this by clicking it and after a long pause it appears to have found it too.Another clip is requested. The second clip is distant from the first one and I give in.I realise that the project is trying to sync the editing with the assets. When I try to use Premier Elements 11 (Video Editor) it will not load. I double click on Premiere Elements 11 short cut. Then I click on "Video Editor"; click on "New Project". It seem to be loading then stops (after about 2 minutes) without having loaded. I use Windows 7. "Organizer" does load and work.

I just purchased & downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 2018  & Adobe Premiere Elements 2018.When the  I attempt I klik on Video Editor, Open or New Project the initial  Adobe Premiere Elements 2018  splash screen pops up and starts to load the program.The issue is that I get another window popping up stating that "Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 has stopped working".I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall a couple times but continue to get the same problem.On the Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 loading screen, it always stops at "Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm" (prm?)It doesn't matter which way I attempt to access the program I get the same "stopped working" pop-up box.I have no issues with the Adobe Photoshop Elements running successfully.I'm at my wits end as it doesnt matter what I do to reload/reinstall, no change and it always stops at the above noted point.Any help is appreciated.

HiApologies if this has been asked numerous times before..I have access to a recently installed  Adobe Elements 14 and wish to use this software to edit a stop motion animation.  I have all the DLSR photographs and audio and just need to edit.  I want to add each photo directly to the timeline so as I can see them alongside the audio track for lip-syncing etc.  I also want to be able to adjust each added frame to a set length re: frame rate.  I personally advised the purchase of this software due to good reviews and some how to tutorials on Youtube, but I am concerned that I have made the wrong choice as I have now read that Elements 14 doesn't have stop motion functionality.  Is there a work around that would meet my needs as stated above or could it be arranged for an earlier version of Adobe Premiere to be installed which would better address my needs?Editing is very new to me and my initial experience with the software was a bit overwhelming.  I w

Hi all,I do not see a preset for creating a 2.7K timeline in Premiere Elements 2018. I see prests for 4K and 1080, but nothing in between. Am I missing something? Is 2.7K not supported in PE 2018? Thanks!Tony

Elements 18The video is in 1080 and looked perfect up until I went to add transitions. It ran laggy so I rendered it. Now the quality looks like a small child could puke up the same image. Any ides as to why?

This doesn't appear to be working for me in 2018 the ripple trim cursor is disabled. Is this a bug or something I'm doing wrong? I can trim it as a project asset but not on the timeline.Trim an individual title instance from the Expert view timelineIn the Expert view timeline, locate the title to be trimmed in one of the video tracks. You might need to drag the video track scroll bar to expose the title.Hover the cursor over either end of the title until it changes to the ripple trim cursor . Then drag the end of the title to trim it. Gaps are closed automatically. If you created a black video clip for your title, you’ll need to trim that too.To trim without closing the gap, Ctrl-drag/Cmd-click the clip end instead.

Some of the video clips in my PE14 project are exposed in a strange way. The video track are running approx 12 times faster than normal - the video scene repeats again and again until the audio track ends. The audio plays normal and with normal speed. And there are differences between video clips captured the same day, with same length and with the same video camera.Using win 10. Had no problems in my previous laptop. Videoclips runs normal in Win Media Player so it seems to be something wrong with PE14 setting, not OS-related. Any explanations out there? Can settings in graphic or audio card cause this? Have tried to change different settings in audio card but it makes no difference. Have tried to render the video, restart project etc. without progress...

Hi everyone,I have just painstakingly produced my very first video clip with Premiere Elements and when replayed in Elements, it is fine - Film, Voice Over, Music - all there. But when I export it (mpeg is the only option I get) and play it in VLC media player (all other players I have won't play it at all!) it does not have any audio. I couldn't find any way to fix this and hope someone has some good advice for a complete beginner!Thank you!

Ever since i upgraded to High Sierra on my 4 iMacs PE15 has been crashing every time I preview a file from the media window. The crash happens when I either play back the video in the preview-window, move the preview-window, resize it or otherwise touch it. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to fix it? I have been in contact with Adobe Customer support for probably 6 hours trying to find a solution, but they seem to not really care to help me at all 😕😕 Would appreciate if someone here had some tips or tricks that i could try out _Thomas

I have Premier Elements 10. I upgraded my Mac to Sierra 10.12.6. Some files still load in Elements, but some return the message "This project is not compatible with current version of Premier Elements". Any ideas? Thank you.

So i just got a new computer and I redeemed my old Premiere 11 , i downloaded it n even set up my phone to automatically upload any new files to my One Drive (if it even matters) and I'm having issues because its a new computer, and phone, but is premiere 11 just too old? or am i missing something. I just want to edit the videos that I've taken on my phone with premiere. Please help....this is not necessarily a Premiere Elements question but more of a general video file question.   I am collecting all of my family's videos and creating numerous different movies.  Aside from the name, I don't see where or how I can include some sort of description of the contents.   I know there is a comments field in the details tab of the file but I am not able to add anything to that field.   Does anyone know how I can do this so I know what is in the videos?Thanks.
