Premiere Elements

Whenever I try to compile any video I get the error that is in the title. My premiere is elements 15I already when to the help with errors page.

Hmm...The Elements 2018 upgrade package costs more than I paid for the previous version about a month ago.  I get that upgrades should not be free, it's reasonable to charge something for new features, but more than the entire package one just purchased??Isn't Abobe really saying....Throw away the package you just bought, and buy it again, at a higher price.What am I not getting?

I am having really bad issues with Widows 10 and Photoshop Elements 12. To the point the Elements 12 is not opening properly and therefore not functioning.I have run a compatibility schedule, but that hasn't worked either

Hello, I've held onto a copy I purchased of Premiere Elements 4.0, but upon opening the URL that the launcher is supposed to go to is no longer supported by Adobe. Is there a way to circumnavigate this in launching, I've tried opening the editor directly, running as administrator, etc., but could not get around this incompatibility. If it is not possible to open the program, how would I get a free updated version of Elements, considering Adobe just doesn't support this anymore, and that has nothing to do with the fact that I bought the program expecting it to work. Thank you for your help, community forum and all its constituents!

It's just that. I've tried opening it from the shortcut on my desktop, the pin on my taskbar and from the start menu. It just wont open.. plz help

При загрузке файла в проект уже на начальной стадии, при воспроизведении видео, звук начинает отставать от видео. Точнее я бы сказал, что видео начинает воспроизводиться быстрее, а звук идёт с нормальной скоростью. То есть, это не звук отстаёт от видео, а видео опережает аудио. Я понимаю, что, скорее всего, данная проблема связана с тем, что в моём видео маленькая частота кадров, либо она непостоянная, то есть, переменная. Где-то видео идёт нормально, а где-то убыстряется. Возможно, нет. Я поискал в интернете варианты решения проблемы, но максимум, что нашёл, это то, что можно интерпретировать файл, и там что-то сделать с частотой кадров, но при увеличении частоты у меня звук начинает убыстряться, а при уменьшении, соответственно, замедляться. I am using Premiere Elements 15 and am trying to edit some video shot on my Panasonic camcorder. The video is in MTS format and was shot at 1080p 60fps. It plays just fine outside of PE. I moved the clips to my computer, then imported them into PE. Once imported and available in Project Assets, they play fine when viewing in the Project Assets window. However, when I move them down to the timeline, the audio disappears (the audio track is tied to the video track and still appears, but there is no audio).What is weird is that most of the time, the audio works. In this batch of video, I shot about 6 clips. The first one I brought in worked fine.I tried deleting my video assets (I also have some text assets), saving my project, exiting, then starting over. Same results. I also tried rendering my video thinking the problem might resolve itself during rendering, but the resulting video also has no audio.This seems like a bug in PE 15, but maybe I'm missing something. I downloaded the trial to test before I upgraded.  I loaded a video I put together with Premiere Elements 14, but 2018 will not show my video?  Any suggestions?  It works fine in Version 14.

Hello, just installed premiere elements and want to add a drone video shot in .mov format to my time-line. I used several converters and the best, while getting it loaded into the timeline came out distorted as in the numbers on houses were hard to read and there is a lot of movement in the scenes. Is there a good free converter and one that will convert without causing so much loss of resolution?Rande

I'm really, really new at this. A friend and I used two cameras to record a musical event from two angles. I'm making a movie out of it, and I want to use his audio for the most part because he had better equipment.  But at times I had a better angle visually, so I want to be able to switch back and forth from one video track to the other. And there are a few places where I'll want to use my audio, so I don't want to delete it entirely.So: I have both feeds loaded in synch in my timeline -- his is video and audio 1,  mine is video and audio 2, and audio2 is muted with the controls at the left. Video2 shows in the editor by default unless I hide it. I have two issues.1.) Is there a way I can run both videos side by side in the editor, so that at any given moment I can see which video track looks better? 2.) The only way I can think of to switch from one video to the other is to make a combined cut across all the tracks at every point where I want to switch, and then for the se

I have the adobe premier elements 14. After a couple months of using the product. It stopped working. A window pops up that says ".. it is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again.The problem with this is we had videos made and that we were making that we will lose forever if we have to reinstall program. Can anyone help us to get this product to work without losing everything?

I am running Windows 10 using Adobe Premiere Elements 11.  Yesterday when I opened APE to edit a video, something odd happened.  I tried to inset a “Titles & Text, General, Default, Default Text” overlay and the template seemed different.   The words “Add Text” (shown in the middle of the template) was not there and when I used the template, it would not accept any text that I tried to add, anywhere in the template.  The Default Roll and Default Crawl overlays seem to work okay.  Just the Default Text overlay is not working.   How can I fix/reload this particular overlay, or the 3 Default overlays?

I'm trying to duplicate a title clip to play before each song in a concert recording.When i select the title and go to duplicate under the edit tab, the option is grayed out. I saw it suggested here that I duplicate the title in the project asset box, but I only see my video/audio files there - no titles.Am I missing something obvious?Thanks,

When I try to use our Elements 11, the options in the drop down boxes are illegible and there is no minimise and maximise options visible.  Can anyone help?I did think about uninstalling and re-installing but I'm not sure if you can re-use the same serial number?

When I try to launch Premier Elements 15 I get an error that my display driver is incompatible, when I click "ok" in the dialog box the program closes. I have checked my display driver, (NVidia GeForce GTX 1070) it is up to date. I rolled the driver back with out luck, I tried the deleting the "baddriver" file as suggested in several other similar posts on this problem.  I even tried removing and reinstalling the program. I have several other Photoshop programs and they all run with out any problem.

Hi all,I've just downloaded the Windows 10 64-bit trial of Premiere Elements 15, and I'm experiencing an odd issue: I can't seem to import any files from my Samsung Galaxy S7 (or any other smartphone). When attempting to import photos, the Adobe Photo Downloader identifies my device without any problems but hangs permanently at the message 'Connecting to device... Please Wait.' When attempting to import videos, the program crashes immediately. I can view the files and folders on the phone using the standard 'Add media from files and folders' option, but when I select a file and click 'Open', nothing happens.I can copy both photos and video to my computer using Windows and import them to PrE from my hard drive with no problem at all, so it isn't an issue with the files themselves.Is this just because my Galaxy S7 isn't on the list of supported devices, or is there some larger issue here?Thanks in advance,Thomas

In the process of creating my movie and experimenting with different sound tracks, I would like to temporarily mute the audio on multiple clips, but I can’t find a convenient way to do it.  I don’t want to delete the audio as I may revert back to using it.  I am aware of two methods, however both can only be used with a single clip.  (I want to do in a single operation with multiple clips).Method 1:           Unlink audio and video, then disable audio track.Method 2:           Right click on clip, select Audio Gain, and set gain level to -96 db.Both of these methods are tedious when you need to apply them to many clips, and equally so if you want to revert back to the original.

I am currently trying to install Premiere Elements 15 silently. I also need a way to automate the licensing process. I am going to be providing this application to multiple users via SCCM and I need it to be automated and zero-touch for the end user. I have installed the product silently using the following command: oem.exe -P PRE -SERIALNUMBER xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. However, once it installs it asks me to sign in to adobe to register the product. I am in a classified environment that does not have internet access. I need a way to do the following: 1) Installs silently with no user interaction. 2) uninstall silently with no user interaction. 3) a way to license the product via a script or registry fix so that I do not have to sign into Adobe. Does anyone know if any of this is even possible with Adobe Premiere Elements?

Hi,I'm new here, I tried to use Premier Elements and I'm really liking it It was easy to use compare to other that I tried. Now that I was finished with my first video and planning to purchase a license. I was prompted that it is not available in my country. Can anyone help me to get a copy of this? I'm thinking of changing my region but I'm afraid it might cause problems with my credit card's verification on payment.Thank you,Daryl
