Premiere Elements

#1 - Can the motion tracker only work with clip art in the Graphics panel?   As example, I'm testing/learning tracking with a bouncing ball video.  Can I add any photo of my choosing to track the bouncing ball?  Or only content found in the Graphics panel?  I've tried dragging in my own photo from the desktop and it seems to work, but poorly, so I'm trying to understand where the problem lies.#2 - How do you match the length of time the graphic displays to the length of movie? That is, how do you make a graphic track the object in the video for the entire length of the video? #3 - Does Adobe offer a DETAILED explanation of this feature anywhere?  @796284, if you're reading this, do your tutorials explain this feature in exhaustive detail, or is it more a case of repeating Adobe's hyper-concise instructions?@Adobe, if I have to buy instruction from others to get this feature, you just lost a CC subscription.Thank you.

I am trying to put a clip in a longer film, and when I place the clip its fine, but as soon as it renders it goes jumpy and a bit fuzzy/blurry. I wondered if it was due to most of the other clips being 24fps and this one was 25fps, so I changed it but it hasn't made much difference. I don't know what to do next?Thanks..

I have software which I purchased and registered over 10 years agoe computer installed no longer exists and I am requiring the use of my software, I spent over an hour on the service chat to get my unlock key and got nowhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I have software I am unable to use as I cannot remember a redundant email but the registered name is the same! Does anyone know how I can get proper help to get my unlock key?????

I used to have Premier Elements 11. I haven't used it in a few years. Now I can't find it on my laptop! Do I just have to buy a new one? Or does Adobe have a record of what I had?[Moved... the FAQ forum is not where you ask questions... Mod]

Hello,I have bought a Download of Photoshop Elements together with Elements Premiere from Amazon UK.  The product was suppled with 24 digit "Keys" but without  Serial Numbers.  I have tried installing the programs and I think Photoshop Elements has installed with just the Key but Elements Premiere asks for a Serial Number which is not provided by Amazon.I have spent several hours on the Adobe website trying find out the Serial Number without success.  I am desperate to speak to a "real person" or even "Chat" in Support but the Adobe website just takes me round in circles.Can anyone help?Thanks

Hi, have used previous versions successfully but have PRE15 now. 60 minute project with menu. Burnt BluRays fine. Problem is when burning DVD's.  Project is 1920x1080. Only choice for HD now seems to be AVCHD. File type on DVD is now m2ts but in previous versions was vob (VLC media) - DVD's burnt won't play in our BLURAY player which has played all previous years DVD's and the TEAC player we have which plays DVD's made on previous versions doesn't even recognize the DVD. What am I missing? Are there more choices for burning to DVD with a menu somewhere that I haven't found?Project was created in PAL but I also want to be able to burn DVD's and BluRays in NTSC (which we used to be able to do really easily). Please help before my marriage collapses.cheers, Jane

Hi, Could someone please link to an up to date tutorial for motion tracking in Premiere Elements 15?All the tutorials and help files I can find reference items in the interface that no longer exist or have been moved somewhere.   As example, see this page...Adobe Premiere Elements Help | Apply motion tracking in video clips It references the Action Bar, without explaining what or where the action bar is.   Once I figure out where the Action Bar is, I see there is no Graphics button there as referenced in the help file.   Game over.A Google search brings up lots of stuff, but it all seems to be for older versions. I've Googled this and looked at answers here, but still can't get started in the right direction.Windows 10PRE 15I have 29 sequential images of eclipse, taken with Nikon D500. They have been cropped to 3444 x 3444 pixels.I have them "Added". I can see them in "Project Assets". I do not know what to do next?All the information I see within PRE relates to "video clips". I don't have one, so can't go forward.I have tried eLive, Quick, Guided, and Expert modes. NADA.There is a slideshow creator in Elements Organizer, but it does many things I don't want; music, scrolling, fades, etc. Is it the only option?Should I abandon PRE and go to LR?

Premiere elements 15 wont install. I had it before, switched discs in the comp, now it wont install. i get this error. what do??

I'm trying to add text to an image but it will not give me the option of moving the text where I want it.

I shot some video vertically (I know, I know) on my Google Pixel and now I get the classic error when trying to import it. The video plays fine everywhere else. Here's one of the videos that won't import: Shared album - Corlin Palmer - Google Photos It's an mp4, 1280 x 720I appreciate any help. Thanks.

I am somewhat frustrated as my Photoshop Premier Elements classes Nikon raw files (.NRW) as an invalid file type.  Is there any way round this please?Sad Snapper

Hello,I would like to burn my film (1h55, shot in HD1080) on a double layer DVD. It works, but the quality is not nearly good enough, the movements of the people look different etc. The film looks a bit like it was shot on a mobile. The best-quality MP4 file of the film is 25GB, but even when I compressed it to about 3GB, the quality was much (much) better than the quality on the DVD created from the 7GB ISO file generated by my Premiere Elements.I called Adobe, but all they could suggest was to burn it using the AVCHD option. I did that, but now I can't even play the disc using VLC player (and that one can play pretty much anything).Would anyone perhaps have a suggestion how to improve the quality, or alternatively suggest a good (free) programme to create an ISO file out of an MP4 file (menu creation option would be great of course, but I'll happily take anything)... or offer any solution, really...Others have asked these question already, but nobody has given any practical answer so

both adobe photoshop elements 15 and premiere were downloaded on my new Mac mini. Can't find icon to open premier.

After uploading and installing my personal copy of Elements 11, my pop-up is agreeing or disagreeing with terms when I hit agree button it always just returns to the terms window. I tried this many times and Elements will not open. Can anyone help me?

when I drag a photo and try to place it between two photos on the timeline, I invariable wind up inserting the photo just barely into the edge of one of the two photos. Is there an easy way to drag a photo between 2 photos? thanks

Premier Elements 13.1, Mac OS 10.12.6  I can only change audio levels on an entire audio clip. Is there no audio key framing in this version? This screen shot shows my work around. I exported the audio track. Edited it. Dropped it into the timeline with no volume on the camera original audio.  Please tell me I'm wrong and I just can't find the key frame function. Apps I have worked on: Premier, Media 100, Final Cut Express, Final Cut Suite, Avid Media Composer.Cheers,Bill Gorry

I have installed Adobe Premier Elements 15 on a 5 year old 2011 Toshiba with Windows 7. I installed everything but when I go to access the Video Editor, it just sits there forever with the sign 'Initiailizing Application', not doing anything. Could someone tell me what the problem might be? Thanks.

I have just purchased a copy of Premier 15 and when I made a movie and went to burn straight to DVD it wouldn't let me. The older version just had a few selections to make and then tick burn and it burnt straight to DVD. but for some reason this isn't the case for Premier15. What do I need to do?

I have Premiere Elements 13 and as of recently i have been unable to export the audio with the video.  In the the timeline, the audio plays fine but isn't audible on the exported computer file.  This only recently started happening.  I've tried numerous presets and it shows as exporting the proper audio channel.  I've tried playback with Windows Media player and VLC but still no luck.  I'm at a loss, any ideas? 

I'm trying to edit a MOV file at audio sample rate 44khz in Premiere Elements 11. However the audio playback seems to be fixed at 48khz, and the option to change this is greyed out in preferences. I've tried changing the sample rate via my soundcard to force it, but premiere stops playing audio and then eventually forces the sample rate back to 48khz. I've also tried changing the project settings before I drop the file in, but the option to change the sample rate is greyed out then too.Can anyone advise on how to change the sample rates so they match please? With it stuck at 48khz the audio playback is jittery and sped up!

I just bought Premiere Elements 15 from Best Buy today. Went through the whole installation process and at the end it said successfully installed. I clicked on the desktop Icon and get Adobe Premiere Elements has stopped working. I have a Hp 2000 Notebook PC, Product Number D1E88UA#ABA  with Windows 8 pro on it. AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz Processor, 4.00 GB of Ram, 64-bit Operating System, AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics Graphics Card. Please help me I need this Software for cinematography class.

I copied some video of my colleagues band onto his hard drive via Organizer.  The transfer went as predicted.My colleague called in despair indicating that his Hard Drive is now corrupted and he cannot access anything on his drive.Does anyone have suggestions to preserve and repair the data?Any ideas of what could have happened?

I have moved from Windows 8 to iMac .We have added Elements 11 to our iMac but when trying to use it the mac constantly is hanging or showing us the small rainbow wheeland does not allow us to work in Layers or other aplications in this Elements 11 softwarewaiting for an answer after 60 mins onto Adobe in chat[Moderator Note: Personal Information Removed]
