I recently had to get a new computer. I got to work on Adobe Premiere Elements almost immediately - both a new project and an old project. In both cases, I ran into glitches - either the video was pixelated or the background was missing. After working on it, I've got it stuck in an ugly position where the screen is either stuck on black or in permanent freeze-frame. By that, I mean even though I can hear the audio, the picture never moves (unless I click on another image).[Moderator: moved from non-technical forum Lounge to Premier Elements.]
I just bought a HP 25es to work with Adobe Elements 14. but I can not get the video to playback full screen. I get a large white bar on bottom of monitor and black bar on right side.Have no problem playing back video full screen in QT.Using monitor with HDMI cable connected to a macbook pro in the lightning connection. Tried changing scaling options but nothing helps.Any suggestions?
I found information, that Adobe Premiere is registered to account and can be installed up to two computers, but only one can be used simultaneously. What if I change computer two times? Do I have to buy new license for the third computere (if the two previous ones are not used)?
I have a new Dell Inspiron 24 5000 computer and since transferring my PE 15 software and files to this pc my PE 15 has not been working correctly. While editing if I advance from one segment to another and then hit the play the audio will play but the video does not advance. My pc specs are: W10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700T, 64 bit operating system x64 Based processor.1TB drive Installed RAM 12.0 GB After creating a Menu I ran the Preview Disc and the video ran correctly from the home menu, but when I went to the scene selection panel the panel did not appear therefore I was unable to select any of the scenes on this panel. Please let me know what is causing all of these problems.

In PE 13, I used Time Remapping to apply slow motion to a short video, just slowing the entire clip down to 1/2 speed. My sound track remains the same length as the original shorter video however. Is there a way to just apply the audio track from the first half of the video to the second half; in other words, just repeat the audio so the total length matches the new length of the video? (It is a simple pan shot of a waterfall with constant sound.)
I started a project with both video clips and added photos to it. Everythi8ng seemed to be working fine. I changed the time that some of the photos appear on the screen - still everything seemed to be working fine. Today I started working on the project again - and my photos do not appear on the timeline in Expert mode - but the DO play on the screen when I play the video. I need to get these phots in sync with my music track - so need to change more time they stay on scrren - but I can't see them to select them. I have to go to Quick mode and then the photos appear on the time line - then I have to select the clip in Quick mode - but Quick mode won't let me change the time they stay on screen - so then I have to go back t Expert mode and change the time. There are a lot of clips to do this way - too cumbersome - especially since it USED TO WORK in EXPERT mode. Anyone have any ideas what is happening? New to Premiere - so I could be doing
Hi - my Adobe Premier 11 Video editor is not workingI have installed it successfully in the pastI have used it for two years without a problemI did notice it kept stopping during my editing clean upI have freed up around 25 gig on my C: where the programs runsI have noticed that the Photo Editor opens perfectly, only the video editor wont startPlease send help!
For our school's booster club I search through hundreds of still pictures each sports season and select the 40 to 50 best. I add captions/text to each picture along with some title pages. Then I insert music so that this slideshow plays to music (so coordinating that music with the slide advancement is important). I then convert the slideshow to a video. The video is then distributed by email to the school community. At some point, I'd like to insert short video clips in addition to the still pictures. I recently purchased Premiere Elements 15 as it appeared to me the best software for the type of "movies" I was making. Upon further review, I'm wondering if thinking I'm making a "movie" is incorrect when in reality I'm simply converting a slideshow to a video. I would very much like to hear opinions on whether Premiere Photoshop 15 would be the better/easier product for me to use rather than Premier Elements 15 that I bought.THANK YOU!
I am trying to burn a short DVD. When I select burn DVD, just at the end I get internal software error:/Vobulator/BlockPlanner/ Block Planner cpp.line 215 If I save to file as MPEG and burn I get the same errror. If I take off the Menu I have set up , it works OK If I clear the menu and use a different menu, its still the same. The video is very simple with main menu marker at start, end marker, no scene markers, my own shot as picture for menu, which is resized, and simple audio track I am working in parallel on another longer video and this still burns Ok, It is longer and has a menu OK
I am using Premiere Elements 14 and had to make about 15 videos for work recently. One of these exported videos is missing half the video clips and all the audio. All of the text captions are still visible, however. The audio and video is all visible when I preview it in Premiere, but is gone after exporting. All of these videos were shot with the same camera and microphone and imported/exported the same way, so I am not sure why just this one is giving me issues. Thanks in advance for any help!

This is my project, final edit is 1 minute and 12 seconds long. However my timeline is almost an hour after using all that space for editing. Below you can see the timeline only highlights the video, however when I export, its exporting my ENTIRE timeline. There is probably a very simple and obvious solution, but I'm still a novice. Please Help!!

If I remember correctly, the software crashed about a week ago. Ever since then, this is what I get(see imagaes below). You can click on the icon on the task bar once it is "open" but the programs window will not show up on the screen. I have uninstalled the software from my computer and then re installed it from a fresh download. What do I do??? I desperately need this to work. Thanks in advance!
Today I installed adobe premiere elements 15. I want to burn a DVD but unfortunately comes the message "no burner available" although I have a Blu-ray burner (LG HL-DT-ST BD-RE BM16NS40) installed. When burning a Blu-ray, the burner is detected. What can I do? I found no help on the Internet. Please help me in simple English words. I thank you in advance.Gernot
I've tried several video playback and editing programs. PlayMemories Home by Sony, Corel Video Studio X10, VLC Media Player and more. Only one program does not work properly and does not communicate with my DCR-TR8000E digital camera. This program is Adobe Premiere Elements 15. I use a FireWire cable to connect my Fujitsu Lifebook N. Maybe the designer of this software knows why? Why does Adobe, with such experience in this type of software, has not coped with such a simple task, where even novice companies manage?
Hi.One of the most relevant features of a video processing software for me is stabilizing videos. I played around with Premiere Elements 15 (DE) and its options. I have read the manual page (Adobe Premiere Elements – Hilfe | Stabilisieren von Videomaterial mit der Verwackelungsstabilisierung ) regarding these options and tried them all. However, the option "Crop Vs Smooth" (German version: "Freistellen und Abrunden") puzzles me. I read the German and English help text and I still don't understand what I am influencing here. Note that the German label has a slightly different and more confusing meaning. The probably more fitting translation would be "Zuschneiden vs. Glätten", if it is what I think it is.The english docu says "Lower values are smooth, however, more of the image is viewed." This sounds stange, as it implies that you do not have to to decide between smoothness vs. a large field of view, but you can habe both by lowering the value? Then why should I ever increase the value a
Hi I have added media from original data taken from a Panasonic Video Camera. The data is in m2ts format and plays back on the PC fine. However when one clip is imported through "Add Media" the sound is ok at the beginning and then totally disappears later in the clipWhen I take a clip of the same action but from another camera the sound is ok.When I then export/share the first clip to the PC the sound does not come backWhat is the issue and how can I sort out this situation.Thomas
I have a new iMac an moved all my software over including Photoshop elements 14 I now hade an error code 150:30 which states Licensing fro this product has stopped working. Adobe have said they no longer support this version?
I get the following message: "current camera setting is different from your project setting"I have no idea what settings are wrong and how to change them. I am using Premiere Elements 12 with a Sony DCR-TVR900NTSC video camera to input my video. When I try to import, video breaks up.
Hello,I use a Sony Hi-Def Camcorder to record trip videos. The camcorder records onto memory cards, I believe in .mts AVCHD format. The camcorder automatically starts a new video clip every 12 minutes or so (for chapter purposes maybe?). I want to combine the video clips into longer files, in a Hi-Def AVCHD format, so that I can watch 2-hours of clips at a time, non-stop, and in proper order, on my computer from blu-ray data disk or hard drive.Anyway, I've been trying to do this using Adobe Premiere Elements 11. I keep it in Quick mode, to keep things simple, and drop in each .mts clip, copied from the memory card, in proper order. Then I used the publish feature to output a single file. I used the file analyzer on the menu to find out the characteristics of the camcorder clips and picked the best-quality output mode that most closely matched the characteristics of the input files. The result was an AVCHD clip, but the file was .m2t, another ty
I am trying to save a few photos to a CD I've tried to write them to Disk but it says I don't have permission/no CD/DVD drive available -- although I know it's there -- how do I get Elements & Premier Elements 14 to download to Disk?.
