Hello.I have a problem with DJI Mavic Pro 2 files. I can't import MP4 (H.265) video files on my Adobe Premiere Elements 15. It prompts a message: "This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed." How do I solve this issue? Does Adobe Premiere Elements 15 work with MP4 (H.265) type files?
When exporting a file, if the program loses focus, the "estimated time" display will stop updating. The progress bar continues to update. Just a word to the wise. This is not going to get fixed.
Been using Premiere Elements for years, recently updated to 2022 version. When I try to import and edit standard .MP4 files, I get a garbled screen and no playback -- even with files previously edited and exported from Premiere. Oddly, the same software on my Win 11 laptop works fine. On the desktop, Win 10 with Intel UHD 630 and AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT drivers both properly installed, I get the errors shown in the attached screen caps. Tried reinstalling, same result. Anybody seen this or know a fix?
I don't know what happened by Premiere elements used to have the ability to brun my DVD movies from right in the program. However, PE seems to have lost the ability to detect my drive. I can burn an ISO and the use another program to burn the DVD, tedious and annoying. Has Adobe fixed this yet? I can't seem to find an answer anywhere, just similar complaints. I know my drive and driver are ok, because they are detected and work just fine in other programs.I am on Win 11 64 Bit using a Lenovo 510A-15ICB desktop with 8GB ram, Core I5-9400CPU; DVD is a PLDS DVD-RW DA8AESH; driver Microsoft 10.0.22621.1 Build 160101.0800Thanks if anyone can help.Oh, I uninstalled the driver, restarted the PC and let it reinstall the drive. I also went to the trouble of uninstalling and reinstalling PE. Zip-zero-nada as far as any positive effects.

Simple thing:I want to edit my HDR gaming videos, which I capture as HVEC. Can Premiere Elements 2023 import those files and render them, so I can upload HDR videos on Youtube?I know that there are some competitors that can do it, and I know that Premiere Pro can do it, since I had a subscription for a while. But Premiere Pro is just too expensive if you just use it twice a month. As much as I love PremPro, I just can't afford it as an ongoing subsription..
how to get rid of trial elements writing in the middle running through video
Hello,I've made a video in Premiere Elements 11 which includes still and moving images, sound and some titles. From this I've created an MPEG2 file using the preset for 'HDTV 1080p 25 High Quality' ie 1920x1080 25 fps PAL. This works fine and is 4.18GB.The MPEG2 format is not suitable for running on tablets etc so I also made an MP4 file using the AVCHD preset for 'MP4-H264 1920x1080p 25'. This also works fine but the file is 8.13GB, ie nearly twice as large which is not what I was expecting. For comparison I've used Handbrake to convert the 4.18GB MPEG2 file to MP4. The result is a 2.45GB file without any appreciable loss of quality. This provides a solution but is time consuming and I would be grateful for any advice as why the Premiere high quality MP4 output is so large, and whether it is possible to create smaller MP4 files directly without sacrificing quality.Kind regards Mike
I am based in the UK and mostly watch video on PC, tablets and iPhones. I can't remember the last time I watched a DVD and not even sure I am able to burn on my PC.Can someone suggest what settings I should use for my Projects?John
bonjour, j'utilise adobe elements 15 pour mes films de vacances et depuis cet été impossible d'ouvrir la section vidéo, message d'erreur ; error 87 , pilote d'affichage incompatible.tout fonctionnait bien depuis des années.merci
I just installed Elements 2023 and this is an upgrade from 2019. Look at the attached picture and why am I getting the preview being so distoredted ? This happens with all the imported MP4 and .mov files. never had an issues like this with 2019. Good thing I did not unintall that, right now this is unusable. Thinking a waste of Money if I cannot use it. This was also this way on a new file, an existing file, dleted video clips and added them back, it does not matter, every video, this problem, the imported .jpg preview okay. So what is the fix to this problem? Again Elements 2019 was and still is working just fine.
I'm trying to render a 4K video of PC gameplay, however the bitrate I'm choosing to render at is not what it's *actually* rendering as.These are the settings I am choosing to render with:After the render is complete the file size comes out to approx 11GB, which equates to roughly 21Mbps bitrate. The game I am recording has lots of fast action sequences, so the lower bitrate causes the gameplay to look like it's 1080p which is a problem.Previously I used Premiere Elements 2019 (17.0) and using the exact same settings to render. It would come out to 44GB in size and look perfect. The downside was this version didn't support Hardware Encoding, therefore a 60 minute video would take 5-7 hours to render.I've tried the premade "4K Ultra HD" render under the "Computer" tab, and I've tried setting the Key Frame Distance to 1, both of which did not work. I changed the Level to 5.1, but this prevents me from doing a 3840x2160 aspect ratio. I've also tried changing the bitrate to 240Mbps, which h
Is it possible to slow down and speed up audio in Premiere Elements 2022? Its not under the effects i can apply and its not an option under tools. If i do time remapping on my video, i cant adjust the audio speed like i can the video speed. Unless im missing something. Any help would be awesome.
Before editing videos I need to capture them from VHS and miniDV format. Is it easy to do it from Adobe Premiere Elements? What analog to digital converter device do you recommend to convert VHS to mp4?In the case of miniDV I have a Canon MV850i camera, will I be able to do it without a firewire card? The camera has (besides the DV) a miniUSB output as well as an AV (different from Sony).
I purchased the bundle pack of Premiere Elements 2022 and Photoshop Elements 2020 in July of 2022. According to the Adobe Forum representatives, both products would run on my Macbook Air M2. Sadly, they both were extremely laggy and slow. Premiere couldn't even handle one video track of 1080p footage without stuttering. Photoshop couldn't even do realtime adjusts of something simple like adjust brightness or contrast. Both products should not have been sold or advertised as working with Apple Silicon. They simply didn't work. I was hanging on for an updated 2022 version that would actually work. Three months later, Adobe releases their 2023 versions of Elements and Photoshop. Customer services is refusing to let me upgrade without paying an addition $120. This is for software that NEVER WORKED in the first place. This is nothing short of a scam. I used Premiere Elements to painfully edit 2 short videos. And Ph
Hello,I'm lost. I installed both Premiere Elements & Elements Organizer. I just left the default settings as is (Next...Next...Install...ect).Now I'm finding that something was uploading to my OneDrive and other files are loading to my local hard drive. My OneDrive is out of space. How do I move all the files from OneDrive to my Hard drive without breaking links?
It would be a neat feature to have Elements recognize animal faces. Maybe as a configurable option?
I'm having the same problem. I try exporting it as an mp4 at 720p, but it still has a black border around it. No-one seems to know how to fix it and I'm at my wits end now. I'm using Premiere Elements. I'll experiment with only using a video input at the same res (720p) and see if that 'mismatch' is the issue, as I'm making a compilation video made up of all sorts of video sizes. Some are 480p, 720, and I think there's one or two lower than that. [Moderator note: moving from the Premiere Pro forum to the Premiere Elements forum for proper replies.]
I cannot apply shake reduction to video of my Samsung mobile? Is this a preset issue?Using ver 2022 with windows ten
It looks really cool, but removes my narration but not the ambient sounds. Not working. What's wrong?
I have two tracks playing alongside each other. I want one to be a lot quieter than the other. It seems impossible to do this in Adobe Premiere Elements 2019!! First I tried using the Audio Mixer to adjust the volume of the track I want to be quieter, to be something like 30 decibels quieter. But whether I immediately save the project, or whether I play it back straight away, it doesn't make the change. Then I tried Window - Adjustments - Volume. Again I set the volume level to be dozens of decibels quieter. And I click SAVE straight away. But it never, ever remembers this change. It just plays it at the original very loud volume. What is going on? Why does it always reset back to the original volume? Why is it impossible to get this most basic task to work?
I'm adding /inserting photos and effects to the timeline. when I do the audio track and the music track splits and I can't detach them from the timeline with photos. the delete and close gap is greyed out. I've tried grouping and ungrouping in case the audio and photos are connected somehow. Please can someone help? I feel sure there is something simple I can do! thanks! attached pictures show everything is good, then a picture after I've inserted an image - the audio splits...have to admit I'm going crazy here !!
When I record a narration using Elements 11 I can hear my voice, delayed by a second or two, through the headphones. I have tried muting the audio have checked all of the levels and setting both in elements and my sound card and this still happens. If I try recording with anything else, such as windows sound recorder, this does not happen. Is there a setting I am missing somewhere as it is very distracting to hear yourself on a delay and makes the narration feature unusable.
Hi, a couple of months ago I upgraded from PSE '14 to '22. Used only the Organizer and Photoshop so far, everything works. Now I tried to edit a video and the welcome screen just shows a black screen. I googled the problem and tried a host of suggested solutions, to no avail. Can anyone help? Much appreciated! Some details:- the video is an MP4 from my Canon R6 camera, 4K/50fps. The manual says the camera records in either H.264 AVC or H.265 HVEC. Both should be compatible with PSE I guess- my operating system is Windows 10 and meets all the system requirements for PSE 2022- I have deleted all files from the Media cache I thought it could just be that 4K/50fps is a little too heavy for my (relatively) old HP laptop, so I imported another MP4 video which is just Full HD/25fps: same black screen. Tried a 4K video from my IPhone X: same. Here's two remarkable things:1. I can play all of the above mentioned videos in Elements Organizer without any problems2. When I import the 4K/5
