Hello, I have pe2021 and wondering if I'll have problems editing gopro video shot at 2.7k at 60 frames per second?In the past, I shot at 1080p 60 frames per second without any problems.Thank you for any reponses

I've added a fade in and fade out to a clip.But the fade out is just liner from normal to black.  Looks weak.I want to make it a more gradual fade at first, then accelerate.Anybody know how?Thanks

Hello,I am trying to create a portait edit as shown in the tutorial.  I am using PE 2022 but when I enlarge the video and add the blur to track 1, it is not showing up. Neither is the black bars on the edges of the videos. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thank you

I have created files in Premiere Elements 2020, which have been saved as .prel files. Often when I attempt to open these files in Premiere to continue editing, I get this message:  This type of file is not supported, or the required codec is not installed. Most of the time I cannot open prel files at all. Sometimes a prel file will randomly open, but some clips are 'offline' and are just a red cryptic field saying offline.

An integrated card : Intel(R) UHD Graphics A dedicated card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super   However, Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 (2022 seems to work the same) detects the integrated graphics and not the dedicated one !   The problem is that the software browses a file containing a list of supported graphics cards and is case sensitive ... Last week I bought Premiere Elements 2022, my last was Prem.Elem.13.In PM13 everything went allright. Okay, so I know this is going to be a very broad question, but I'm currently using Adobe Premiere Elements 15 (2017) as my go-to video editing tool and have been since 2017. I don't do video-editing professionally or anything, or use it as a way to make money (at least not yet...) I use it for editing home-videos and a few times a year I'll edit some video-game footage I've captured together and upload it to YouTube. Aside from the occasional crashing and glitches, Adobe Premiere Elements 15 has worked wonderfully for me for the past 4 years. But to all of the pros out there, knowing what I mainly use it for, would it really "benefit" me to upgrade to Adobe Premiere Elements 2022, or should I just save my $100 and keep what I have? Hello, I'm new to Premiere Elements 15 and I'm having some difficulty adding text boxes on top of a video and being able to define how long they stay on screen and to give them a transition when they appear and disappear. I've searched the help, but it didn't have the answer. I'm in a time pinch and need to figure this out quickly for a presentation. Also, how do I apply the same text style (font, color, etc.) to the text box that I have on the main title text?Thanks,Kevin

I'm currently using PSE9 and PSE2021 on the same Windows 10 computer. When I open my PSE2021 "Photoshop Premiere Elements Catalog" folder, I see that it contains the folders of images that I've imported. Following those, there is a folder called "Photoshop Elements Catalog" (dated 10/27/2013 -- I have no idea where that date came from): Can you tell me where this came from and what it is used for? And a final folder called "Photoshop Elements Catalog 1" (dated 1/5/2021 -- the date of my latest updates): My guess is that this is where the catalog data is stored for the "Photoshop Premiere Elements Catalog" folder. Can you explain what each of these entries is used for?  Also, when I finish working on PSE2021, I select the option to backup the catalog on exit. Where is this backup saved? Thanks for any help you can provide. Ken

I purchased the full version of the video editor just about 10 minutes ago and it still has the watermark for the trial everytime I open a video. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Hi Adobe Support. I recently purchased & installed Premiere Elements 2020. I am trying to add media but I'm getting an error message, can you please help.I've clicked onto Add Media, navigated to the folder in question and clicked on the image I wish to bring in, (a JPG image approx 130kb) with the following error message: The importer reported a generic error.The image opens in many other programs without fault. My source files are in MPEG2, 1920x1080, 50 fps, progressive. I want to export my project with the same settings, but I can't find it in any menue. Only lower frame rate is available, 25 fps. Does that mean that the combination  MPEG2 1080P 50 fps is not a possible export format?

Hello Adobe Team, Currently on version 19.0 of Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. We need to disable the update that is coming up, we cannot work with remind later option. A few reasons. >Adobe is slow to install>Slow to update.>High chances of failure.>Takes a lot of time for the update to complete.>Costs us a lot of money at the same time.>Users are beginners in Adobe, they do not want any chnages to be made what so ever for a while until they are well up to date with the interface and feel of the application.>Moreover the IT member has to contacted everytime update is to be done, still takes more time.>At this point I wish there was a parallel option to the service. What is not a solution. >Disconnecting from the internet when starting Adobe Premiere.>Closing the app from the task manager.>To do remind me later.>Care least on the security part for now. In other words, the update should not bother us/ bug us / pin us, unnes

In the middle of my project, I found the program (Adobe Premiere Elements 19) to not respond. I figured I'd try to use the render tool, which I did. I did not have any fuuther problem with m project after that. However, after using the Render tool, I believe the whole project moved to the right. I now have 30 seconds of dead time in the beginning of my song. So, I'd just like to know how to move all of my 20 or so tracks simultatneouly so they stay in sync. Some of these tracks have clips and spaces and more clips, so I fear that after the move, things may get out of sync.Lastly, I've been thinking of this for awhle: after I hit the Stop button, is there an easy wasy to get the timeline to go back to the spot which was active just before I hit the Play button?Thanks very much.LNovik

Are there new "transitions" (for video editing) available in Elements 2022? I have the 2020 version and hesitating to upgrade if there are still no new transitions.Could not find any answers to this question.I saw there are some new "automatic" features available for which I have no use.

Hello,I have an old MacBook with iMove '09 on MacOs El Capitan (10.11.6). I have created some iMovie projets. I have seen that it is possible to import some iMovie projects in Premiere : https://classroom.synonym.com/export-premiere-elements-8863.htmlSo I have bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 running on Windows 11. But when I select the iMovie project folder and I click on Import, I get the message below which means "This file type is not regognized or the required codec is not installed."How can I install the project ? I notice that the rushs are not in Macintosh HD. They are in an external disc. How can I install the required codec on my Windows 11?Best regards,Xavier

I am trying to reinstall Premier 12 on a new PC with Win 10.  The video editor comes up just fine, but Organizer quits by itself after 5 seconds or so! I have downloaded maybe 10% of my photos to Organizer, but stopped it after a bit because of time. The download was going well, but in checking to see the programs, I see this result.

I have had this problem since I purchased and downloaded it. Premiere Elements 2022 has never worked for me. Does Premiere Elements 22 work best with AVI type 1 or type 2? WinDV has both options but from what I can find out, Type 1 has the video and audio interleaved (combined) as 1 stream and Type 2 has the same a/v stream with a copy of the audio separate stream. File size is slightly smaller for type 1 but requires the editing software to separate the audio out when processing. Which works better with Premier?

To apply effects you can follow an object.For this you can draw around the object. Then you can track the object. If all this is not done "sharply" enough, you can still adjust the drawing frame by frame. For a small amount this is just doable, but still a lot of work. But once you're done with it and playing it, Premiere seems to be largely self-determined and all your work has been for nothing. How can I put my work right away and in such a way that it is preserved, because I can't do it in Premiere with follow object (whether or not with follow from this frame).
