Premiere Rush

I exported a Rush edit to my Mac desktop as an mp4. It was compressed to 1080p from 4k. I import into my Apple Photos app on my Mac - the video looks great. When it uploads to iCloud and subsequently onto my iPhone - the video quality is crushed. I also tried Airdropping the file to my iPhone - quality is still crushed.When I tried Airdropping the file to my wife's iPhone, the video looks great - no extra compression.We have the exact same iCloud settings and Photos app settings. My iPhone is running the latest software (15.4.1) and hers is running 15.3.1.I also tried downloading the Rush app on my phone and exporting directly to my phone from there. The quality seemingly got worse and when it uploaded to iCloud then to my Mac, the quality was still quite bad. I spoke with Apple for 45 minutes talking with 4 different people about the issue to find out that they thought it was an Adobe issue and that I should contact Adobe. Good afternoon everyone.  I can not seem to access the titles or graphics in Rush.  The attached message comes up every time I try.  I am on an Adobe for Enterprise account.  Does anyone know how to fix this???

My videos are all muted in color once I upload them to Rush. It's mostly reds/oranges that are taken. Before, if I didn't edit my video in VSCO beforehand, this would happen only upon export. Now, it happens upon initially uploading it onto Rush, too. It looks perfectly fine in my photo app, as well as if I try to upload it to Instagram, but not Rush. This has been happening since I got my iPhone 13 in October. I assumed it was because Rush couldn't handle the resolution of my raw videos, but now even the edited/lower quality videos aren't uploading right. I've tried it both on wifi and cellular data, not in low power mode. Doing this didn't help much, and both my phone and the software are up to date. I've attached a screenshot in Rush, and the actual clip so you can maybe see the difference.

Hi, I am a basic user of rush so pls be gentle! I do quick videos of houses I am selling. Is there a way to blur across photographs on display if client doesnt want them shown? So I would need to highlight just a small section and blur it, leaving the rest of the frame in normal video mode.Thanks in advance

Hi! When I export my video for render. It turns over exposed.

When I want to create a new project, it works fine if I want to bring a picture or video from the mobile phone, the camara, the Creative cloud, and from Google Drive.But somehow, it cannot bring a video from Google Photos! I click on the icon of Google Photos and then it message of "Espere..." ["wait..."] appears and never ends...I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again. But it does not work.Any advice? Please help!Alvaro Feuerman

Using Premiere Rush on a desktop and everytime I add a graphic or title slide it freezes and have to restart. 

I went into my Adobe rush to finish editing my film and all the squares were gray. My footage has been lost/removed. How could this be?? 

Hi!I was so happy to be able to work on my iPad and edit simple footage for posting, but the app just keeps crashing. I can't edit for more than a couple of seconds, I let all the files to render, I can't even export...I checked and have enough storage space, have no corrupted files and am just... kind of bummed.I've read that due to updates this has been happening to other people, but it would be great to have it fixed.can anyone help please?thank you

Hii,When i tried to capture video of size 1080 240fps on IOS & Android at time of capturing video the light or background starts blinking & when i created project using this media the project also shows blinking videos.please solve this issue.Thank you

have an IPad with the OS update 15 and when I try to create a new video I am able to select a video. But once it loads into the project, the screen and the timeline show no video image.

I created projects on my iPad and when I switched to my iPhone the audio wouldn't play and when I try and export it it says there are files that are missing or corrupted. I tried deleting and redownloading rush on my phone and syncing again, but still no go. 

Has anyone seen this? I keep getting  this everytime I export now. I have restarted, dumped cache etc. But still it remains    

How do we help contribute data and or any details needed to get things like more frame rates and aux support for our second and third lenses? I'm willing to do as much testing and data sending as needed to help. We need a great app for Android phones too!

I've just tried a test edit and can see the audio in the cars on the side (levels moving) but no sound when I play the clip. I can hear the clip when I play it in the media library (where I selected it from the rush collection installed).  I can see where this has been a problem for desktop and there are edit-preferences- audio input advice but that's not applicable to iPhone.  

I edited a few projects at home using the Rush desktop app (Mac), which synced to my online account. When I open Rush at work, some projects in my panel do not show the option to "duplicate" when I click on the ellipses (...). See attached image. I do not want to go into the original edit, since these NEED to be duplicated and saved in a different size/orientation.

I need to share (locally) multiple projects from my homescreen rather than one at a time.  How do you do that in Rush?

Is there a way in Première Rush to gradually lower the volume of an imported audio track (music) to adjust it to the content?

In Rush how do I keep the original date and time with the file? Preferably all file properties.

When rendering video in 4k format, the application on the iPhone closes. When rendering in hd, everything is fine. There is a subscription, there is a lot of space on the phone. What is the reason? Video size 3.4 Gb

So recently i have filled up my adobe cloud storage with rush projects. I wanted to clear up space so i can continuing using adobe cloud. I'm having a few problems. 1. I had to delete each file individually. There was no way of selecting a group of projects which made it an extremely tedious task. 2. Since I had to delete each project individually (I have hundreds of projects), I accidentally deleted an important project. I thought I could go to either the device i created it on to retrieve it or the deleted files section ( https://assets.adobe.com/deleted ) It is not in either section. 3. I am able to find some proxy files that i used in the project but can't verify which one is which. 4. On top of everything, Ive deleted everything and apparently am still taking up 75gbs of my 100gbs storage. I don't use lightroom and have checked the Lightroom section as well. Where are the other files? What are they? Where can i find a file management section wher
