Premiere Rush

Hi guys! Yesterday i opened Premier Rush (on iPadOS) and all my videos are gone. Me and my wife we have apple products. She bought a new laptop and when she bought a new pack from Adobe , after she was register , Premier on iPad asked for a new account. That's why it happened. What can i dothank you in advance!

I'm not sure if it's my computer or if it's adobe. But I have noticed when I upload any sound (whether it's from the original clip, or recording, or separate audio) it sounds like the speaker is broken and crackles. When I try to adjust it in the program it only gets worse. If I use a differnt video editing program, there is no sound issues. When I use Premier rush on my iPad, I have no issues with the sound. How can this be fixed?

Hello Community, currently Adobe Premire Rush's clip duration default is 2 seconds, is there a way to either set the default time for changing a clip duration or is it possible to change multiple clips?

I can't navigate to the folder on my hard drive to create a new project.  First of all, the navigation pain only shows icons, not details, so you can't sort by upload date, etc.  Second, navigation to subfolders, which is where my videos are, is very limited.  When you click on a folder, Premiere Rush only displays videos / pictures within that folder, and not subfolders. The navigation pains to get to your files are so basic and rudimentary.  It's hard to believe that something like that could even exist in this day and age. 

Using OBS and have multiple audio tracks. When I drag the footage into Rush it only shows one audio track. Wondering what I can do to have it show all 3 tracks in the editing bar so I can choose which audio tracks I want to hear?

Is there a way for me to export the video I created in Premiere Rush and upload it on a different account where they can edit the full video? 

I finally decided to learn Rush on my Android yet it's not working in two areas. One is the rename option. When I first open the app it wants content so I select it and it creates the workspace. When I select to rename the project from the default Untitled it throws up an error message Project rename failed. The other item I posted under an existing topic regarding the Titles and Graphics not loading.Any resolutions?I have uninstalled the app, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled the app but no change.I pay for the Adobe CC subscription.

So a bit confused. I see on this Adobe site, there should be the ability in Rush to seperate the audio from the video file. https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/video/discover/remove-audio-from-video.html I am trying to record a game with my in game talking and seperate them to edit each with different volumn levels etc. But I cannot see the option to do so. The link to the Adobe site above shows, right click and it will give the option to seperate audio. There is no such option for me, just expand, duplicate and delete. What am I doing wrong??  Thanks!

I am trying to export a project that's 132 mb and it's not rendering at all when i export it. I have tried logging out and logging in , cleaning the cache and storage but no luck. Not sure what the issue is , but the export is unusable at the moment.Its stuck at 0% since forever. Please help RegardsAshwani   

Hi so I'm really upset as I've been trying to save a video to my iPhone that I've made for days now it keeps coming up with not enough storage which the video is estimated at 6.8GB which I have 14GB of storage available on my iPhone and it's still not working I keep deleting more and more things to get more storage and it's so annoying that it still won't work, please help

I am trying to export a quick video that someone recorded on their phone. We added audio and a text layover, but when we go to export, the visual from the video is gone. The audio and text layover are still there, but no video. Just a black screen. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Since I am having issues with my Android version of Rush as noted in other posts, I opened Rush on my laptop and went to import the photos using the folder directory on the left but it won't see my phone that is plugged in via USB cable and, yes, the phone screen is open and unlocked.Any resolutions to having it seen in the directory?OBVIOUSLY I'll need to momentarily do a workaround but the directory should be able to access phone/camera files.

When I go to my cloud storage for my Rush project all I can find is copy of the assets, not a file with the work I've done to arrange them. How do I open an in-progress Rush project from the cloud? Thank you!

Hello all, I am praying this project with so many hours in it can be rescued.  I admit it is somewhat of a complex video, I was very impressed that Rush was handling it perfectly (it's been several months...). I had finished all sequencing (ugh) and last night added in some audio ducking and title screens and now when I open the project, it loads a few seconds then crashes.  I have downloaded the PC Rush to try it on my other device but I don't see the file synced. I also don't see any progress bars to tell if there's anything currently syncing? I also tried duplicating the project but the duplicate file crashes even faster. Is there any hope for this project? Get me started troubleshooting, I'm willing to try anything.   

What does the copywrite agreement say in regards to using the music in Adobe Rush in a commercial environment? Best regards, Johan

Hello Option "Add graphic elements" does not work correctly. Not all elements can be applied. Some elements are like in process of uploading but don't appear. Screenshots attached.Samsung S21 Ultra, Adobe Rush. thank you, Maria   

Does anyone know why Adobe Rush isn't compatible with the Samsung Galaxy Ultra S21. I bought this phone so I can film en edit short movies. Can't even find out if or when the app is being updated got this. So frustrating!!! 

Looks like the Samsung S7 FE should support Rush since it has Android version 11. Think I will get it since I need something that is compatible with Premiere elements that I have on my PC and love working with. I notice however that no Samsung Tab is on the recommended list  from Adobe of suitable android devices that will download Rush, so I'm a bit hesitant about getting the S7 without confirmation I use a  S3 all the time so would want to stick with S if poss.Nick D 

 I'm very new to Premier Rush and I'm figuring it all out along the way. Probably a very silly question but how do you go about saving a colour to the row where I've popped a blue arrow. I'd like to be able to quickly use the shades I use frequently. I'm using it on my iPhone and can't figure out how to save them.  Many thanks 🙂 

I just began testing Adobe Rush as an option to manage media and create rough video cuts while traveling.  Footage comes from a Sony FS-5 and an A7R-II in XAVC and XAVC-S wrappers.  (The FS-5 footage comes in an MXF container). I installed 1.5.12 on my iPad Pro and pulled the memory cards from the FS-5 and A7R-II to test imports.  I move the files to a folder on the iPad, Lauch Adobe Rush, and go to the Add Media / Import from Files. I am able to import the A7R-II footage, but all of the files from the FS-5 (my main camera) just show the message "Hiding  X  incompatible files".  (see attached) According to Adobe's "Supported Video Formats for Import", Sony wrappers, in XAVC, LongGOP, and XAVC-S should all be natively supported: Sony camerasYou can import and edit media from the following cameras directly, without rewrapping or transcoding:Sony XDCAMSony XDCAM 50Sony XAVCSony XAVC LongGOP (Group of Pictures)Sony XAVC-SSony SStP Is t

I won't be purchasing the premier rush mainly because I seem to have too many technical issues with the app. On my phone it was constantly pixelated and I only did like 3 transitions and it was a 30 second video with music added. On my computer it was slightly different. It kept glitching and shaking then crashing on the screen , going different colours then I even saved it. That the. Came out as a black out video with no noise at all. I tried to do this 30 second video numberous time removing the app then re uploading and nothing helped.I heard others had a similar problems and that just scared me in to even purchasing. such a shame because it looked good.

I imported media from an SD card and checked Synced with Cloud. All work done on iMac Desktop. Did simple edits on each of 9 projects (low quality 8mm film transfers) and exported each to YouTube. When I went back to them following day media files missing and as I selected a different project keyframe changed and data duplicated from another project. Spent long time online chat/screen share with Adobe who saw the problem and took screen gabs etc. Promised call back next working day after rteferring to Rush Dev Team, then delayed 24 hours and now nothing from them for a nearly a week. No reply to my polite chase. I have had to stop my archive digitisng project and worried I may have lost 10 days of work. Any ides how I can push Adobe for resolution?
