Premiere Rush

When I try to export a fully edited video,the exported video is not exploitable: the result shows a plain blue screen through almost all the video while the audio continues. I didn't move any of the media from its original file and I don't understand why it happens. The video is composed mainly of short videos shot on my iphone. I'm using my computer (windows 10).It's weird because the photos and three sequences appear well on the exported video. And when I try again after failing to export, the edit section also shows me a blue page. But when I close premiere rush and launch it again, the video appears normally on the edit section.I tried to empty the cache, restart my computer, and log out but nothing works.

Hello, I've been trying to export my rush video for a while now but after I export it locally, the video is frozen except the parts where I have a transition to a new clip. It pretty much only shows the first frame in that clip. The audio still works but the image is frozen. In the share tab where you can preview your video and change the video preset, the video appears to be fine and plays back normally. (Ive tried exporting three times with different presets.) Would anyone know why this is? PC Specs: Windows 10/ 16 GB Ram/ Intel i7 Processor/ Intel Iris xe graphics.

I'm having the same problem as described here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/rush-got-stuck-at-preparing-media-mac/m-p/10605661 When I open Premiere Rush on a fresh install, when I select media (either my own or when following the tutorial and using the sample media) and click "Create", the app immediately hangs on the "Preparing Media" screen. No progress appears on the progress bar. When I click "Cancel", the progress bar jumps to 100% but nothing else changes, and I have to force-quit the app. Then if I try to reopen the app, it just hangs on the loading screen. The only way to get out of that is to:Close RushLog out of Creative CloudDelete the contents of ~/Documents/Adobe/Log back in to Creative CloudRe-open RushNow I'm back at the original issue, where creating a project just hangs on "Preparing media" 13" MacBook Pro, 2.4 GHz dual core i7, 16 GB RAM, Intel Iris Graphics 540 1536 MB. macOS Big Sur 11.2.3. How can I get around this and start

You cannot download Rush (via the Play Store) to a Google Pixel 4a. Despite this phone being over a year old. I see other threads on this - but nothing has been resolved. Are these community forums monitoried by anyone that actually works at Adobe. If so, why isnt there a fix in place or at least guidance on what the problem is and/or when it will be fixed. 

Premiere Rush never worked properly, and I mean NEVER, but recently its buggy all the time, especially the voice over crashew the app 100% of the time, even with the newest update. Who else has issues with the app?

The audio from any video once imported is distorted and static noise is heard on Samsung's Nore 10. The same video file on the same phone, plays fine when using other editing phone apps like inshot, kinemaster etc. The file is attached. In addition, when editing audio recently like the last few months, the audio gets distorted but still hearable, unlike the attached. This is why I stopped using it on my mobile. Can you help?

I'm using one of the themes in title i believe and I can not figure how to change the text color/size/font or anything else for that matter. 

I scrolled around for a little bit but didn't see it here in the forum. I'm trying to import my business logo to Premiere Rush as a title for the beginning of a video but I can't find any answers or tutorials on how to do it. I'm pretty new to the video editing world (or any editing world for that matter). Can I get a little help here?

Can I use all of the audio clips offered in the library for videos on YouTube, Instagram, etc. without mentioning them or at additional costs. Is it permissible under German watch copyright law

Hi everyone, My Adobe Rush used to work really well but recently it started to freeze then crash after it working fine for around 5 minutes. I have tried reinstalling it and no changes. I have also downloaded Premiere but it is the same issue. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to open Premiere Rush from the Creative Cloud Desktop, and nothing happens. I click on "Open" and nothing. Running as Admin, nothing. Restart the PC, nothing. PC updated, nothing. I'm very confused. Looked through the forums and didn't find any solutions that helped.

I'm using this for the first time, and I can't add any video, because Rush won't see it. There's a link for Dropbox, but it doesn't even see the folders in there. I've tried version 1.5.62 and Beta, and they have the same issues. I have logged out and back in again. I have refreshed everything. This is a paid version. Honestly, I'm reading articles that are almost two years old, and nothing seems to be fixed. This is terrible. What am I paying for here?

I've been having an issue with opening a premier was project on the iPad with Creative Cloud has anybody else been experiencing this?

 I was unable to move (unlocked) clips in my project and the forum recommendation was to reset preferences.  After I did that, all projects disappeared from the startup screen.  I can find them nowhere.   How do I get to my projects locally on the desktop.  CC syncing has stopped working so I don't see them on the Cloud either, but that is not where I like to store things.  An 'Assets' folder there has cryptic names and no images, so is not very useful to even know what is there if that is where they are.       

Adobe Rush is a great program for beginners, but after using free Premier Rush with 3 exports, we paid for the $9.99 upgrade with unlimited exports. After 2 days of waiting and contacting support, we tried everything chat support suggested. They couldn't find a solution at that time. We were informed they would call us with a solution, and still have not heard back. Please advise!

Hello, I am trying to create and upload a custom motion graphic template to Rush. First I created the mogrt in After Effects, but I read a past forum saying Rush does not support mogrt files from AE. I recreated it in Premiere using the Essential Graphics panel and key framing out the animation. Once I export out the mogrt and upload to Rush the graphic appears, but it isn't animated anymore. What else can I do? Thanks for your help!

Trying to follow along with older Rush tutorials and there was a ton more title templates...any way to redownload those?

I have the Adobe Pack for Photographers (PS+LR) and was using Adobe Rush (free version) to edit a video. I tried for more than 5 times to render a video but it was not successful. I bought the premium version of Adobe Rush so I could synchronize my project on the cloud and render on my PC, but the mobile application does not recognize my premium subscription. I would like to know what I should do to finally be able to render my video.

I followed the tutorial on voiceover and was unsuccessful. I use a Mac Pro. My sound settings were to the internal mike; Rush preferences were to the same mike. The software didn't record. What to do?

I've been trying to upload my movie on the YouTube however during sign in to google the message appears saying log in to google bia PU is temporaty invalid. And I want to know how to solve this problem.    title edited by mod

Dear Premiere Rush-Community I am an absolute newbie with Premiere Rush and just wanted to export my movie. Unfortunatley there was an error while rendering and now the whole video is broken. It is all red (see pic below). Unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot of the error-number 😞 How can I get back to the last version that was correct or how can I repaire the file?  Thank you very much for your help and kind regardsSabrina
