Premiere Rush

I am trying to render my first video with PR on a PC and the film transitions, cuts and speed are fine pre-rendering. After the film fully renders the playback is plays the first clip uncut and then rest of the clips play in slow motion. I have not changed the speed on any of my clips. I have tried restarting my program, the computer. I have reset the clip and I am still getting the issue.I feel like I've tried evey solution that I can and I'm hoping someone can help me. 

I cannot find the old audio tracks, sounds/songs since updating RUSH to the latest version 1.5.54 Did they get "thrown in" with the new audio tracks/sounds? I really liked the older sounds/songs for clinical style talking head corporate videos... I want my default sounds/songs back from the previous version... anyone know where they are located? Thanks for the help! 

If my cursor is on a text card and I hit play with the spacebar, it deletes the text.  It is immediately in edit mode whenn I stop on it or select it.   Is there a way to lock the text in? DS

Hi, first time user. I did one video  combining 4 interviews and everything worked great.Second one, 4 of the 5 interviews I'm trying to consolidate all sound distorted.Have previewed each in Quicktime and they seem fine. Any ideas what is causing this?

Am I missing something here. I work on a file hours days maybe weeks. I make a mistake its just gone. There is no save as feature. Notepad.... has a save as feature. Hell the early dos text editors before Windows was even a thing had a save as feature.Surely the files are kept local somewhere and I can just copy them like any other project file in any other software. NOPE ITS ALL IN THE CLOUD.What is this madness? Who thought this was a good idea? How do you back up your files? How do you make copies of your files? How do you make templates? How do you make sure one mistake doesnt cost you your entire project?

Please excure me if this topic has been previously discussed.  I have video hardware to capture from a VCR which I currently import into Virtual Dub.  I would like to use Premiere Rush to process the captured video.  I havent been able to find any information on this issue. Thank you for any advice. Bob W.

Hello i just installed premiere rush on my laptop, and when i opened it after installing i was able to creat a new project. but now on subsequent openings, the page wont load and i cant even create a new project. is this due to free trial limits or payment issues? if i pay for the full version, should it load?

hey. I have created a video in the mobile app but want to see it on my computer. I have clicked on sync but cannot find it on the desktop. When I stop syncing it warns me that it will be deleted from the desktop and I have notifications that it has been removed from the desktop. Where is it when it goes to the cloud?

Hello. I just downloaded Rush for the first time today and, on Windows, it just gets stuck loading (spinning circle). I have already tried signing out, deleting the preferences, rebooting, and then signing back in. I then tried reinstalling the software and that did not solve the issue. I then tried installing it on my Macbook Pro and the program did launch, but after trying to import any media it gets stuck on "Preparing media" forever. Signing out, rebooting, reinstalling, etc. has also not helped resolve this. The progam is nonfunctional on both macOS and Windows for me.

Hi good afternoon to everyone) I have some issue, there is no EDIT feauture in ADOBE RUSH app which I have on iPad ! Are there any option to add it to Colourgrading section? How to add Edit feature to Adobe Rush if you don’t have it on your iPad ? thank you 🙏 

When I add an audio file to my video, it sounds very high-pitched and robotic. I tried different editing apps (the video editing app that comes with Microsoft), and the audio works fine there. I tired converiting the audio to different formats but it did not help. I had inserted  a very similar audio a day prior and everything worked so I'm assuming neither the audio nor the format are the problem here. I tried to uninstal and re-install Rush but still did not help. At this point, I'm clueless. Please help.  Thank you

I cant work in Perimere Rush for more than 3 minutes without it erroring out and telling me it cannot autosave. It is now deleting audio off of files and closing out without notice. Please help or update!  This is getting really bad. 

I spent the day editing a video that every time I start the program crashes and causes fatal error in windows. My project which supposed to be saved, but when I opened the program again, everything is gone. I tried again, I was done with editing and color grading, and at the end, it crashes and everything is lost. My project does not appear in the home screen. I spent the whole day editing the video. Please can someone help me to find the project again. In which folder does it save to see if I can get it back. I might switch to Da Vinci if this continues. It used to be good before. I don't what happened. Let me know any solution please, I don't wanna start again, and that is the fourth time which I said last time, I will switch. Thank You!

For the past couple weeks Rush I've been getting notifications while editing saying basically that adobe hasn't autosaved in awhile to then exit out to save. Then if I do that I just get the  blue wheel (on windows) and Rush stops reponding. Thereby losing all my work. I've sinced just gotten used to doing everything in one sitting. But basically I can't save my work and I have no idea why. Everything is up to date. 

For the free trial of Premiere Rush, it says 3 exports. Do I get 3 exports per month? 3 exports period? 

I just finished my 2 week project when the app crashed during exporting and now I can't open the video on my phone or ipad. This is due in the morning, kinda desperate for help.

I use an animated lower third .mov in Premiere Rush for my lower thirds titling. It is on a transparent background, and then I made a mogrt file for the text and I just match it up with the .mov.  It was part of an elaborate workaround since Rush won't use a motion graphic made in AE.  When I import on the computer, it works fine in Rush.  On my iPad, the .mov shows up with a black background. I have an iPad Pro running iOS 13.6.1 and the latest update of Rush.  Can you help me out?

Hi, I need help. I keep getting the message that my storage is full. I have deleted A LOT in the last few days that are BIG files and it still keeps saying storage is full... I've tried turning off sync and turning it back on a few time and nothing.So frustrating. I KNOW it isn't full. Can anyone help?  Thanks so much!

iam facing this default for more than a month with this app , it freezes my computer for days .it studdenly shots down when iam editing or stops working inreturn i lose all the editing work. it takes for a video of 10 min to upload or render 3 hours . it wasnt like that when i started working with this app . help me please otherwise i need to cancel this app buy another one from another company my work timeline gets effected by this app .

I have been trying to save a video locally to my laptop for days now but everytime I try it gets stuck rendering at the same place and makes no progress. I have even left my laptop open overnight but it doesn't work. I have never experienced this issue before and I amnot sure what is causing it. The only application running is premiere rush and I have plenty of memory. The video is also only a little over 5 minutes long. Evertime I cancel the render becuase it get stucks the app stops responding as well. Is it possible the issue is just with Adobe Premiere Rush?

Hello I really need some helpI have had Rush for only afew months and have made afew videos. Afew months ago for some reason it will only work for a short period of time or if you try to export, it will crash. When it crashes it uses all 64GB of my PCs RAM.  The program is unusable at this stage. Can anyone help? Ive tried reinstal and clearing the cache.Photos attached of RAM use after only afew seconds of use.

I am working with GoPro 9 videos (mp4 format) and have just started with Premiere Rush version 1. 5. 54. I have imported three short videos and playback is extremely choppy. To the point where I simply can't edit. I am working on MacBook Pro Desktop IOS 11.2.3. version.Any ideas for the possible solution? Thank you, Ilze

I have successfully used a Samsung Galaxy S10 to make a lot of videos in Adobe Rush Premiere. In the last month, The exported videos are glitchy beginning about halfway through, the audio will stay stable but the video will freeze. I've used different micro SD cards. All of this footage was recorded in a GoPro hero 8 black. Any suggestions to fix this? I like your app but I'm not going to pay for it if it's not going to work.
