Premiere Rush

I just updated Premier Rush to 1.5.40 (Win 10)PNG files load as blank. Please see attached screen shot.The png file "Us stand" shows as an image in the Media Browser but after adding it, is blank in the Edit screen. What is the solution?. Thank you.Bill Sonvico 

Hello guys I've got a intel core i5 5200u with intel hd 520 and adobe rush do not run.Is this system  enough?It looks that meets the requirements but when I open rush, it just stays "thinking " but never gets running. Some help please. Thanks  

Hi! I'm new here and I need help to uninstall the app because it doesn't work. Right after I installed the app, it was stuck on loading for hours and I can't get any work done. So I decided to uninstall since its an excess file in the PC's memory. Any tips on how to get rid of this app?

After launching Premiere Rush the “Your Project” windows comes up with a spinning donut in the center. To the left, greyed out “Create a New Project” button. Below the greyed out button there is Help, Learn, Community which all works fine. At the top what appears to be Premiere Rush pull down menus. Each pull down can be accessed. Very little menu options available. Premiere Rush stays in this state for what seems like forever or until I “Force Quit”. I've been working on editing a video in the Iphone app because my Premiere Rush on my computer either freezes or crashes without fail.  Now, I am receiving a message "unable to render".  Can this please be fixed?  Very frustrating if you can't use the PC or Iphone App to make a vidoe.

Hi. In a couple of projects, I've lost connections to Rush-included soundtracks. In one project, a soundtrack that previously had a lost connection started working--yet I hadn't changed anything in the project. Any ideas? Thanks! Running 1.5.38 (build 84) on Windows 10.

Hello,I'm dealing with an issue with Premiere Rush recently.Sudelny it does not work properly - when I open a project (or create a new one), the app loads for some time, then closes without any notification.I've already reinstalled the app itself and also the cloud, but it didn't help. The problem does not occure with other cloud apps I'm using, just the Premiere Rush.Does anybody know why it happens and how can I fix this?

I have bought the illustrator program, and herewithin there is also the Premire Rush, but why do I only have limited exports?I assume it is within the package since it was free to install when buying the Illustrator. 

I've tried contacting chat support and I was told to rename coresync folder - which worked for a couple of minutes, and then the problem is back again. Immediately, it created a new coresync folder, and the not-syncing problem is back. What are my options now?

Is there a way to control the direction of the Pan and Zoom and the speed?I need my pan and zoom to go quickly but leave the final zoom on screen for a bit longer.  

I'm making a video in premier rush and wanted to use the pan and zoom feature for a still image, but it seems there is no way to tell it where to zoom or pan? It seems to only have an on/off option with an empty drop down menu, and is zooming in on an area of my image that makes no sense. Is this a bug? Or is the tool just not finished being built?  Also, I know this has been mentioned elsewhere, but saying "included with your subscription" before downloading, and then only allowing three exports feel extremely misleading. 

Hi AllI have a Windows laptop with good specs.I have found that Rush videos lose sync when you render them.My videos range from 10 to 30 minutes.I use several sources for audio - mostly mp3.My video is the issue and comes form Gopro or my phone.It looks perfect when editing but then the vdieo is out of sync.I have tried a few things to fix it - reinstalling and just putting it back through rush and fixing. The other issues is that when I updated to the latest verion, all fo my downloaded titles, transitions etc dissapeared. These have been taken from youtube 'how to' videos and other places.I simply went back to the previous version. Thanks for your help!

Adobe Rush just installed on iMac 2013, running Mojave. Rush open for about 5 minutes, added a few clips to the timeline, played the video, then tried to look at the menus. Menus appeared in random places on the screen in fuzzy pink and green colors, both in Rush and in other apps when I switched away from Rush. Not ready for use.   title edited by mod

I typically work across multiple devices when working on projects and collaborate with others on some projects. I've run into this issue recently in Rush where some of the features or capabilities are not consistent across devices. On two different laptops I was using for a project in Rush, only ONE of them would let me click & drag clips in the timeline to create a gap between them. On the other laptop, the clips would snap right up to the preceeding clip, not allowing any gaps between clips. So, my first question is, why are the Rush capabilities not consistent across devices? And my second question is, is there a way to enable or disable a feature in Rush that will allow clips to have gaps between them? 

Hi, a few days ago it seems like Premiere Rush did an update on my phone, and I can no longer add my own sounds anymore. This is importnat because I'm a music producer and the entire reason I got Adobe was to do this, it looks like I'm only able to now add stock sounds and songs that adobe choses. Can someone please give me clarity on this? If I'm unable to add my own music from the files section of my iPhone or even from emails it would be quite dissapointing and frustrating. Thanks so much  

We are creating a tutorial for a website and as long as we only render the video once, there's no issue, but each time we render the video the video gets more and more zoomed in. We have to keep rendering because Rush gets to a point when we are working on a video where it glitches and freezes constantly. So we render what we have done, then continue editing. But each render we lose about a scroll bars width of the video.

Hello, I'm a paying subscriber and use Premiere Rush on my iPhone and Mac.  Up until a couple of days ago everything was syncing perfectly, however, as of this morning, new video projects on my iPhone are not syncing to desktop even I request that it should be. Here's some of my hardware/software:iPhone 11 Pro MaxiOS 14.0.1Macbook Air 2015 running Big Sur BetaiMac 2012 running MacOs Catalina 10.15.7Premiere Rush mobile version: 1.5.32Premiere Rush Mac Version: 1.5.29 (Build 32) On my iPhone it appears as though the video projects are syncing, but on the desktop app it doesn't acknowledge I have a Premium account and won't sync.  Error messages attached. I've reinstalled all apps, rebooted every device, and even tried the Rush Beta on the desktop with no success. Thanks for your assistance. 

What's going on with this new update? It's been almost 20 minutes now and the dumb thing is still loading. How is this an update if you can't even put down text in your videos?

Hi! The Adobe Premiere Rush app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max was working great but these last 3 weeks it just won't open. I try to open it but it crashes before I get to see the projects. I only have 4 small projects and my phone has  plenty of space. Tried to reset a bunch of times, updated, but the app just won't stay open and show me my files. Can anyone help me? What's going on?

Before anything Adobe needs to fix the issue with Rush crashing at random moments of the editing process and even during the rendering process. I have seen this issue so many times in the adobe community and no body has gotten a fix for this. It does not depend on what situation you are in. My app crashed when I was scrolling through the video, trying to import video or audio, trying to add titles, during the rendering process, cutting the audio size and so many more cases that the app itself is just unusable. Before Adobe does any other “feature adding” they need to fix this issue of the app itself crashing to the home screen. When I try to report the bug within the app, that function also is unusable because it just freezes the whole app and nothing else responds to the touch. I know this is not just an iPad problem because a lot of the inquiries from the community page has different users having the same issue with different iOS devices. I've seen others post, but Premiere Rush just crashes for no reason.  It might work for 30 minutes and then everything crashes again.  Need to know what is going on.

Dear Adobe I have a windows 10 PC with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600X Six-Core Processor 3.60 GHz and a Nvidia 1660Ti GPU. Everytime I start the program, it stops after boot and nothing happens. Please help if you have any idea how to solve this issue. Thanks
