Premiere Rush

Upgraded to latest version now app will not start

I was working on my Adobe Premiere Rush Project and went to share it, and then something went wrong. Now, all of my video and audio files are saying that "file cannot be found", and all of them are red with an exclamation point in the middle. I don't know what to do or how to get them back, and I don't want to make an entirely new project and have to start over again.  

I was excited to download this app on my phone. I've been able to make one video and save to my camera roll. However subsequent videos cannot be retrieved. Any suggestions??

Hi everyone. I've been using Adobe Rush on my Galaxy Note 9 and recently got a Tab S6 only to realise that Rush is not in the play store. Why is this? From what I've seen, it is not supported.  Why is that?  I have seen people side load it and had it working fine.  Does the Samsung partnership not cover their flagship tablets?😞   Title edited by mod

I go to the file I left my video in so I can import it to Rush to edit it but it isn't showing up? This is confusing because the video is definitely in there but Rush doesn't seem to see it? Is anyone else having this bug? I'll need to cancel my subscription if this continues. I've never had this before and have been using Rush for over 6 months now. Please help. (I've even tried recording another video on rush and it's not finding that video either.)

Hi I'm getting this message when I try to sign in to Youtube from Rush ( this browser or app may not be secure. Try using a different browser). What to do to solve this? I want to upload directly to youtube.

since a couple of days Rush on my Macbook Pro doesn't sync while the ipads and phones do. Even the projects being synced before do not show anymore as synced and I cant seem to activate syncing, all I get is a non-sense message not helping with anything. I do not have the Rush subscription for a long time, am a long time PS and LR user, but Rush is such a mess, it it just keep stealing my time. Sorry Adobe, that's bad work. 

What is this? I cannot export anything to anywhere and don't understand the error.

Hi, i´m trying Premiere Rush from the Cloud, desktop version. I have issues trying to add or import some text styles or transitions. I´m trying to find the TEMPLATE icon to import some styles and can´t find it. Here i attach some images.I´m on the trial version.

Hi everyone im on adobe rush on mobile and ive been trying to make videos with a voiceover but anytime i do it just sounds staticy and bad does anyone know how to fix this and ive tried doing the solutions for the computer but they dont work on phone Thank you for your help!

I have CC All Apps plan and have Rush installed on iPad Pro. When I go to Titles to add things some of them have a yellow T! Symbol on them and I can't use them. Why is that? 

Can anyone Fix this, should i reinstall? 

Hi all, I'm rendering videos I recorded using Zoom for my classes, mostly a slide show and my voice.A 30- to 40-minute video takes up about 60MB as recorded by Zoom in MP4, at 2560x1440.  I then add a simple title in the beginning, cut a few seconds before I start sharing the slides window, and add a couple of 150-pixel logos on the corners, and proceed to render to a local file and to YouTube. Local rendering takes about 2 hours of rendering, plus another 2 hours to export to YouTube. Both the original files and the result are placed in a SSD drive, the machine is a 2019 iMac Pro with 64 GB of RAM. Rush's thread is running at 114%, only about 8GB of the RAM are taken by Rush's process, there are loads of free disk space in the SSD. The final video is rendered with medium quality, mono sound, 720p, and still ends up with 5 times the original mp4 file size. What am I missing? I produced several videos a couple of months ago, with much faster rendering.&nbsp

I had a number of MOV sent through with a moving graphic, transparent background to use in my videos. They have been working fine, until I updated to the latest RUSH, and now the MOV plays, but the background it black. Does anyone a solution to this? 

how to save a work in adobe premiere? (not pro)

I have been using Premiere Rush and really like it.  After trying to replace an audio clip, the program locked up. I believe at that point I may have had to use the task manager to shut the program down.Ever since then, I can't open Rush.  I have uninstalled it, reinstalled it, restarted computer, shut down the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro.I am able to open the Rush project in Premiere Pro but really want to use Rush.When I open Rush, it begins loading the program, then gets stuck.  I can see on the "opening page" of the program that it is stuck at "Loading ImporterQuickTime.prm"No matter how long I wait, Rush never opens, so I can't get in and try to change preferences.I'm stumped, if anyone can help I would really appreciate it.

Hello everyone,I have seen a thread regarding the matter of users purchasing an adobe package with the intent of using Adobe Premier Rush which is clearly advertised as included with the subscription. Users are then finding out that after purchasing the package and installing Rush that there is an additional subscription they have to purchase to use many of Rush's features. This is obviously false advertising to say the least. My situation may be different however. I have Adobe for Enterprise and after using Adobe for well over 2 years now, mostly Rush weekly since August of 2018 on my mobile phone, I opened my Rush this weekend only to notice I have to pay a premium subscription to not only upgrade but to use many of the same features I have always used including uploading videos. Even more odd is only the last 3 videos I created require me to pay premium however the other dozens of videos I created that are in my list of works, all of which have features that I am now being told

This app keeps on crashing using Windows 10 on a brand new PC with plenty of processing power. Any ideas? I mean it cant even get past the little "guide" where it gets you to use three of its own videos to let you know what to do... pathetic.

Hey Premiere Rush community ive just finished a major music video project that was assembled entirely on iPad with premiere rush. I've maxed out its capabilities and found a few issues. Recording 4K on new iPhone at 24fps, export was found to drop frames at custom setting 24fps on desktop version at full res. 30fps automatic setting produced a low quality export at 360 mb. Export for YouTube setting at 4k produced hi quality export, but if your adobe creative cloud app is not open in the background, the export WILL drop the adobe font you have in title cards. There were also minor audio issues: sometimes the stereo file playback was mono. Overall I have to say, despite multiple crashes, which were entirely anticipated, this was a challenging and exciting project completely shot and assembled with mobile technology. I've been working on a project and am ready to share it but nothing happens in the App with I click "Share" or try to export my video. I've tried quitting/restarting the app but still nothing is happening... 

Hello,is it possible to share file create on rush to an other Rush user that don't have same adobe cloud account than me ? (same question for desktop or mobile version of rush) I want to start a rush project and send it to another rush user. The this Rush user will finish the project. Thanks for your help

Hi all Just went to start using the above and according to Creative Cloud Desktop it is in my subscription, but when i want to export it says i am on a free trial?  Help and advice please? 

i got that i can just copy and paste all folders under this Common folder to new computer or new adobe account?asking this because i don't actually need to subscribe adobe cc account by myself as i work as designer and company will usually have this for us but what if i change job and work in new company, new account, new laptop but i want previous projects back. is this the same method? so when i open Rush i will see what i did in the past? just all files in folder right?
