Premiere Rush

Hello! I've exported my video and the audio is about 1 sec early... On the project, the timing is still correct, so I'm assuming something must've gone wrong on the export process.. any ideas? Thanks a lot! (I'm on MAC)

Premiere Rush will not open on my laptop, using windows 10 pro? It just keeps spinning the circle? I have tried unistalling and reinstalling to no avail!Please advise,Clay Wieland 

Hi, I have problem with starting Premiere Rush on PC. After starting a program, there is only spinning circle and nothing happens. Non of the options is available. 

I have just installed Rush, but when I export my raw files, I just get a black screen! I can't see what editing, is that fair? Please help

I am brand new to Rush and spent hours working on a 9 minute movie only for it to not save the file to my computer.I'm on a windows laptop, 16gb RAM, i7 intel core processor. I've edited the video at 00:00:23 and nothing changes.

Hi there, we created a video on the ipad with rush and wanted to synchronize it on the desktop, as it is not possible to download the video from the ipad. The problem is, that the sync does not work. the video is not visible on desktop. what yould be the solution to get the video downloaded (from the ipad, and not to Soc media! I need as a file to share via fileshare)thx kindly B.

I'm using the latest Adobe Premiere Rush August 2020 (1.5.25). I often have problems editing my video recording suddenly Rush doesn't respond and Rush's screen is white. With this kind of problem, sometimes I lose some of the video recordings that I have edited and I have to do the job again.I'm using a laptop with an Intel core i7 processor, 16 Gb memory and 256 Gb SSD (it has exceeded the minimum requirements). Do I need to send log files for easy investigation?

I am on a desktop with Windows 10 and the latest version of Rush.  I have checked mute, and volume for the files.  I can see the volume bar on the side go up and down.  I checked in Premiere and all the files play there with sound on my headphones.  When I began developing the clips, they played audio. I checked the sample videos and they do not play sound either now. I am not sure what to do next?  I just tried the clip on my 6Splus iPhone. It played the sound. 

i'm getting error 409 while signing into Rush Mobile with my university of Arizona student account please help

Hey Adobe, why does rush keep crashing? I've tried it on multiple devices - iPhone 11 Max Pro, iPad Pro and Mac Book Pro.  Tried a few re installs also. It would be a great app if it worked.   Can you guys. Fix it?   Title edited by mod

Twice in a row I have spent several hours editing the same project and both times Rush has crashed and won't let me open to project again.I can open other projects I have done previously, just not this one. I'm paying a monthly subscription for this software and its doing my head in that it keeps doing this!! I takes up hours of my time! Is this now the norm for Rush?I have reinstalled a previous version and tryed uninstalling and reintsalling and neither worked.I am running version 1.5.20 of Rush and Windows 10 version 10.0.19041 Build 19041. I see other people have had this issue, has anyone found a reliable fix?

Hi,    I was working on a project this morning and it had crashed a few times.  But each time I restarted, the project was automatically at where it crashed. So I assumed the sync/save was working.  I just noticed there was a new update so I downloaded and installed.  Now the project I had been working on is completely gone from the projects list.  I've tried logging out and logging back in to adobe cloud..didn't help. Any other ideas?  (I haven't downloaded the app so it's all been on PC) Thanks  

Hello, I am new to filmmaking and editing and exporting. I am trying to film and put together fun home videos of my kids that I can hopefully cherish forever. I want to put together a nice high quality video with nice edits for myself and my family later in life. I put them on YouTube and set them as private so only my family and I can view them. I do that manly for a backup storage option. So here is my set up. I have a GoPro hero 8 that I mostly film in 2.7k 30fps, also sometimes shoots in 4K 30, and randomly shoot in 1080p. I also have a dji mavic air 2 that I shoot in 4K 30. All videos look nice once I upload them to my iPad. I export my videos from my GoPro and drone directly to my iPad Pro ( latest model ). My videos then go to my files. I then upload my high quality videos to primiere rush and they do not look like the high quality  videos they once were. I then export and it then looks even worse. When I upload them to YouTube they are still not high quality.  My

I am a Creative Cloud subscriber, but when I attempt to create a new Rush project, I do not see my Creative Cloud files under the "Cloud" section of accounts. (The box is checked to sync to Creative Cloud.) What do I need to do to see these, and how do I add other services, such as Dropbox or Box? Right now I only see my Google Drive account and OneDrive, which I don't want to use. Thanks!

Hi, I am unable to export my video to tik tok. The clip is less than 60s so I don't know why i can export directly to tik tok. thanks

How do you use it?

I just downloaded Premiere Rush as I thought it would be a quick version of premiere pro. However, video clips do not stay in place. In a sequence of clips if you remove one from the middle the gap is filled with the clips behind it, How do you stop it from happening. I do not want the clips to be magnetized to each other. It makes it incredibly difficult to rearrange and edit them as the program boasts you can do. In fact, you might rip your hair out trying to delete one no longer needed video clip only to mess up the entire arrangement you had in place. How do I disable this frustrating feature or do I just need to suck it up and restart my project in premiere pro. 

So I keep having the following error code on export (attached), which I figured out is once I try to rezise my images.When I try to make my image smaller to fit the frame, it just goes black (attached) and messes up the export! It exports fine otherwise. Can anyone help please or is anyone else having this issue?  

I upgraded my premier rush acccount and am not able to use the upgraded features at all. Why is this?

Is there anyone who suffered red screen issue?I found my on going project got an error as below. I had edited this file a week ago, and there was no problem at that time.I think my creative storage is not an issue as i only used 1% of it.  This is new project just started today.I consolidated two different files - one is short and the other one is longer.While editing this video, same red screen issue occured, but it only impacts on the longer video.Do you have any ideas why this problem is occuring? FYI, I am editing on my laptop and source of my video footage is on C drive. My operating system is windows 10 and my Premier Rush is latest version.

Premiere Rush (1.5.20) crash every time I use it. I unsintalled and tryed the old version (1.5.16). With the old version, I have no problem and I realized my project. Then I tryed the new version again, same problem : crash !

I have a 15 minute Premiere Rush video project with music and title cards at the beginning and end, and about 14 titles used as text popups  throughout the main video sequence.  When played in Edit mode, everything works fine.  When rendered, the popups appear in random locations in the timeline and the opening music sounds duplicated.  I've tried different rendering settings from low filesize/quality to high quality output and get the same result.  I'm using Premiere Rush v1.5.20 on Windows 10.  Is there anything I can do?
