Premiere Rush

Bonjour,Je me fais part de mon ressenti car j'aime bien utiliser votre application cependant depuis que j'ai acheté un iPhone 16 Pro Max  je ne peux plus utiliser cette application car je ne peux pas importer mes rushes dans l'application.L'application me dit dit que mes rushes ne sont pas acceptés.Ça serait cool que vous puissiez remédier à cela ....En attente de votre retour. Bien à vous,Camille Moreira

Hello, I have a problem with my Premiere Rush. When I open the app, nothing works, it keeps loading! I get a blank screen. I'm using it on an iPhone 16 pro. I paid for a year's subscription. Please help me.

The program closed and my last edited project disappeared completely. Only the very last one, the others are still there. My question is whether there is any way to restore the project, it was saved several times in Premiere Rush during the editing time so that I could continue working on it the next day, for example. I hope you have understood my question. Best regards

I am trying to import still images into Premiere Rush on my iPad Air (2020). I have confirmed they are all the same file types (.jpeg). But it completely randomly decides it does not want to import some of them (unsupported file type). All photos taken with my Sony a7III. I have found on one previous thread that Rush does not accept still images that have more resolution than 4K. For example, it successfully imported a jpeg file with dimensions 3337x5005 pixels which is nearly double than the 4K resolution is. I tried importing a batch of 27 photos and only 6 were successful. Exactly the same deal on my iPhone 13 Pro. Latest software and latest Rush version on both.

After exporting a video It becomes glitchy and the quality of the image is reduced like a 320p.

I would love Adobe to add a tool where you can add captions on premier rush but the cool type of captions different colors and fonts and at the same time in different lenguagues, this would help a lot of people add captions to their reels really fast 

As far as I try to export my projekt Rush stops with an error. Has someone the same problem or any idea - Mobile Version, working with S24

I have used Premier Rush for some months no problem using my iPhone 15 pro... no issues exporting frame rate 25... ...but today I cannot export other than 30 fps & so is making the audio out of sync... ...what can I do? 😉 never had these issues before x

Editing process should more nice, While editing how can I see full video so I can edit colour grading good manner I paid for one year but not happy  could you please add interesting features in it adobe premier rush  thanks 

For some reason I can't export video files on Adobe Rush in my Android when the videos are recorded with an IPhone. I even selected the "Reconstruct incompatible files" option before starting the project.

Recently, I have noticed that the audio on Premiere Rush isnt working. It has worked before but now its not working at all. Ive done pretty much everything ive refreshed the app, deleted it and redownloaded, browsed forums, and logged out then back in but nothing works. I dont have Premiere Rush running on any other devices so im really confused. Please help!!

I can't find an answer to this. I'm trying to open/edit a Rush video that is on my laptop on my desktop. How do I get it there?  Is this function no longer available and if so, what can I do?

After hours of creating my video project in Rush, I accidentally clicked New Sequence and all my work disappeared. It seems as though I've deleted it. Is there a way to go back in the history and retrieve it? 

Please help!!!!!!! Premiere rush does not show blue timeline in main view screen, no blue header in timeline, no timeline scroll at bottom, plus/minus buttons do not work, arrow buttons do not work. I am on a new iPad.

I am trying to export some videos I edited together from my phone. Was able to do this a few weeks ago no problem. Now I'm receiving an error that I need to be a creative cloud member (which I am) to access HEVC codec.

Has anyone ever encountered the "media import error, unsupported media type" error when importing to rush? I'm using the app on iPhone 12. All my clips were flimed on a GoPro and are HEVC. Some of the clips import perfectly fine but a bunch of others trigger this error message. Anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance! 

I would live to see a feature where you can split the audio from video and then export audio only in wav or mp3 format for use in other apps and projects

I'm a musician, and I recorded one of my performances on my iPhone. I would like to be able to make cuts during the performance and just export those segments without having to delete the rest of the concert, or without having to create a new project.

I am editing on my Google Pixel and have a few drone shots in a short I am editing.  The files were downloaded from the drone directly to my phone.  I have tried exporting just the drone files and the whole project but if the DJI files are in the project it tosses an error with no details as to what caused it. The videos preview fine.

I am editing on iPhone 15. Rush bleaches out  random videos after export. Not while in editing phase. HDR is off. Cant put an overload and move out of frame on phone. 

I am using a Samsung S8 Ultra and I do not have access to all the tracks on the soundtracks. I have only about 15 of them. I have other devices that I use that I have no probem accessing all the soundtracks that RUSH has to offer.

I would like to add a blur effect, but i only have transitional effects 

What to do ? Crash at the end when i want to export !  Disc : 80 gb freeSamsung s20 FeVideo : 24 minutes /1.40 gb  Do i delete all my work ? Do i delete rush ?  Serouisly........ give me the name of another application of video montage ? Cap cut ?
