Premiere Rush

Hello Premiere Rush Family. I've been able to open and work with Premiere Rush for the past year (1-3 projects a mo.) and all of the sudden I can't get it to open at all. Either from laptop desktop shortcut nor Creative Cloud Desktop. Last use was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I completed a project. Version 2.10 installed. Is anyone else having the same issue with this new version? Also, Premiere Pro is not opening! Shall I uninstall/re-install Rush/Pro and will I loose my projects already established? *All my Adobe apps are up to date and work.** I did notice on my Creative Cloud Desktop and in my "Installed apps" box, out of all my apps, Premiere Rush and Camera Raw are not showing the version!!!! (see attached image) 

few of my video clips have very low volume as person giving interview was speaking softly. I am planning to upload to rush and make volume full. Then download the sequence and then again upload and increase volume again. This way sound will become adequate. My 2 questions- Is there a faster way to make volume 4 times?- On doing this, will sound quality decrease?Kindly guide

I have edited a few things today...all under 100mb files and hit export and it gets stuck 1-4 percent done Normal only takes 2 minutes or less and now it just sits stuck and never saves. 

So I've only had PR for a few days, trying to get to grips with it I've uploaded one project of about 16 minutes and another just short of 10. I was having problems getting to add graphics, simple text to a piece with video, audio and an overlay. The graphic I wanted just wouldn't add? Either by drag and drop or using the add button. oddly some graphics work but 95% won't add to the project. I thought initially that it may be a restriction on not having the premiere subscription, so I added that and it's made no difference.Next issue is, I have no network error? I'm connected to good internet, this seems to be a known problem though?Is it because of the network issue I can't get the graphics to add?I had the intention to use PR across both my iPad and iPhone, this I understand is now not possible, it said quite the opposite when I downloaded the app! I previously signed out and back out again hoping it may resolve the issue with adding graphics but now neither of my

Hi! When trying to export my video from the Android version of Premiere Rush, I constantly get an error notification (Error when trying to upload to disk) and I also seem to not be able to upload the video to YouTube. Whenever I try to log in there, the app goes back to its home screen. Does anyone have a workaround for this?

Hi, I made an AD video with a voice over on it. I want to pick it apart by ONLY exporting the voice over audio as an MP3 file or wav. file. Is this a feature that Premiere Rush has?Has anybody found a loop hole around this?  Thank you.

Rush in iphone kept saying "unable to open project" everytime I tried to. I spent a few hours on it and I redo the video twice. please help me to fix this. I paid for the app and yet it made me spent hours redoing it and still UNABLE TO OPEN. 

 Hello all, The volume from the V1 (main) track will not export to youtube, but my background music does. I have tried just about everything: Increasing the volume, making sure that it is not muted, double checking the channel for the V1 audio ( mono vs stereo), using a different preset etc-- nothing works. I recorded my current video with a wireless lav microphone, but I'm not sure if that is the issue.  When I share the video directly from my phone to youtube-- the audio plays just fine.  Any suggestions?

There has to be a way to retrieve my lost file?? I managed to sync one part of what I'd created but I've lost the other after trying to sign out then back in/ uninstall reinstall. Hi, I would really appreciate if someone could help me with my problem. I was working on a proyect, almost finished, and the software crashed and there appeared a message that basically said that Adobe Rush hadn't been saving the changes on my project for a while and that I needed to close the software so that it could save the changes. I did so, but when I opened the project again, it was totally gone! There was absolutely nothing. Isn't Adobe Rush supposed to have my project saved on the cloud? Then, where can I find it? I'm desperate, I'd been working on this project for more than a month in work place and I was literally a couple of minutes away from finishing and exporting it, and I was supposed to present it today. Please, any help will be very much appreciated...

Estaba editando un video en Adobe Rush, ya estaba casi finalizando y el programa me indicó que desde hace un rato no se estaba guardando mi proyecto, por lo que tenía que cerrar el programa para que se guardara. Lo hice, y al volver a abrirlo me di cuenta de que se borró absolutamente todo el proyecto, la línea de tiempo está vacía. Estoy realmente desesperada puesto que llevaba trabajando en ese video más de un mes y debía presentarlo hoy. Alguna idea de solución?

Hi everyone,I know that nabs141 posted this about 4 and a half years ago, but I was unable to find a solution that worked for my app when I had the same problem. I am also new here so I don't really know how this works, but I kind of am desperate for a solution, so I apologise if this doesn't make any sense.I recently got Rush on my laptop and am using it for a project. However, when I tried to add text, I realised that I couldn't edit it or even see it, especially when I played the actual video. I could see it displayed as TITLE when I went to the home page dislpaying the projects, and the video frame, but I couldn't see it in playback mode. The screen stays blank like this when I try to play it:I can still hear the audio, though. I have tried the solutions suggested on nabs141's post, but I didn't really understand any of them, and I tried Go to the File menu > View > Enable "Use Optimized Clips" but I couldn't find the File menu. All my other friends who are doing a proje

After paying so much money for an Adobe plan, this is what I get? None of the fixes online help. Ive done the updating and the "Use optimize clips" technique, but nothing works. Adobe should fix this as it has been a known problem for years, especially since it isn't cheap!

My controls on the right (premiere rush for ipad) are different to any tutorials on Youtube. I don't seem to have anything under the 3 dots top right. Also I don't seem to be able to add text.The screenshots show what happens when I click on those 2 icons. What do these mean and how can I add text?

Hello I purchased because it was recommended online as the best ipad video editing software. i have stitched lots of clips together into a 20 minute video, done the transitions and added music  but can't seem to save it. It says the total file is 6.6 gb and myipad has over 100gb of storage left, yet Rush tells me to file is too big to export to my camera roll. It also told me it is too big to export to you tube. My hubby tells me it will also need 'rendering' but I don't know what that means, and a youtube search for rendering has been fruitless. Please Can someone help?

Why is it that my Adobe Rush and Premiere cause videos to have slow audio?

Everytime I upload a video to Adobe Rush, the audio is way slower than the video visual. Why? 

Rush is  constantly crashing on my ipad.  Sometimes I have to restore  it  4 times until  it  will actually come  up.  It  seems  anything over 2 minutes   long kills Rush.I  love  using Rush when  it works.  Please make  it work.

I cant find the option to save my work, can anyone help?
