Hello. I have some issues with my audio. I keep having my audio playback stop working and it only happens to certain clips (which is not muted, layer not muted). And when I export my video some audio is missing as well (again audio not muted, layer not muted). Help please? I'm using rush on an iPad

Craziest thing is happening. I created 4 transition slides in Illustrator, exported them to JPEGs, and inserted them into Rush. Problem? All 4 images were the same despite the fact that they are really, truly different, both in name and substance. When I view and open them in Finder (on my Mac), they are correct. However, when I view them in the Rush Media Browser, it shows 4 of the same image instead of the 4 images in my folder.This is beyond absurd. Why would the app be inventing its own version of reality instead of reading the files that are there on my computer?!See the attached screenshots for proof!

Hi,Just new on Rush. I made a project movie in the timeline. Almost finished with, titles, pictures, movies and all. Now I used new sequence and my entire filled up timeline is gone. Where did my original sequence go? Is there any chance of recovering? The new sequence is called sequence 01. On a test, using the same: file > new > sequence, the numbers of the sequence go up. That didn't happen in my first project. Can anyone help me?

Hello, i have an issue with adobe rush (for iphone) my model is iphone 6s, so i use adobe rush for filming purposes because it gives me freedom to film, so, when ever i film and my phones charges off i loose my footage (i can't see it in my gallery) but i can see that i occupied over 10-15GB so it's in adobe rush but i can 't seem to find out how to extract it from there.. Anyone help me?

Hi, I recently got a new iPhone 11 Pro and cannot login to Premiere Rush and a few other apps. I get a message saying "An unknown error has occurred..." and then a long alphanumeric (looks like hex) string. I had the same issue with Lightroom mobile but was able to solve it by signing in to the Creative Cloud app and launching Lightroom from there. That doesn't appear to work with Premiere Rush. I called support and they had me resinstall the app with a phone reboot, which did not solve the issue. They also told me to wait for the app to be updated, which I think is unacceptable. Has anyone seen this issue? Here's a screenshot of the error, the error code changes after each sign in attempt.  

Hello, In the desktop version of Adobe Rush , Creative Clouds Files are not available on iMac but available on MacBook Pro. How to fix it ?

Hi,Why i cannot install Premiere Rush on this device? This tablet was released 6 months ago, whereas it seems that it's possible to install it on the Galaxy Tab 6.  Thanks for your  help

When I open Ruush all my unfinished AND completed project are on the screen. when I look at the options it has rename, turn sync on, delete fro device.I don't want to delete the project from the device (I think)? If I delete from the devide am I also edleting the completed MP4 file? Or am I just deleting the peoject.   Why can't we just move the project to a folder where the completed file is.   In Premier Pro it ask you where you want the project? 

All audio that I add to my videos, when played while in Rush, come out as just pops and clicks. When I render the video with the audio it comes out just fine, but this makes it very hard to make small edits as every time I have to change somethign I have to render the video (which itself will occasionally cause an error and then I have to restart Rush, but it just crashes and I have to wait for it to finish crashing before I can open it back up to try to render the video again). Anybody have a similar issue? Anybody been able to resolve their issue? Any suggestions?

Hello,  What is the max file size that can be uploaded to instagram? I read that it is 15MB. Also, when I export from Rush to my PC, the file is clearly available on my PC, but not available when trying to select a file for upload to instagram from my computer. Im sure its something simple im missing, but i cant figure it out. Z.D

This is a new problem.  I am trying to insert images creating in Adobe Spark and saved to my camera roll into an Adobe Rush project.  Each one shows up like a blank black screen.  Videos appear fine.  I have tried this on different devices and having the same problem.  Thanks for your help.

Hello, I have been having issues with Abode Premiere Rush for a while. I log in, the application opens up but loads indefinitely until it finally logs me out. While it loads, I cannot access any of tabs on the top left corners and cannot open up any files. Can anybody help with this? I haven't been able to use this app since purchasing the license! プレビュー再生中にタイトルが太くぼやけて映ります。動画に「Bold Caption Fade」というタイトルを挿入していますが、全タイトルに同じ現象が起こっています。停止すると正常に表示されます。エクスポート画面のプレビューでもタイトルが不鮮明のまま表示されております。写真は1枚目が正常表示時、2枚目が再生中の太字・不鮮明に表示されている状態です。Adobe初心者ですので、基本的な設定も含めて原因と対処法を教えていただきたいです。もしくは作成したものを出来るだけ再利用して、動画作成を続けられる方法がある場合はそちらの案も提案していただけると助かります。ご回答お待ちしてます！I' having trouble with titles being bold and blur when playing as preview. They look fine without any issues when is is stopped. I am using the title template "Bold Caption Fade" and the same is happening to all the titles in a sequence and at the export setting as well. The first picture is when title is shown correctly (when the clip is not playing) and the second picture is when title gets bold and blur (when the clip is playing)Since I am new to adobe, it'd be great if you can provide me solutions including basic settings.Thank you for your help in advance!

My desktop version will not sync with my mobile app. It shows the cloud symbol that everything has synced, no error symbols, signed into the right account, loads fine, have restarted phone laptop and applications. STILL WILL NOT SYNC???

When I go to add DropBox from within Premier Rush, it loads the Dropbox App, and then asks me which account I want to use, either personal or business.  I select business, and when Premier Rush comes back up, and I want to add media, it keeps showing my Dropbox Personal account files.ANy idea about a fix for this?  I have been hunting for answers and no luck.

Adobe rush on my ipad used to let me insert photos. But i tried again and it no longer seems to work - they are black. I am wondering if the latest ios upgrade changed the image format a bit. I noticed an image with transparency i had lost the transparency. Not sure. Using latest version of ios and adobe rush from apple app store. Creating a project from a single screen shot does not work (all black). Is this just me?

Hi! I used the subscribe title from adobe premiere rush and the arrow appeared to be plain black and no arrow shown. 

For some reason whenever I try to import a png file from either the dropbox, my Cloud folder or photo library . The app states that the media is not supported. The funny thing is the png file shows up fine on my desktop but as a black box on the app. Is anyone experiencing this or have a soultion?  

Hello, I'm having a problen as Rush does not let me dowload the photos from libary.I restarted the computer and relaunched the program, but nothing.In my pad and mobile the same thing, it says media import error. Unsupported media type. Photos are in jpg .Please could anyone help, I would be very thankful. 

Please, I spent 3 days editing a video. Shot in 4K and I want to export it in 4K or even 1080P but every time I try to export it, my app crashes. I wanted to post it by tomorrow. Help anyone! 

My videos are turning green and purple when I import them to Rush. I looked at comments for Premier Pro and Rush doesn't seem to have the file>General Settings>Rendering Mercury GPU. Where do I find "General Settings" in Rush? Or is there some other way I can fix this problem?Thanks! 

I've been using Premiere Rush for about a day (I'm a paying customer), and have already found multiple bugs and problems in what seems to be a poorly tested product. Here are the issues I've found so far:1) I've created 3 projects on my iPhone X running the latest iOS. I synced these via CC to my Windows 10 PC and two of the videos appear different. To be clear - the three projects have synced. I can see the component videos they are made from. But several of the video clips appear to be starting from the wrong point in my edit, obviously completely ruining the video. So exporting from my PC and from my iPhone produced a *different result*. The whole point of this product is the syncing between devices, but it seems to be completely flawed.2) Exporting videos on my iPhone is very hit and miss. Sometimes the completion bar stops and it never finishes. Sometimes I get an error message "Unable to render successfully". Sometimes it works! One project I have created seems impossible to expo
