Premiere Rush

Hello, I just got Rush, so I am a newbie.  When I go into the program and create a new project I see the various media source choices.  When I click on iCloud nothing shows up even though I have lots of photos and videos in my iCloud.  None of the tutorials address this.  Can anyone help me?Thanks, Tom

When I cut out a small piece of the clip (1 or 2 frames) by dragging either end of it, the clip I am editing will get an inexplicable baseline audio shift upwards. The audio panel does not show any change, so I have no control of this. Undo does not change the audio levels back to where they were. I would have to reinsert the entire file again and redo all my cuts.You can see in the attached screenshot that the audio for the middle clip is much higher than the one to the left and the right, because this just happened to the center clip. The audio is roughly the same for all 3 of them (the cuts are in between one longer clip) but the middle one has an inexplicable baseline audio shift upwards.Using video files captured with iPhone XS, uploaded to Google photos, and then downloaded onto a Windows 10 PC.

Is there a way to extend the duration of a still? I've looked through the Rush manual and FAQs but cannot find anywhere that addresses it. I really don't want to have to switch up to Premiere Pro - which looks way too complicated for me!Thanks in advance

Hi.  I'm using Ru on Windows 10 (surface book 1)I muted a clip, and have a voiceover (recorded in the app) on another track.  It seems as though, when the voiceover track is enabled, the individual clip audio on other clips follow the voiceover audio settings.In other words: If i disable or remove the voiceover clip, i can change audio parameters on other clips.  But if the voiceover clip is enabled, changes i make to other clips' audio have no effect.Am i missing something obvious?

Hi...very new to Rush and just feeling my way about. I have worked out how to edit captions (go me!)....but what I can't work out is how do I keep the same style of caption for elsewhere in the video. At the moment I am manually editing each one - which is a massive pain in the derriere. There must be a way to save one you made earlier?Thank you

Audio track position is strange when 'Rush' is opened from 'Primary'.In Rush, I can make Audio track only three.when I open rush project in premierepro,I can find Audio track 33. Is there any other way? everytime, Do I check A33 track in PremierePro? Thank you.

I can not access pictures and videos from my icloud drive or in my pictures folder on the rush desktop app. I can  on the mobile app. The program window is not showing the 3 mac buttons in color on the window page of the program(upper left). Does anyone have a clue what is going on? I was also getting the red files on an existing project but was able to access the missing files through the program pulling them from my Iphone. I cant get access that same media to start a project on the desk top. The pictures are stored on my icloud. I am working on Mojave 10.14.1Thanks!

I wanted to try Ruch CC on my Windows laptop (i5 8250u with Intel UHD 620 Graphics). The default GPU-accelerated playback in Rush gives me this issue (as it does in Premiere, but of course I am able to change rendering and playback options in Premiere): Resolution for an issue where green, purple, or pink haze appears in the Source or Program monitors, or the exported fil…Is there a way to force software-only playback in Premiere Rush?

Hello!I made this video for a local shop. I tried rendering the video in multiple resolutions (i.e. 1080, 720, etc.) and on multiple platforms (i.e. Desktop, Youtube and Facebook directly) and it's still the same issue. I have imported video into a Rush project that was edited and had audio added (I believe) in Final Cut Pro.Is there a way to delete the audio track? When I click on the audio track, both the audio and video are highlighted. If I press delete, both are deleted.I suppose I could just shrink and turn off the sound on the track, but this is a group project and I wanted to clean it up before adding new audio. .

There is a problem with the screen.The computer was initialized and installed, but there was a problem.How do I fix the errors below?

So, I selected the defaults for the first Export.  Stereo, etc.  I exported to my local machine.  The MP4 vid looks fine.... however, there is no sound.I tried other MP4's on my computer, and the sound is fine.  Tried the second test.Again, there is sound (of me talking) in the Preview.I export to the local machine with Mono as the selection.I have success in Mono.

Hi all, hoping you can help me. I created a sequence in CC Rush that I now need to open in Premiere Pro, but while the media synced across when I opened the project in Premiere, the timeline is empty. I am using a trial version of Rush. Would this be the reason? Or is there an easy fix?

I am using Premiere rush right now, and th e playback has all this shadowy purple and green crap over the video and it is basically black and white. How do I get rid of it and get the app to play the actual video?

Trying to export my 1st project in Rush on iPhone XS, but it seems to get hung up at last 5% or so of progress.(Its about 5 min long with 2-3 edits, some light graphic elements.)I started over and gave it like 2 hours but seemed to hang at same spotHow long should something this take to render/export?

I’m trying to create a simple and short video using some  short videos I made with my iPhone XS. so far I used two videos which I‘ve Put after each other, and when I play and the second video starts, it’s all choppy and slow, like 2 frames per second?! I tried restarting my iPhone and only opening Rush, but the result is the same

When attempting to import media from DROPBOX, it takes forever to load up.  I’m using Adobe Rush on iPad 2018 with 512 GB.  Please solve this one too.

I have tons of images I licensed from Adobe Stock and would like to use them in a video. I would like to try Premier Rush, but don't know how to import this media into my file...? It's not part of my CC files - it's my licensed stock images. Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks!

Using iPhone 8 Plus, latest version of iOS 12, and I've been having this issue since Day 1.  If anything it's gotten worse.  It used to be that the app would freeze up for a minute or two and then I could create a project (and then things would freeze up again after a little bit).  Just updated to 1.0.3, and the app is STILL freezing after loading up the project list, and now it never unfreezes. I don't know what bugs the latest update was supposed to fix, but it hasn't done anything for my install.  Uninstall and reinstall does nothing.  For the record, I have a lot of fonts synced via Adobe Fonts (don't know how many exactly but it's in the hundreds for sure), but I told that to the last support person I talked to, and that was in OCTOBER.  Are you guys any closer to resolving this, because I really don't want to have to pay for the features in another mobile video app, only for this to be fixed soon thereafter, especially when I'm already paying nearly

Playback in Rush is perfect. Once exported to local drive or youtube the playback is glitchy-visually only-screen flashes a diagonal randomly but every 1-2 seconds throughout the whole video. I've exported with better and lower resolutions and quality and same thing keeps happening. Help!
