Premiere Rush

Hello, I just signed up for adobe premier rush and am trying to download on my desktop. it keeps directing me to a page that says error 500 and that the page isnt available right now. try again later.on iphone the installation worked but on desktop it will not let me get to the download page. please help thank you

My project was not exporting

Rush is able to see files fine - for instance there is a JPG in my videos folder that Rush can see, but my MKVs do not show up. It can see a number of MP4's and MOV's I've downloaded, but not these. Even if I extract the h264 from the MKV container and convert it to AVI Premier Rush still does not recognise it.    I just installed Rush today, wanting to try it out.

Sometimes app closes, sometimes it says that unable to render. Someone please help me out.

Hello, Im trying to figure out if the monthly payment subscription can be cancelled any time or am I tied to a year contract where I cannot just quit any time if I change my mind? There is no clear information on this topic... Thank you!

When I import the video in rush, it totally shows black screen and only the we can hear the audio..also it freez and crashes.

Steps to reproduce: 1 - Open Premiere Rush2 - Navigate folders3 - Premiere Rush crashes and closes I cannot open my project because I can never reach it. 

 I got a new laptop and installed Rush through my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. It downloaded fine and the program opens. But as soon as I choose one of my previously saved files, Rush shuts down completely with no error messages. I have re-installed three more times with the same results. Any suggestions to access my files stored over the past two years? 

It would be nice if we could tilt the video. When my dad recorded our special this morning he had his camera aimed up instead of straight. It would be nice if I could make it look more straight on.

Hello, I have started loosing sound on my videos when uploading from Rush to my C/.  I have plenty of space left in my drive and check the sound before uploading.  It does not happen all the time and when it does it loses sound in small amounts though out the video, but sometimes as much as 10mins of sound is effected.  My recordings are hour long.  I haven't had this problem before. 

It is so hard to work on Premier Rush on mobile, even on iPhone 16 pro max large screen because there is no zoom for view.

Pan and zoom toggle does not work in Premiere Rush. Can anyone share with me if it's possible what steps I should take to fix this.  Thanks!

Ability to add my own original or creative commons music  from OneDrive or icloud to avoid copyright violations using stock music. I have posted a video with "stock" music from another app that was supposedly ok to use on social platforms but received copyright violation notice and they took it down. I put a lot of effort into and don't want it to happen again. 

Hi, after running Primiere Rush and opening catalog where video clip is located, the app frezzes and crashes. I can't open the clip anymore. There is no error code, nothing, the application just close. I have looking solutions of this problem in Internet and many persons have the same problem in Windows 11. My system and my drivers are up to date. I had reset my preferences in Rush, but it didn't help. I also tried too uninstall the Rush, nothing. I have Acer Swift GO 14 laptop:OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 HomeOS Version: 10.0.22631 N/A Build 22631AcerSystem Model: Swift SFG14-73Processor: Intel Core Ultra 7 155HGraphics: Intel Arc GraphicsRAM: 16GB 6400 MHz  If you have some information how to fix that problem, please, help. Hi, I've recently bought a Asus Zenbook Duo UX8406MA with 16GB Ram, 1TB memory and an Intel Arc Graphics card running on Windows 11. I've been able to install Premiere Rush but it crashes every time I try to select a video. Am I right in concluding that Rush is currently incompatible with the Intel Arc Graphics card and that is why it keeps crashing? Also, is it likely that in time Adobe will release a Win 11 version compatible with Graphics cards other than Nvidia? Any thoughts? Many thanks in advance Ben

I am using a Pixel 9 Pro.  In setting up a new project, the only frame rate showing is 30fps.  I am setting up to capture video.  I am not inporting any videos.  What am I doing wrong??

Having issues with certain overlays. Just doing a basic edit messing around with rush after signing up for the monthly plan and it appears that a good portion of overlays won't add. Specifically I'm just trying to use the 'give a like' with the thumbs up picture and after hitting add or trying to click and drag, nothing happens. I have open spots and others will work. I've tried adding that specific overlay at different times of the video and still it won't add anywhere. Anyone else have this issue?

Looking to edit my video with clips playing in reverse. I looked under the speed tab and there's no option. I'm using the adobe premiere pro app on apple devive.

I recently go a new phone, Samsung Galaxy S24. Adobe Rush doesn't seem to want to render any projects. The video is mp4 HEVC. I haven't made any changes to the files. This is very frustrating,  please help.   

Updated Rush and now all I have is a circular, spinning wheel that says "fetching projects " for about 5 minutes. It's also not allowing me to begin a new project. What gives Adobe?  Or, should I say, what's stalling?  This is why I hate updates.  Many cause more problems.  I updated because someone posted that the update fixed his video not showing upon placement in the timeline.  Only audio appears. Well. I guess not being allowed into your own project dysfunctionally solves that issue. Please make sure things work Adobe.  I have plenty of space(hard drive) and no game apps, or a lot of apps using up space, either. Why doesn't it work?  It doesn't make me want to make a purchase if the free version has so many immediate issues/problems.
