Premiere Rush

It seems to make some error when upload the video file on i-phone16. But its possible to opening image file. Please help me

Two questions for you all regarding the Adobe Rush APP which sends me the error msg that storage is full. However, when I go to delete projects or turn off Sync, I receive error messages: 1) When deleting - "No network connection, only projects you have previously opened on this device will be available."   However, I do have a strong network connection on all devices. This is the only app that has this issue. I've used the app in the past without any problem, up until a few weeks ago. 2) When I try to turn of sync - 'turning sync off has failed, please try again later'.    Thanks

Hello, I am brand new as of today new to this program so I'm sure this is a user error:-)  I created a new projectThe video clips show at the bottom of the screenI can hear audio from the video The video does not show at the top of the screen 

I had to re install Premium Rush onto by Laptop due to a virus. Now when I try and use Rush it is not picking up that I am a Premium account?  I cannot use the Premium applications. My account is paid and up to date. I use Windows 10 and it has never been a problem before. please can someone help. 

I have subscribed to adobe Premiere Rush. With that do we get access to stock videos / photos? how to access them?

I have a problem with the application, when creating projects the application turns off. Often the project does not play smoothly, only the movie freezes. I work on an iPhone 15 pro and I have a large memory reserve.

After hours of trying to figure out what's wrong with this thing that being adobe rush, I figure it out, it's not me, or my phone. I'm just being conned into paying for a product that was out of date 6 years ago and not using a 6+ year old phone! I have a new Galaxy 24 Fe... after about an hour, with some slightly remedial person from support, who simply couldn't tell me if my phone was compatible or not... the actual list of supported phones were six years previous to my last older phone that being about six years ago. Is it true that the operating platforms of adobe rush in the android format have not been upgraded for newer phones in six years? Or has it been longer? The only supported phones that you list are greater than six years old. So basically, almost nobody owns a phone. Currently, that is supported or covered in your support. Hello, I would love to see a full screen preview option in Adobe Rush so that I can show my friends the projects I'm working on.

Tried using Premiere Rush on my Samsung S10 for the first time today to make a portrait orientation vid for Insta. Thought it worked well for editing but the preview screen is much too small to work with text on, especially for portrait.  There needs to be an option to minimise/hide the timeline and make the preview window full screen. Editing text on a full screen window would be far easier - I gave up adding text on the Rush app and used another instead.

Not sure what happened with the latest update to Rush but I am no longer able to add titles. When I click the graphics tab, the panel opens up, but none of the options load. They just keep spinning. I've restarted the computer, logged in and out of my Adobe account, and the problem persists. Any chance this might be fixed soon? Or, if not, any workaround options to add a title? 

I had updated just now...But after updating I found that, essential graphics titles, transistion graphics and overlays is not showing...I had selected "Browse All" option too, but nothing changed and I can't select any of the options. Adobe Team kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

I finished my project after a hard time working on it. I have also had to upgrade my signature of Adobe Rush to Premiere in order to be able to enable the export or share menus. But for my deception, the program now crashes in the beginning of the renderization. I tried dozens of times, changed the hard drive destination, tried to lower resolution.... but it never finishes the exportation or renderization. How can I fix this, for God´s sake?   

Hey all complete nooby here, I've just edited my first video in Premiere Rush containing video clips and music from inside of Premiere Rush. while reviewing or watching the video within the program it all works seamlessly, once I export the file to either my desktop or to youtube the video lags non-stop or does not play at all while the music continues to play. I experience the same on both my desktop and on youtube.com.  I've tried to lower the resolution from 4k high quality to medium quality, I've gone from 4k down to 1080p. tried to enable hardware acceleration for encoding and decoding. but nothing seems to work. It is not possible to download video on iPhone 16 Pro in any quality and with weak settings. What do you need to do? I pay for the subscription, but I can't use the app on my new phone.

I need  a quick turnaround on a two minute video. What's the fastest way to edit in Premiere Rush?

Created a project yesterday - took 10 hours. Today, I went in to add images to it and nothing is accessible. No sound, no audio, no images and I can't edit anything. WHAT Happened!???

I have my photos on OneDrive that I took on my iPad, when I try to add them onto my project, it appears as just a black photo with nothing in it. Is there anyway to fix this?

I'd like a 4:3 aspect ratio. Without it how will I made analog horror videos? Also Incase you don't know what I mean by 4:3, here's a screenshot from a continuity of Playhouse Disney's Polish feed from around 2010-2011 I found on YouTube.

I have finished creating a video project on Adobe Premiere Rush and when I click on "Share" to save it in any format, the program keeps telling me that I have to buy Adobe Premiere Rush. But I am an Adobe customer for four years and pay a monthly signature for a package that includes Premiere Rush already. Also I´ve created videos and shared them in the past and didn´t have any trouble. Does anyone know why I suddenly became unable to export, share, or save my video project on Rush?  It took me several days to edit and finish it and it´s very annoying not being able to save it, being a customer that pays to Adobe regularly every month. 

I'm trying to take back my two projects I did this morning and it kept stopping at 4% or 6% and going back to my home screen on my phone and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling then logging in with my Apple ID but they sadly disappeared. There's no current update for the app on my iPhone and I'm upset since I spent hours of fixing and adding stuff to it just for it to disappear. I tried looking at creative cloud and there's nothing 

Could someone please shed some light on a situation for me and help me troubleshoot it? For some reason the very vibrantly colored videos my Google Pixel 9 pro captures look completely washed out, faded, and flat when I import them into the premiere rush app on the phone. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Can't import my YouTube smart downloads to canva.

What is going on. I use this for work purposes , I pay a subscription yearly. And all of a sudden. My files will not go into premire rush. Or export. I have tried reinstalling and so on. Adobe please resolve this as I am paying for a service. I have a programme to create by the end of the week. This is unacceptable.
