Premiere Rush

Every video I have edited in the app comes out with a green line across the bottom. Whats up with this???

I spend $250 a year for this app to crash on me mid process and mid edit!

Eu tô a meia hora só tentando achar um tutorial válido que me ensine a conectar na internet pra puxar um vídeo que eu editei por lá para o Premiere pro. Na boa, tô cansadíssimo de pagar caro nesses produtos e ter uns problemas como esse toda vez, na próxima eu vou cancelar meu plano e migrar pro da vinci.    Moderator note: Please avoid profanity in these forums.  Android Adobe Premiere Rush 2.9.0.5 When the video is zoomed in to the maximum, the screen appears jagged.    

It usually works fine but recently when im making a film via the iphone app, the sound isnt playing after ive added music. There doesnt appear to be an update for it. The sound is there when i save and open in photos. Frustrating as i'm working with sound and slowing it down to fit the specific film but need to hear it. Any ideas?

Inacreditavel um programa tão lento onde nao consigo visualizar o take navegando com a agulha e que fica fechando de 1 em 1 minuto! Isso com um iphone 15 pro 😮‍💨. Enquanto isso, o CapCut voando! Vão acabar perdendo assinantes desse jeito.

Hi!Adobe Rush keeps crushing and if it opens, it freezes.My computer is up to date, quite new Dell, Windows 10 pro, i7, 16 ram.I have tried to solve the problem, but nothing seems to work.I updated Windows, re-installed Rush, installed older version of Rush, I did reset the preferences, unsynced some Rush files, deleted some old projects and of course restarted the computer several times. I hoped it would work today, but no.Can you help me? Thanks! RegardsEveliina

All the clips in my video are from my cannon r50 this app isn't letting me export it in 4k 30 fps I pay for my subscription and I have space on my phone I don't know what's going on

cuando incorporo más de un vídeo en la línea de tiempo de RUSH el audio empieza a ir desfasado con la imagen. Desconozco por qué, y no hay forma de cuadrarlo.

Some of my files are currently stored on my Computer but I wanted to change this to the cloud, so I can acces the file from other devices as well. How can I change said Location to the Cloud? 

Please allow copying and pasting of text into and out of titles. Having to retype my credits is too frustrating. Come on, I'm in a rush here. 

I would like to have some effects to go on to the video maker in order to make the screen have different effects and less boring in order for me to use it as a YouTube video maker for Gacha videos

Hello guys,I was using Adobe Rush, and when I wanted to write in Arabic, I discovered that this app doesn't support the Arabic language. The letters became separated and reversed. Why do we struggle with the Arabic language every time for years until we get a solution for the Arabic language in each Adobe app?? 

i accidentally used a premium function in adobe rush and therefore not able to export my project. I do not know where i used this function..is there a way to find out or to delete this? or highlight it to find it? hours of work and now useless... 

I was working on a project last night when Rush froze and I had to restart my computer.  After that, my projects aren't opening now.  Some older ones will open but none of my recent ones.  I can open Rush itself, but anytime I open a desired project I just get the grey screen without it ever going to the timeline. Everything is up to date. I've cleared a lot of unrelated hard drive space. I've cleared the cache.  i've tried signing in/out of my acccount through the CC app, the "Help Menu", the Broswer, etc.  What gives?!!? Why are people still dealing with this issue years later? This is unacceptable!! I need this for work!

Hi,I have the newest update on iPad Pro and routinely use Rush to make videos.  I imported a video mp4 into Rush from the creative cloud.  It plays fine on my iPad from the creative cloud but will not play audio or even show a sound track in Rush itself  I tried importing it and starting with it.  Is there something I am missing?    

I was just editing a video in Premier Rush on my desktop and the power went out. When the power returned and I opened the program, my video had vanished. Is it possible the video might be lurking somewhere in the cloud? I've never accessed that feature and don't know where to look. TIA

I had a brand new iPad, and the latest update of Premiere Rush. THE APP KEEPS CRASHING. I don't know how to access crash reports on my iPad, and it doesn't even prompt me to send a crash report. It just closes the app after I use the cut/scissor tool thing and takes me back to my Home Screen. I've scoured this forum, and tried everything I could other than deleting the app and redownloading it because I'm afraid of losing my work and I've already had to start a project all over because of issues.This app worked beautifully about a month ago, but has been a pain in the butt for the last 3 weeks or so.PLEASE HELP AND FIX THE BUGS

Hi Adobe Rush Team, I am facing rendering issue with this app, kindly fix it or update the application asap. Earlier it was working fine now I am facing issue with this. 

Choosing an application and paying them for a service is no longer worth it when I lose projects that directly affect my income. I am losing time on re-editing entire video projects due to crashes, even though the project is meant to 'auto-save'. It is the worst feeling to finally press 'Render Video' and see it completely disappear and all you can do is restart. I want to continue using Adobe as I love the interface, but this needs to be fixed. 

I keep adding music and sounds to my video but the sound files keep corrupting and I have to start over again, very frustrating. I stayed up all night creating the perfect sounds and it has failed 3 times.

Hola, no puedo exportar mi proyecto, ya van varias veces que me sucede lo mismo. También les comparto que si es en 4K ni intentar editar en Rush por que directamente se me sale constantemente. Me gustaría una solución pronta y concreta, gracias.
