I am a 77 year old user trying to download, save and print pdf files from an internet course.

1. how do I save them and where do they go when I save them so I can access them again?

2. how do I print them?

3. Acrobat Reader does not quit.  I have to Force Quit

4. I keep getting requests to upgrade.  I don't think I should have to do this just to download and read & print files.  Correct?

5.  Why don't you show a help number I can call?  I currently am in India.

I am on a new MacBook Air.

    1. In most browsers you should be able to right-click a link and select Save Target As. Then you'll be prompted to select a folder on your local computer for the file.

    2. Open in Adobe Reader and go to File - Print.

    3. What happens when you try to close it?

    4. Should be, but it's usually recommended to keep your software updated for security reasons.

    5. Adobe doesn't offer telephone support for free applications, like Reader. You'll be better off asking your questions here.
