How to deal with "no longer have access to account, contact customer service"?

Whenever I login to Adobe Acrobat Reader, it doesn't allow me to login, and the popup says that I no longer have access to my account. I contacted customer service and they directed me here, any way to fix this?

This is a public forum, not the link to Adobe support

-other users here can't help with an account problem

-you need to talk to someone at Adobe who understands your problem

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below

-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work

Nevertheless, only they can help. Sometimes customer service reps go rogue and say any old rubbish to get people off the phone, near as I can see. Please try again, and if they refuse to help, please ask for a supervisor. Be sure to say it's an account problem NOT an Acrobat Reader problem, there is no support for Reader. Have all the info on the services you've paid for.
