Hi,I have recently applied for Adobe Reader DC distribution license via form, but after submitting I didn't receive any confirmation, whether it was sent or anything.I would like to then ask - how long does it usually take until the application is reviewed, to know whether I filled in everything corrently and that there wasn't some kind of mistake made from me?Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know if Adobe has an official procedure for deploying Acrobat Reader DC using InTune? All I'm finding when I search is third parties with several different methods (both MSI and .INTUNE) but all of them return one error or another. The last two were 08007063 and 080070005. Does anyone know where I can find instructions from Adobe on deploying Acrobat using InTune, or failing that what those two erros mean in the context of Adobe Acrobat?

When my Acrobat runs in the background for a while, I open the pdf file will be very slow, it may take more than 20 seconds.If I close Acrobat and open the pdf file again, it will open very quickly.I tried reinstalling Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro DC. I have also reinstalled windows10, and this will happen.

I can't download AC Reader, it says that oler version is already installed even though I dont have it on my PC (checked for hiddern files etc)

Hi, I've read several posts on this issue, but after trying all the steps: uninstall/reinstall, change security settings, change signature settings, updates etc etc, every PDF I try to open hangs, and I get a swirling beachball and Reader stops responding. Version 2021.001.20155This happens on my wifes Macbook Pro 2017 (macos 10.13.6),  but doesn't happen on my old Macbook Pro 2010! (macos 10.13.6)When my wife is working on any PDF's for work, she needs my Macbook next to her for the PDF work.I've spoken to Apple, and they have suggested coming to Adobe. Please help someone.TIA

Quickbook Premier 2017, has worked flawlessly for the past 4 years.  Since around Nov. 20th, files created with Quickbooks, when opening with Acrobat Reader, we get the "Insufficient data for an image" error.  Other pdf's open with no issues.  I have already tried changing preferences as recommended but it did not change.  Can open the files with Chrome and we don't get any error, the file opens and displays the contents correctly.  Quickbooks is blaming this on Adobe . . . .  Anyone else experience this and have a solution ?   Reader version 2021.007.20099  64 bit

I use Acrobat Reader thoughout the day to comment on student scripts. Each time a document is opened I have to click in 3 separated parts of the screen to enable comments.How do I set commenting as the default way to open and view a PDF document?I used to be able to do this, but now I waste a considerable part of my angst on enabling commenting many times a day.Or can you suggest an alternative program that does provide such a feature, if Reader has deleted it?

I've received a pdf file containing Korean fonts. It only shows alphabet character and arabic numbers with Korean characters all broken into long dots when opened in Acrobat Reader on macOS (Big Sur 11.6).It shows all the Korean fonts in google though.I have downloaded and installed extended Asian language font pack but it didn't change anything.Please advise how to fix this problem. Thanks.

Looooking to use the 64 bit  acrobat reader and not found a way to transfer over any PDF to 64 bit.32 bit stalls my computer enough times.

Hi guys, can someone help. I have Acrobat x and adobe reader dc installed on one device.When I right click the decument, its not giving me options to open it with acrobat x.The work around is to open acrobat x and browse to the file but the user is not happy with that long way, this use to work fine but not anymore. I also can't change it to default to the acrobat x.

I created a pdf document to test the effectiveness of your Adobe Sign digital signature tool. I placed the image of my signature and the signed document appears with the proper legend that it is certified and securely so as not to be copied or modified.But: oh! Surprise! that same file can be exported to Word and there anyone can modify the content and extract my signature. How is it possible?My question is how can I prevent a signed and even password protected document from being exported to Word?I urgently request your help in this time of pandemic and virtual communication.Thank you very much.An@CL

Hello everyone. ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC - Version 2021.007.20099 A PDF document was sended to us supposedly signed with Adobe Acrobat (version is unknown)When we open it we can´t see the electronic signature (neither in the signature panel). Only a field to sign the document (1) If we open the document with Microsoft Edge we can see what is supposed to be a electronic signature made with Adobe Acrobat (2) If we sign the same document with ADOBE ACROBAT READER DC the electronic signature looks perfect in the field and valid (3) Capture is attached. Can you help us?Thanks in advance.

Recently I can´t open a 3Dpdf (that is generated via Adobe Acrobat Pro + Tetra4D) with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC anyomore. I get an error message telling "A 3D data parsing error has occured". There has been an updated recently to Adobe Reader to 2021.007.20091 (I don´t know if that has anyting to do with it?). Can you advice, please?

Hola, no sé porque hay veces que el Adobe no me visualiza los PDF 3D, donde sale un error que dice "Error de análisis de datos en 3D". He buscado en internet donde te recomiendan cambiar el nombre de una carpeta llamada DC a DC_OLD. Incluso haciendo esto no se soluciona el problema.Pido que alguien me ayude, porque cada dos por tres pasan estas cosas con Adobe. Nosotros utilizamos Solidworks para crear los PDF 3D, supuestamente no hay problemas por su parte.

Has anyone discovered a way to display the Century Gothic font on .pdf documents viewed by Adobe Reader DC on a Mac? If not, is it an option to activate a fallback font instead?

As described, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC can´t open 3D-pdf anymore and throwing the error "A 3D data parsing error has occured"   Please try to update the application to the recent version 21.07.20099 from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works for you.   You may also try the steps below and see if that helps: 1. Close Adobe Acrobat /Reader DCversion and rename the following folders: C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC_OLD If visible, C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX to C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\20XX_OLD 2. Reboot the computer once.   Hope this information will help   Regards Amal

Hello, I have created a 3D pdf of a CAD assembly. This gives a nice 3D model and modelstructure. By which means we can review the model and let people investigate how the assembly is constructed. The challenge is how to find a specific component in the assembly? So I can see what it's position is in the assembly. It has it's own name in the model structure. However the (advanced) search doesn't search in the model tree. Thanks in advance for thinking along.
