Hello,I deployed to users many tools buttons on toolbar in acrobat reader.If users view the documents from acrobat reader program, all buttons on toolbar shows,but if users view same documents from browser (internet explorer),  not all buttons shows.any idea to resolve this?   

Hi so I'm trying to download a homework file into a pdf file but everytime I do that and turn it in it just shows the paperwork blank with no writing.

I am using an Android tablet (version 6.0.1). This only seems to happen on my tablet, specificially when I am opening Adobe Acrobat from Google Drive. I have tried checking for updates, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting but none of these have fixed the highlighter issues. I am unsure if this is due to a setting on Adobe Acrobat or Google Drive.

I keep getting the color when I open reader.  It just stated to happen.  I can't keep it open long enough to do anything. I open it and the color comes on, then I have to force quit.

Hi everybody,I have a problem with the playback of mp4-videos embedded in pdfs. Before the May update, videos were played by a co-embedded flash video player in the pdf. As you know flash support is going to fade out in December, so Adobe had to change their embedding magic...The setup is as follows:I want to use videos in a pdf for a publication. On my Mac I used Acrobat DC pro to embed a video in the pdf and it worked nicely (in Acrobat pro and the free Reader).Now I move the pdf to my Windows 10 machine (Acrobat Reader, 2020.009.20067), to see if it still works. When I click the play button on the video I get the following error message:"Acrobat encountered an error while playing this media clip:" (Thats all.)Opening the file from the explorer works perfectly: you click it, the Windows Media Player pops up, it plays.I send out the pdf to my coauthors. Bonjour depuis quelque temps les impressions des pages PDF n'arrivent pas sur le bon bac de papier  N°2 même si le bon bac est sélectionné. Tout passe systematiquement sur le BAC N°1 qui sont chez moi des formulaires spécifiques.Comment corriger cette erreur?

Good afternoon. I have a user that uses a pdf to display ads on their computer screen that is on an intel nuc device that is connected directly to a Television set.  The PDF is set that when in full screen mode it plays through the various pages showing their offerings. Power is unstable at the site and a UPS is not available to use due to the nature of where the Television is situated. The intel nuc is running windows 10.  I want to know if anyone has a script or similar system that they are running that allows the windows environment to, when the computer restarts, automatically open the pdf file that contains all the images and open it in fullscreen mode and start displaying images. Currently we get called everytime there is a power dip and we need to connect to the computer and manually open adobe pdf with the pdf image file and start the full screen ourselves. Thank you in advanced

Bonjour,Je pose ce message aujourd'hui car je rencontre un soucis lors de l'impression d'un document PDF avec Adobe Acrobat Pro DC qui est que lorsque j'imprime un document comportant un nombre de page impair, ce dernier m'imprime la premier page d'abord laissant par conséquent un blanc et mettant la page numéro 2 ailleurs. Problème que je ne rencontre pas lorsque j'imprime avec d'autres logiciels.  Voici mes settings d'impression.Je remercie d'avance à ceux qui m'aideront. 

Non riesco a installare una versione di adobe acrobat 8.0, se procedo con la attivazione on-line il messaggio di errore è relativo alla mancata connessione, non trovo il numero di telefono per poter dialogare con un operatore .. come posso risolvere? Grazie

Hello.Can someone tell me how it is possible to correct the PDF page count in existing PDFs in a batch processing. Is it possible and how? Best regardsAlex

Acrobat Reader DC was my go to PDF reader on my old Macbook Pro, but I recently bought a brand new Macbook Pro 2020 (M1) laptop running Big Sur 11.1 and I'm so frustrated and mad that Adobe has not released a compatible version of Acrobat for this system! I tried installing acrobat and it just froze during the install and I couldn't cancel it or pause it - I had to hard shutdown my brand new laptop in order to get rid of the frozen downloading file. I now have to go search for a new PDF reader in the meantime - please release a compatible version of Acrobat soon, because this is the future of Macbooks and you will lose a massive client base if you do not provide a compatible application. I find it ridiculous how outdated so many of Adobe's applications are and how difficult they are to run on Macbooks sometimes. Get with the times. If anyone finds a workaround to use Acrobat DC on this system, please let me know.

So i know there has been some post here on how to find tab option. (General>Preference>Open New doc as Tab) But my adobe does not have that option. So is there any hope that I can open multiple  Documents on tabs at the same time? I am really desperate!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks in Advance for help!

Ok Adobe or at least I think it is from Adobe is a dding a "AdobeARM.msi" file to my computer everyday.  It is flag by Immunet as virus/malware.  It is loaded in my C:\ProgramData\Adobe\ARM\S\20673 another file loaded at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\ARM\S\BITBC67.TMP yet another C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE\7T1K7LRX9\AdobeARM_1824406920[1].msi I submitted some of these files to www.virustotal.com and only ClamAV (Immunet) has flag it as Virus/Maware.  So I don't they they are Virus BUT the question remains.  Why is Acrobat Reader and  Manager loading files everyday on my computer??? Can any one tell me what are these files for?? P.S my task Task Manager said Acrobat Reader and  Manager runs in the back ground all the time so I think it is from them.  thanks

Hello,I made a bunch of comments in a PDF file using the "Add sticky note" annotation.  Now whenever I open the PDF, all the sticky notes automatically show up, obscuring the actual file I want to read.  Is there a way to hide these comments?

In having searched online including this forum, I have as yet been able to figure out why (not unlike so many others) I have been unable to connect to my Gmail or another email account from Adobe Reader dc to attach and send a PDF file attachment using the send file by email menu item or icon. For whatever reason, whenever I try to sign in, I receive a display window stating 'Couldn't sign you in. This browser or app may be insecure' followed by the Adobe Reader message 'Authentication failed. Please verify your user name and password'. Believe me when I say I have tried virtually every suggestion I have read to date regarding this issue and nothing has worked to resolve this matter. Ironically, I have no problem opening my Gmail, Thunderbird, or server email account, attaching a PDF, and sending the email to the party intended as this works without fail each and every time. I am creating a fillable pdf that will be available on a shared drive for internal users.  I want to set it up so that anyone can fill it out but it requires them to Save As so that they dont mess up the master copy. I have googled and searched forums and cant figure out how to do it!  I dont know if it matters but I am creating it in Adobe Acrobat DC.  Most users will have Acrobat Reader.

We are having an issue in our Citrix Published Desktop environment (v7.15) where Adobe Reader randomly crashes with the error message invalid plugin detected. Does anyone know if Adobe Reader DC requires access to adobe.com or even access to the internet? We have a firewall rule that blocks adobe.com currently. 

Hi all,I have Google'd this issue, which seems to be a common problem, however the only way, like others, I can get Reader to work seems to roll back to an earlier version. I have tried things like disabling reader's "Protected" mode which does not work. I have tried not opening a document at all and just letting the app start and just run without doing anything, but it still crashes after about 30 secs, so it is not a document issue. I have tried re-installing Reader 11 as well as re-installing XP SP3, but it makes no difference. I have also tried several times running Reader DC but that just crashes as well. The versions I have that do work are 7, 8, 9.5.0, 10.0.0. As for other apps running at the same time are concerned, it does not matter, it still crashes irrespective of whether it is the only app running or with other apps running. Now for the PC specs I am running XP Pro SP3 along with Conficker patches KB958644 and KB958687 and the WannaCry patch KB4012598. The hardware is base

Adobe Reader DC (20.012.20041.1044), “Enable Protected Mode at startup” is disabled.IE11 We are facing the below issue.The pdf document is opened in IE. The GDI objects leak observed in IE process, when scrolling through the opened document.Is this a known issue?  

I downloaded from https://get.adobe.com/it/reader/otherversions/ the Adobe Reader Xi installer for Mac.It blocked my mac.  Why?This is the offical website? the graphics are so out of date.
