I want to download the offline installer, so I went to this link. https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ Also, I found this issue.  There is no 64-bit version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (v2024.002.20965) for Windows. That is what I am concerned about.

When opening a PDF form, Acrobat Reader crashes as soon as the cursor is positioned on a fillable field in the form.  The form has been in use for a while without issues.  Problem just started happening yesterday.  Running the most current version of Acrobat Reader on a Windows 10 PC.  No issues opening other PDF's.  Problem seems to only happen when opening a form.   Reader doesn't crash right away.  It stays running until the cursor is positioned on any fillable field.  The same form can be opened and filled on other computers without getting the error.   Here's what I've tried:  - Installed the latest Acrobat Reader updates  - Repaired installation  - Uninstalled Acrobat Reader and removed Adobe folders from           C:\Program Files, C:\Program Files\Common Files           C:\Program Files (x86), C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files    &nb

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with the adobe Acrobat DC the free version. About a couple of weeks now I was working the Certificate tool to add my signature without any issue. About few days ago when I'm trying to add my digital signature acrobat DC freezes and it's not responding at all. Any suggestions?I have already reinstall the app and I've also deleted the adobe files from the C drive before the installation. Sometimes when I'm signing document with a certificate I have a problem that after saving the document there is no signature in the file. There is no error or anything. Everything look normal except missing the signature in PDF file. Nothing seems to help, I've tried reinstalling certificate, reinstalling Adobe Reader, it doesn't help. After few hours or sometimes on the next day I can normally sign the documents. Does anyone had similar problem?

Hello,Over a week ago, I was suddenly unable to open PDFs on my PC - Windows 10.Click to open PDF, just get the little blue spin for a second, then nothing.Adobe Acrobat app is the same (blue spin and nothing) - it will not even open.I have uninstalled, and reinstalled Acrobat Reader several times.No change.No error messages - just nothing.Thank you for any help.

I recently purchased Creative Cloud and installed several of its applications on my computer, including Acrobat reader.When I try to print some PDF documents with Acrobat Reader I have a problem with some documents not printing correctly.To understand the problem, please see the attached PDF (date_2024-07-18).When the above document is printed on both sides of one sheet, page 2 is printed completely differently.Page 2 is printed from the bottom of the page. This is a complete misrepresentation of the document.Along with this is a scan document of the printed pages.(See 380019823804110 -2024-07-19)This document prints without any problem using other Pdf software and only Acrobat Reader has this problem.This seems to be a bug in Acrobat Reader!Please help me to solve this problem.Thank you guys

Hello, as the title says, Adobe Acrobat Reader does NOT sign me in. Otherwise meaning, I cannot gain access to my account. It is a fresh install, the latest version, Windows 10, and simply put, I can't get passed the "Sign In" button. I have just purchased a 7-day Free Trial, as I'm needing to sign important documents in order to find work, and I otherwise cannot without being able to sign in. I was succesfully able to sign one document, however a different document I've attached to an email shows this: So therefore I needed to get Acrobat Pro to convert the file to Docx, which I've purchase the 7-day free trial, however I cannot sign in. This is very frustrating, as I'm in dire need of work as I've been out of work for over 15 months now. HiFor a while now, I have been forced to sign into my Adobe account when I try to open a pdf stored on my laptop. This is unneccesary and getting to be very annoying. Is there any way I can turn this feature off? Thanks.

A customer conctatted me for this kind of problem. All other PDF works fine but when it comes to a specific sender the PDF shows some words and other a random symbols.

I have no clue... I have tried everything and I continue to try to search for answers but none seem to be provided. I do not want to use a random signature created by the system, I want to use my own personal signature but every time I pull in an image of my initials and signature it rotates it vertically instead of horizontally with no option to to rotate the image. ANNOYING. I have confirmed via viewer that the photo is orientated correctly so this is a definite annoyance. Why is there not a simple rotate image option when adding photo? SIDE NOTE: Why does it have to be an image? This also seems super stupid since I would like an HD copy of my signature that was signed on a blank piece of paper via my scanner in PDF.

Hi, I have an Acrobat Premium account.  The Account page suggests that I can edit / export PDFs etc. However, everytime I try to access a PDF the App [Desltop] offers me a free trial and will not perform any functions. I have checked that I am 'signed in'.  I've also tried this on the web based version of Acrobat, and although it will let me initiate the process, it seems to think that my '.pdf' file type is invalid.  [Note : the file I'm trying to work with is password protected, I'm trying to convert it to WORD.  I have the password and can view the file].  Any suggests would be very welcome.  I use Acrobat infrequently, and the last time I used it I'm pretty sure it worked.  Thanks  PS I use a Mac Pro.

Hi I created a adobse sign document that my recipient sent back to me and I am uploading it to a website as part of a disability claim. The website is asking for me to provide the document password in order for the file to be uploaded to the website. However, I never set a password for the document, I assume that it is protected as part of the adobe sign process?  Is there a password applied to the document? What is it?

I've written a manuscript in Pages on Mac. The font is New times roman 12. But when I convert the manuscript to PDF the font comes out much fainter and harder to read- headache.. Anyone have a similar issue and/or a fix?

Hello,As soon as one opens the VPN, one is disconnected from Adobe Acrobat. It's thus impossible to sign a PDF document using Adobe Acrobat if the document is on an external drive accessed by VPN, ie all our documents. This has been going on for months and is still not fixed by Adobe. Looking forward to learn how to overcome this bug using the VPN (please don't suggest to move our documents to our PC or to OneDrive, because company documents need to be on VPN connected drives and not on a cloud solution such as OneDrive and not on individual PCs.
