White bar over top of acrobat

Hi

having an issue with a white bar acoss the whole width of adobe, the only way i can make it go away is by repairing adobe acrobat and reinstalling

machine is windows 10 pro on 1903

nothing has changed on the machine recently

have tried a full reinstall but hasnt helped
