Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A couple of things that would help clarify what's happening:

• Which app and version are you using (Acrobat Reader mobile, or desktop Acrobat)? And on what device/OS?

• When you say it "moves" the documents, do you mean the order of files in your list changes (for example, the file you just saved jumps to the top), or do the files actually move to a different folder or location?

If it's the order changing: that's expected behavior in the Home/Recent list. Files are sorted by most recent opening or editing, so saving or viewing a document moves it to the top of the list and shifts the others down. The files themselves aren't relocated, only their position in that list changes.

If it's something else, for example, files ending up in a different folder than where you saved them, that would be a different issue, and it would help to have a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity.
