I am subscribed to Adobe Permium, but only allows me the offline voices. It was wotking just fine before. I uninstalled and installed and also logged off and logged back in and still will not work.

I use the pdf read aloud option, and it let me choose the voices I wanted, but 3 days ago all of a sudden the voice changed by itself, and when I tried changing it back , it would take longer and use one of the robotic voices 1 thru 5  which are only for offline reading, which I do not like. I have the yearly subscription.  I have logged off and on, also uninstalled and installed back the app. Even restarted my phone, and still the issue persists.
