Hi @Admired_hearted0922 ,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out, we are sorry for the trouble.

This is a fairly common sync delay between your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and Adobe's account system, since the payment goes through the store first and then needs to be linked back to your Adobe ID.

A few things to try in order:

First, sign out of the Acrobat app completely, reboot your device, then sign back in with the same Adobe ID you used to make the purchase. This alone resolves it in many cases.

Second, if that doesn't work, go to your profile icon in the app, tap Subscriptions, and select Restore Purchases. This re-links your existing store purchase to your Adobe account. More detail here: https://adobe.ly/4cqmsxg

Third, double-check that the email/Adobe ID shown in the app's Settings page matches the account you were signed into when you made the payment. If you have more than one Adobe ID, a mismatch here is one of the most common causes of this exact issue.

Fourth, confirm the subscription is actually active on the store side. If you paid via Google Play, open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, go to Payments & subscriptions, and check that the Adobe Acrobat subscription shows as active there.

Let us know how it goes.
