Hello @magnificent_Sunriseecce,
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We're sorry for the trouble you had.
Are you using Acrobat on an Android tablet or Acrobat on iPad/iPadOS?
What Acrobat app version is installed? In Acrobat mobile, tap your profile icon and check About Adobe Acrobat; Adobe also recommends keeping the mobile app updated to avoid cloud/sync interruptions. https://adobe.ly/4znCUbq
Where was the PDF stored while you edited it: Adobe cloud storage, Local Acrobat Files / On this device, or a connected service such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or SharePoint? Acrobat can open/save files through Adobe Cloud storage and supported online storage accounts. https://adobe.ly/4csejs9
After reopening Acrobat, did you see any recovery prompt, duplicate file, or updated copy in the same storage location?
Suggestions:
Reopen the PDF from the same place where you originally opened it.
In Acrobat mobile, go to Files. For Android local files, check Files > On this device. For iOS local files, check Files > Local Acrobat Files.
If the file was in Adobe cloud storage, check the cloud copy as well.
Go to Acrobat on the web and check Documents > Your documents. Adobe’s web help documents this location for files stored in Adobe Cloud storage. https://adobe.ly/4zlvDsP
Please note that if the edits were not saved or synced to Adobe cloud storage, the original storage provider, or a local copy before the crash, there is no supported Acrobat mobile recovery method for those unsaved edits.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.
