Aconteceu logo após alguma atualização do Android, depois troquei de celular e tentei novamente com o celular novo mas o problema foi o mesmo

    Hi @Adorable_Dreamerd3b9 ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A couple of things that would help narrow this down:

    • What version of the Acrobat app is installed, and what Android version is on the new Galaxy A55? (You can check the app version under About Adobe Acrobat in the app, and the Android version under Settings > About Phone.)

    • Does it crash the moment you open the app itself, or only when you try to open a specific PDF?

Since this followed you to a brand-new phone, it's likely tied to your account or app data rather than to the device. A few things worth trying:

    1. Clear the app's cache and data. Go to Settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage, then clear cache first and test. If it still crashes, clear data too (this will sign you out, so have your login ready).

    2. Update Google Play Services. Acrobat relies on it, so make sure both Google Play Services and the Play Store app are fully up to date.

    3. Check available storage and free memory. Make sure your phone has enough free storage, and try closing other apps running in the background before opening Acrobat.

    4. Reinstall the app if the above doesn't help. Uninstall Acrobat completely, restart your phone, then reinstall from the Play Store.
Note: Please back up your files before uninstalling the app.

Let us know how it goes.
