selected one file from my iPad to the Doc Cloud,all other files and folders disappeared. Can I please have them back

I just downloaded Adobe Acrobat Cloud Document to my Android phone  and to my iPad and all my files and folders previously stored on my iPad disappeared when I selected one file to the Document Cloud. How do I get back my files?

Have you checked the other locations under My Documents like Recent and Local?

If not, then please check them once and also refer to the help document Acrobat Reader Help for iOS: Help
