The fill and sign is not loading and i can't find the "request e-signature" on the menu

I just downloaded Adobe because I needed to sign an agreement, a friend recommended it. I signed in and I clicked on the fill and sign feature but it refuse to load, I have been trying that sign last night. I already cleared my cache like the app suggested but that doesn't help. I click on setting and asked for help I was told to look for a " Request e-signature" on the menu that it will solve the problem but the Request e-signature is not on the menu and the problem is not yet solved. I need to sign and submit the agreement within an hour, please.
