How do I make layers in tree structure expanded by default?

HelloIs there a way to send all text object to foreground and make transparent on every page of a pdf file?Now I do this in Illustrator page by page, but I suspect in Acrobat the same could be done in a more straightforward way.

I have a MAC running Sierra 10.12 and I am using an HP Color Laserjet MFP M277DW to scan. When I  try to create a PDF from Scanner Adobe does not recognize the device. I am using Acrobat XI version 11.0.18

I need to ensure that the form is blank before this pops up and before any other script is run. Hello all -I am hoping someone could help me create javascript for a personal reimbursement for that I have created for my office.I would like for the employee id (six digit number) to auto populate in field B, when an employee enters their last name in field A. There is approx 50 or so employees in my office and I would like to capture all of them in these to fields.Thank you in advance for you help.

I have an acrobat form with 10 questions that people can evaluate using one of 4 radios (0-1-2-3). I want to count how many of the questions score 2 or greater and put that in the 'TOTAL'.ie.1. 12. 23. 04. 35. 36. 37. 28. 19. 210. 3TOTAL = 7

I have been trying to ocr a pdf filed, but this pdf has a lot of languages - mainly German and English, but also Greek and Hebrew. You can i ocr the file in all this language? Because the fonction only allows one language. Thanks

Hi,I have already tried to get an answer in this thread last month: Help with javascript rounding I was asked to send the form and was supposed to get the form back with the javascript corrected.. but never got any reply (if someone else would like to take a look at my form I would really appreciate it).In any case, here is the problem:I have to add 3 Fields to get a TOTAL.SUBTOTAL + TAX1 + TAX2 = TOTALSo here is a real example :99,50 + 4,975 + 9.925125 = 114,400125 $The problem is that since the format of the Fields is set to "2 decimals", I get the following:99,50 + 4,98 + 9,93 = 114,40 $Evidently, the obvious result should be 114,41 $ (and not 114,40$).So what I need is the correct script that will correctly round TAX1 and TAX2 to 2 decimals, so that the total is 1 cent more...Any help is welcomed.Thanks!

How do I populate field 1 with the amount from field 2 based on the description of field 3? I am new to java script and so far I have placed in the calculate tab    if (description == “Single Life”) this.getField(amount);Needless to say this does not work.Any help is appreciated.

What I'm looking to do is create a photo album where I can place my photos. I'm pretty sure there would be some javascript involved. The thing is I want a search option so I can type in the name of the photo and click to find it. Any suggestions?

i am not using LiveCycle any more and not sure how to get the form to auto tab.  i have boxes that i have restricted to 1 character and want the form to auto tab to next box, which is also limited to 1 character.  (accounting codes). tried using the Java Script i used before under actions, but is not working.thank you for your helpEC

I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI running Version 11.0.18 under Windows 10.1. A user opens a PDF document. The document has a long-running process executing. The process(written in JavaScript) uses app.setInterval and the thermometer object. In the meantime, theuser opens another PDF document. Hi, I'm editing PDF with Fill&Sigh and writing in Hebrew - which supposed to be written from right to left, but when I leave the Fill&sign back to the normal mode it is shown backwards - from left to write. It's as if in english it would show "taborca" when you write "acrobat".... Obviously can't work with that... can't read, print or send it to anyone.Can someone help me figure out how to fix that?Thanks!Niva

Hi everyone,I am self taught with javascript and adobe so please bear with me!I have just finished making a massive form which on the second page there is a list of questions with yes or no for the answer and if they click Yes it spawns a template page which they can fill out, then go back and continue to next question.  Problem is, on these templates I have javascripts that include the names of the fields.  When the page spawns, it changes the name of the fields and then the javascript doesnt work.  Is there anyway to overcome this problem? I made a calculator that calculates the number of posts for a line of fence. It works fine. What I would like to do now is to add four text fields to be populated with the total posts for the particular line. For instance, I'm figuring the North side line has 6 posts, I would like this total to populate into the Line.North text field. Then reset the fields of the calculator but not the Line.North text field it would stay populated. So now I want to calculate the total posts for the South side line. The line measurement is different than the North side, so this total should populate Line.South text field but not effect Line.North. Basically, if the Line.North text field is populated then the next total will go into Line.South text field and so on for Line.East and Line.West. Can someone help me with the correct javascript? I have a form that requires only the last 4 digits of a social. I am using a custom validation script to check for 4 values in length:event.rc = true; if (event.value.length == 4){event.target.textColor = color.black; }     else {     app.alert("The entered value needs to be 4 characters long.");             event.target.textColor = color.red; } The customer has requested to allow a dash character "-" before the numbers and still validate that 4 numbers have been added. This is in case the user wants to add a "-" before the numbers. I removed the format for numbers and set the limit to 5 characters, but now it validates the "-" before the numbers as the length and if 3 numbers are entered it renders true which is wrong. Example, -123.Is there a way to only count the numbers entered and nothing else?
