Hello,  While using the embed pdf API, mode: IN LINE. There is a bottom white border at the end of the pdf. Question is: how can you delete this white bottom margin? I have checked and it is not on the pdf design. Attached you can see a picture of this white space at the bottom of the embedded pdf document. Best regards, 

I want to use the Adobe PDF Services API Free Tier, but I get the following message as shown in the capture. I am an Enterprise Admin, so I tried to set it up from the Admin Console, but I don’t know how to do it.  You don’t have access to PDF Services API Your account is currently associated with an Enterprise which does not have access to PDF Services API. For Free Tier please sign up with a different personal account If you want to create production credentials please contact your Enterprise Admin or Contact us. In addition, due to the circumstances of the linked system, I cannot verify it with a personal account.

Hi all, I received the Extract API usage notification that told me I was approaching the 1000 unit limit earlier in May. This was concerning because I have been developing a web app that is based on working with the text from PDFs. I reached out to sales soon after I received the notification--no response. I have sent more requests to the sales team. We'll see what happens. But I am hoping to get in contact with someone from the sales team ASAP so that I can continue using the API since it's already up and running. I would really appreciate it if there were a way that I could give money to Adobe in exchange for a quota of API calls appropriate to my needs. Hi,We are looking for a PDF generation solution to create PDF or update the existing PDFs based on the information provided. We are evaluating Document Generation API for the same. Is Document Generation API cloud based or on-prem standalone version (using Java SDK) is also available?Also, is Document Generation API licensed under AEM 6.5 or we need to buy a separate license for it for our enterprize application? While using this following api https://cpf-ue1.adobe.io/ops/{{create}}?respondWith=%7B%22reltype%22%3A%20%22http%3A%2F%2Fns.adobe.com%2Frel%2Fprimary%22%7D to submit pdf generation request, most of the time we get response  with x-request-id, which we further use in poll api to check pdf generated. But sometimes, intermittent issue is coming in above api with 502 response as {"error_code": "504001","message"l : "Gateway timeout"}Can anyone suggest how to use this api fail safe?  

There are many developer SDKs that can extract the tag tree of a tagged PDF (a PDF with accessibility markup), and there are many that can extract the PDF content as one big text string. However I need to find the specific content which each tag points to in the PDF. I know Acrobat has this data because you can clearly see it in the tag tree in Acrobat (picture attached), but is this programmatically possible through an API? thank you

Hi all,  We use Adobe in Power Platform to create and fill PFDs. The PDFs have in total three links that are being displayed besides other text. Afterward we merge the PDFs into one big PDF. (you can see in the screenshot that the link is working)From there, we convert the PDF to a PowerPoint. (in the second screenshot you can see that the link is gone) Up until the last week, we have changed nothing so far with the workflows...but only one of the three links just doesn't work anymore. It's still marked in blue as a link, but when you look into the element you can see that the address is empty. This came out of nowhere and doesn't really make sense to us. I'm currently trying to upload a PDF via the upload URI that is retrieved from a different cloud service, and the upload step seems to be working correctly, but when I get to the polling stage for the job, I get a CORRUPT_DOCUMENT "The input file appears to be corrupted and cannot be processed." 400 error response. I suspect that my upload is incorrect and would like to test to see if the upload was correct or not in the first place.

Does anyone have any experience with Adobe or third-party services for  implementation/onboarding of the document generation API (https://developer.adobe.com/document-services/apis/doc-generation/)? My organization has IT resources familiar with JSON coding, but limited availability such that additional customer service and product guidance may be useful.   

Some text in pdfs is extracted as figures and not as text. I was wondering why this is and if there are any settings that would get around this.I am using the ExtractTextInfoFromPDFWithCustomTimeouts  python function from the adobe-dc-pdf-services-sdk-extract-python-sample package.

Hello. I need to integrate PDF compression into my .Net desktop solution. I downloaded personalized samples, tried CompressPDFWithOptions example and it works perfectly (it's .NET 6 solution). But my application is .Net 4.7 WinForms, so I created test .Net 4.7 WinForms solution, got Adobe.PDFSdk version 3.4 from NuGet and copied exact the same code from CompressPDFWithOptions example. Unfortunately it doesn't work. When I call compressPDFOperation.Execute(executionContext); it completely hangs. The code is absolutely the same, copied from Adobe example. When I try previous library (for exampe 3.3 version) I'm getting 403 Forbidden error. Could you please help me to figure out how to use pdf compression under Framework 4.7. It starts very well and I see loading but after loading it disappears

We have a few PDF (of many) where the copy of text fails to copy the spaces between the words.However copying on other platforms like the chrome browser, adobe desktop or Mac Preview desktop app works like expected. It seems really something to do with the PDF Embed API.  Any idea how to solve/fix this?
