ADF Vertical Black Line Removal by software?

I have scanned 1000's of documents using the Auto document feeder and have noticed that they were scanning with a thick black line down them which was caused by a spec of dust on the scanner. I have now cleaned it off but i have lots of pages with this mark down them and no longer have the originals so cannot scan them again. I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove these marks using software and if there are any adobe products that are capable of doing this?
