I'm having a problems where it won't show up after it uploads! This two days now, it's been doing this. I'm a supervising producer at a major television company and will have to let the staff no to steer clear of this ap.
I'm so sorry that Adobe Send isn't working well for you. Are you saying that the files don't show up in the Sent files list? Or, that your recipients can't view the files you're sending? There is a known issue where downloading files on a mobile device isn't working. Adobe engineering is actively working on a solution. In the meantime, you are welcome to use Adobe SendNow--the two services will coexist until later this year.
I'm sorry for the frustration. It is a very busy day for Adobe, with an exciting product launch. I suspect the heavy traffic could be related to your upload error. Please try again, and let us know if you're still experiencing trouble.
If you do write back, I'm interested in knowing whether you've sent the file with Adobe Send previously, or with Adobe SendNow.
Still having issues. Even tried uploading to my files instead of just trying to send from my computer. I have sent many times from SendNow. pretty sure I have sent a couple times from SEND. Either way, this is a paid service that just isn't working right now and it is affecting our business.
Please let me know whether you're still having issues. Have you tried sending with both Adobe Send and Adobe SendNow.
We are aware of issues with uploading of very large files with Adobe Send, and working hard to resolve them. If you are running into problems, we suggest you use Adobe SendNow for the time-being.
