i need your help for file migration between cloud services or my account here and my laptop , due to  the full storage capacity in here.

I used to be able to print to Microsoft PDF, and then view the document.  Since downloading the ADOBE PDF pack, I cannot open those pdf files.  Please advise how i may be able to read them again.  Thanks

I am not able to access my documents that are saved on the cloud. I have tried using Acrobat Reader DC and going online to https://cloud.acrobat.com/documentcloud. I receive an error message of "We've encountered a critical error. Please try again later. Unable to fetch base_uris from files tier." I can get to the files on the cloud through my Adobe app on my Android phone but not online or computer.

I have been paying for Adobe Export for 2 years and I haven't used it yet. My fee is approximately 25/yearI just learned that I need adobe reader on my machine. The trouble is, I can't find the link. Every link I have tried invites me to purchase another Adobe product. I don't wan't to buy another product. I just want to use Export PDF so I can convert PDF files to Word documents. I am trying to convert a pdf to word. Most of the pages exported from PDF to Word are showing up as images (104 pages out of 164 are images), making the services useless. Is there any way to improve the results?

I have paid for the pdf converter (pdf to word) but every time I sign in it asks me to pay again. I have the receipt in a confirmation email. What is going on? This seems to be a common problem looking at the forums here. How can I fix this?

I have paid for the PDF converter (to word, excel, etc.), but when I try to convert, a webpage is opened offering some package options and saying that I already have the PDF converter (which is true), but nothing else happens. I can't finish the conversion!

I have paid for the PDF Converter (Adobe Export PDF) and every time I sign in to try to convert a document it asks me to pay again. Frustrating b/c I have probably overpaid time and again just to get access. I have a receipt that shows I last paid a one year subscription on 4/28/18. Funny when you go to support on this particular issue, I get a 404 on the page. I don't think they give a crap about customers that pay them $24 a year. Are there any other solutions people are aware of to solve this requirement?
