Two days ago my Adobe PDF stopped working, why?

I've been using EPDF for several years with no problems but from Friday every file I have tried to convert has failed. I have tried on more than one computer, through the browser and through Adobe Acrobat Reader on my PC, and with different PDF files (they are scans). I have tried deleting browser history / cache / cookies but the files still fail to convert. My annual subscription renewed two months ago.This relates to some urgent work and I really need some help! I'd greatly appreciate any pointers anyone can give me!Many thanks!

Copied Microsoft Text to Adobe Acrobat X format- with the editing tools that are provided in this Program, was this copied text originally designed for Editing? (because this is much more difficult to do successfully vs. any PDF Original Text in it's Original format)! Any answers here?

I'm using Adobe Sign to send the same document with the same message to a number of people.  I'd like to create a template that includes the message so that I don't have to inout that information each time.  Can I do this?

I am logged into my account online however I am unable to convert from pdf to word. Increasing issue lately especially since account renewal just recently; will not work then suddenly able to convert.  Unable to contact Adobe for answers.

Hi, I hope someone can help me. I've created a document with Word for Mac 2011. The document prints beautifully from Word. However the saved PDF prints in a way that the colours are lighter where my text boxes are situated. So I thought I needed to get the PDF Pack and convert my Word document that way and this is what I did. I've converted my document and printed it. Although the print quality is quite a bit better than when I printed the saved PDF from Word, the color is still lighter where the text boxes are. What do I need to do to get a good print where my colors are uniform as it should? I would much appreciate help with this. Thank you in advance!

My adobe export pdf will not work. It processes endlessly when I try to convert a word document to pdf. I end up having to force quit the program.

each time i click the link to my PDF Services location it will not open and I get the following error “Safari cannot open page because too many redirects occured”.  i’ve Tried the link from the creative cloud page also and I get the same result.  I need to get to my acrobat PDF Services location. Any help would be appreciated. 

First, I have been clicking about on the forums for about 15 minutes trying to find where I can ask this question.  Consequently, there is a good chance I am in the wrong place.  If that is so, please accept my apologies and direct me to the correct thread.I have a raft of documents to scan into my PC and want to add or edit the properties of the resulting PDF files so I can filter and search for specific document bundles in the future.I am using VBA for Excel and think I need to load the “PDFShellServer 1.0 Type Library” from Tools>References in the VBA Editor but get an error loading the dll.I believe that it is looking for it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroCEF but on inspection is not present.  The path has been truncated at …\Acr but the above path is the only one that makes sense.Can anybody tell me where I can get this library?

Sending via "Send and Track" 10 to 15 tries, from 2 different PC's, on 2 different networks, and using both "Create Link" and "Send Personalized Invitations",  when the upload is complete, receive the error "One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again."

An employer is demanding I send a tax form to him via email or PDF Creator - a tax form containing my social security number.IRS recommends USPS for critical information transmission. The employer states he is not in one place long enough to receive mail and insists that I transmit my document to him via email or PDF creator.I have Document Cloud. Can anyone provide guidance on a solution path that will protect my critically sensitive information?

I had to wipe my Mac and restore everything but I didn't have my Adobe Export (sign and send) backed up and I can't figure out how to get it back.Any help would he be appreciated, thanks!

Hi. Read thru some old threads but nothing working for me so far. Trying to create pdf's on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and also online on the cloud but neither working. Reader tells me I have No Internet Connection and cloud tells me...any clues?  currently printing out documents and then rescaning which is dull...! thanks, H

When I click on the fill and sign button, I get the next page but the document is missing.

Problem with box border format with Word doc.  PDF conversion does not produce the boxes.  This same doc file when converted last August did produce the boxes.  Now it does not.  Has something changed in the cloud program for doing conversions from doc to pdf???  These are boxed produced using Format / Borders and Shading, then clicking on "Box" or "Shadow".

Hi ,On Windows 7, Office 2010, (x68) Adobe Acrobat DC 15: When users try to save a new Excel file than excel is crashing after convertion to pdf.(both excel doc and pdf gets created and saved).When using the Adobe Acrobat office addon button on the taskbar everything works fine.It only happens with Excel and only when trying to save a new (unsaved) excel document to pdf.When saving an existing .xls document its working fine. (No issues with other Office apps like Ms Word)We repaired Office and Adobe Acrobat installations, registered the Adobemsoffice.dll with regsvr32, didn't solved the problem.Hope someone can offer some help to get this solved in our working environment.With kind regards,CHaighton

When I scan Items it seems to enlarge and cut off some of the documents. When I open the PDF files, the documents seem to enlarge themselves and cut off on the outter edges, making it not possible for me to see the entire scanned document. Any suggestions? Its not the scanner, as my previews are fine, It is only when I open them as PDF files that I notice the issue. 

The company's brand logo from PDF file cannot be displayed properly on the WORD file after I have used the Adobe Export PDF . Please help. Thank you.

Ok so we have process where we get a customer to sign a document to accept delivery of items from our delivery drivers. When the driver gets the signature via Adobe Fill and Sign, they hit share with Outlook to generate an email to fax it into our EMR system. However, in the past few days the attachments aren't attaching to the emails. We are utilizing iPad Air 2's, some are running 11.0.3 others are running 11.0.2 or 11.0.1 and having the same issue. Some people have complained they have updated to 11.0.3 and gotten the problem but we have an ipad for testing here in the office that is running 11.0.3 that works great. Some users we have had them go under Safari -> Advanced and disable JavaScript and it fixes the problem for some people and yet for others it doesn't. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Fill and Sign, and we are having and User uninstall Outlook. There haven't been any updates to Outlook that I can see in the last 4 days that the issue has started happe
