First of all I would like to congratulate you on such a good product which I enjoy using.I would also like to point out one issue I experienced a few days ago which is connected to Mobile Link feature.As you know its really great that you can open a document from desktop and continue reading it later on mobile device. For this to work of course the document is uploaded to your server and then downloaded on the mobile device or another desktop computer.The issue is that some of the document i open are just in temporary use and they are uploaded to the server as well what is also desired. When i clear the recent list from my mobile device. The cleared files are a cleared on the document cloud as well. But when i clear the recent list from my computer using Adobe Reader DC the files are not cleared on document cloud.The effect of this bug is that after some time i had really long list of recent files in document cloud. I tried to mange the list by deleting the recent file list

Why, when converting a tiff file to pdf, only the first page is converting?  Never had this problem previously.

Hi,I want to export the data in a PDF to Excel. I know this can be done within the software but it converts it to merged files which will only mean I have to mess around converting it to an appropriate format.Is it possible to pre-determine the format of converted data?Also is it possible to apply it to multiple PDF's of the same layout.So for example I have invoices from a supplier. I want to export specific data from multiple PDF's to a single Excel Sheet in a table format.Can anybody help with this?Regards,Heath

We deliver workshops for which we produce a workbook for each delegate, containing information relevant to the workshop as well as space to write comments and answers (old fashioned D ring binder with paper).We would l like to move to digital workbooks. Creating a PDF for delegates to read and write answers on an iPad or laptop is not a problem.My questions are:1. What is the easiest way to make sure that all (and only) the delegates download a copy of the workbook on either iPads or laptops?2. How do we make sure that, once downloaded, the workbook doesn't get copied/sent/distributed any further?Thanks, Claire

I opened two PDFs that are about 13MB each on my iPad in Acrobat and saved them to my document cloud. Now on my computer, I can see them in the document cloud but when I try to open them, they get about halfway downloaded and then Acrobat stops responding.

I have unfortunately wasted an hour discovering that Adobe DC's Export PDF feature does not work with pdf files created from other sources.  I download statements from banks, credit card companies, utilities, etc.  I have found the need to convert the contents to spreadsheets.  I do have an older version of Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro (9.5.5).  I have used its select feature to copy as table or open table in spreadsheet successfully.Export PDF will take a pdf, convert it to a xlsx file, but the xlsx file cannot be opened.  Excel returns the error message "File is corrupt and cannot be opened."  Support wasted 45 minutes asking superfluous questions until they finally asked for both the xlsx and source pdf file.  That is when I was told, "I am sorry I have checked your file and the pdf producer of the file is XenosD2evision v2 not Adobe pdf so it can not converted"That is a significant limitation that should be made clear upfront.  Is the average person e
