How do I open Adobe Export PDF? I have paid annual fee and used it before, but can't remember how to open it again!I have some .pdf files to export to .doc

I accidentally bought acrobat pro software license for windows, received a redemption code and serial number, then realized I bought the wrong product since i have Mac.  Is there any way I can still use this product?

I hit the cancel button in my account, then get sent to a drop down, then the only option left is to do a chat which is not an option because it is not available.  It just sends you in circles and is maddening!  Why do I have to go to a non-existent Customer Service to cancel and I actually cannot when I hit that button???!

What we want is a client to be able to complete and sign a PDF document from our website. Then, they and we would need a copy of the PDF once completed. I'm not a developer so am unfamiliar with Plug-ins, etc. I just need to know that if I build a website using Wordpress, would we be able to use Document Cloud/eSignature somehow. Thanks so much!!

Hello, I'm putting online a bunch of PDF files, and I would like to add a search function on the website that would search in the PDFs. Basically like an HTML search, but for PDFs. So, I have an HTML page with links to PDF files hosted on my server. I'd like to add a search field that would search a word/phrase in all the PDF files of a certain folder on the server, display the results, and open the related file at the right page.I could integrate the Goggle custom search in my HTML page, but it only works if you index the PDFs in Google, which I don't want. Plus, it just opens the PDFs at the 1st page.The only solution I have for the moment is this: I provide a link to a zipped folder containing all the PDF files and an index.pdx file (made using the full text index with catalog function of Acrobat Pro), but you can only use it if you download all the PDFs locally. Which is a constraint.I looked at iFilter but it's not going to work with my configuration.Does Adobe provide a way to do

Good evening,I have the following problem (it happened to me three times already):1. In my Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2015 Release | Version 2015.010.20060) I open a PDF form (non-interactive).2. I fill it out by means of the tool “Fill & Sign”.3. I save the document using “File” –> “Save as...”.4. I close the document, then I reopen it and everything is OK.5. I switch off my laptop (Windows 10).6. Later I switch it on, then I open the document and some of the text I filled out is missing! It wouldn’t be such a problem because I can retype the text, but when I do so and then save the document as usually (“File” -> “Save as...”), the text I retyped is NOT there again when I reopen the document!!!I’d be grateful if you could help me to resolve the above-mentioned problem. When I was using the previous version of Adobe Reader with my Adobe PDF Pack, Annual Subscription I was able to import my actual true signature from either another PDF document or a Word document into the PDF document that I wanted to sign. I am now no longer able to copy and paste my own signature from either another scanned PDF document or a Word document into a document that I want to sign using Acrobat Reader DC and my Adobe PDF Pack, Annual Subscription.  How do I overcome this problem?I look forward to receiving your help......Suzanna 

Hello, I have the Acrobat DC subscription and wondering if there is a way to set up a template document where by I can combine with another document but using the template documents formatting? For example, I am wanting to convert an individuals CV into a standard document format?

I have the following problem when I want to change fields after saving the Formular Then thilo is impossible because when I click in the fields then There is no possibility to change the content. Because it is saved. Is it possible to change the content of fields after saving the form with the Adobe Fill & Sign DC App.

We have been using the web functionality to convert PDF to excel.  We now want to do this automatically.  Is there an API available ? If so, could you point us to a place to learn more about the API ?

Dear All, after upgrade of my pc to windows 10 the conversion from pdf to excel does not work properly like before, it cuts the first line (header, very important) of each page, how can I fix the problem? For example, I have to convert a document of 160 pages from pdf to excel. Each page contains a header with the name of the person and a table below the header, which reports a timesheet. Before windows 10 the conversion worked like this: in an excel file I had header/table, header/table, header/table, etc (pls see attached "before", the 1st image), now it only convert the tables, and I don't now who these table belongs (pls see the other attachment "after", the 2nd image)...can someone help me to fix this problem?Thanks in advance for your cooperation and assistance,Best RegardsSara

I just purchased this service so I could combine pdfs into one file (scanned documents, etc.). When I upload the files to combine them, "conversion" fails each time saying the format is not supported. Is this normal? I feel like I was duped into buying a useless service. Because now it says I can combine .docs, .jpgs etc, but not pdfs. When I look at the properties of my files in DC reader, it says they cannot be combined or pages cannot be extracted under the "Security" tab. My subscription is pointless if this is the case. Is there a workaround? How do I combine several pdfs to form one, multi-page pdf file?

I've replaced my old Mac Book Pro with all the installations upon it, with this new one.  The old machine is locked up in the University for Spring Break.  I was thinking that I couldhave updated i sign in to Adobe.com, then acquire re-downloads of the chief paid for software which I use from Adobe:I've been an owner of Acrobat Pro for many years, and have updated it in the free ways and 1-2 times, the paid for way.  My version was probably much lower than current as it was the old standard install version, with a CD ROM.My other software, is "Send & Track", which I use the most.  Shen I sign in, "Send" is dead last in the "See-All, software.  On double clicking, a usable "Send Now" does not appear.  ONLY a chance to BUY Send again appears.The best thing about having Acrobat Pro, was that when one pulls down the "File" menu, there is a direct link, to Adobe Send.  THIS version of  "Send" has always been the working one,I can't get this versio

On March 3, 2016 we tried to order the Adobe Premiere Elements 14 Student Teacher bundle on line.  This didn't work so well so we tried to telephone Adobe and place the order.  We are a Lutheran Church which also runs a Wisconsin State accredited Pre 4 - K school on site.  After numerous tries and several disconnects from Adobe on the telephone we gave up.  This following Tuesday morning we telephoned Adobe again beginning at 10:30am to 11:15am trying to move our order along with no luck.  I than signed in to a live chat from 11:15am to 12:30pm with an agent.  My Adobe history on March 8, 2016 showed I had two (2) orders for Premiere Elements pending verification of our school status.  Following the 45 minutes on line with the Adobe customer service agent, I was told they would cancel my pending 2 orders and I was to resubmit my order.  Than I was told the agent was going to "take responsibility" and place the order for me.  I was to wait 24

Until the recent Adobe reader update I was able to import my signature from a PDF file or a Word file to sign documents.  This is now no longer possible. What has changed?

I am sharing a document with 4 technicians in the document cloud. I would like that document to stay untouched when they have to edit it in the field and send it to me via email. The problem I am having is any time a change is made to that PDF on our IPads it changes the document in the cloud--it also changes the PDF if we download it and store to the IPad. This PDF has a lot of fields to change for every customer that we service so deleting all that information every time will be time consuming. How do I change this behaviour? We were using a product called GoFormz that would allow us to edit and save/send but we always had access to the original untouched PDF

Hi,I have adobe acrobat installed on my android 5.1 nexus 7 device. My acrobat setting are -> mobile link on and I was already signed in to document cloud, from the time I installed adobe acrobat. Then I started adding notes etc to ebook I was reading.While syncing the ebook with adobe cloud (I just switched on the wifi) (the book was in outbox already I guess), I switched the app to some other app, and then came scaring error : Error uploading the file to cloud or something. When I checked the ebook, the ebook size reduced to 1 MB from 14 MB in the recent tab and in the cloud storage too.Filename is  :  The.CPP.Standard.Library.2nd.Edition.pdf (14 MB was size when I had successfully synced it last time)Please send the file to my email which is registered with my this account.
