I am trying to unlock a book for school that I have the ebook copy too, I can do it just fine on my laptop but when I open it up in the app (acrobat dc) for ipad it won't let me fill in the password, therefore I cant see the book? Am I doing something wrong or can this not be done in the app?

I have been editing some pdf's for a few weeks, most of them where notes in class or during studying, I have an adobe.com account and I edit the pdf's on my iPad. I just discovered that everything I've been editing is gone. The pdf's are still there, but all my notes and marks are gone... I don't know how this happened, there is nothing wrong with my iPad and I didn't do anything. I just opened Adobe and a message came up that I wasn't connected to the internet and that I was logged out. When I logged in, I discovered they where gone. I am very annoyed by this and I don't think that I will keep using the adobe cloud if this isn't fixed... All my work of the past few weeks is gone... Can someone please help?Thanks in advance,Kelly

@I need to cancel my creative cloud account, simply because I do not use it anymore. The links that you provide to cancel my subscripton is useless. It keeps sending me around in cirlces. Every time I log in, I click on "manage my account", then underneath highlighted in blue, I click on "cancel my subscription". Only to be looped around after consistantly clicking on "Customer Support" then to click on "Still Nedd Help? Contact Us." over and over again. This company needs to create a system where its consumers could easily contact customer support, not to be swung around in circles.

‌Hi. I was reading and highlighting a very long textbook stored in my document cloud for several months. Yesterday I downloaded iOS 9 (unsure if related) and I went to open it and it said its corrupt/damaged and cannot be opened! Moreover, this file is 35+MB at least and now it says it's 33KB?! This is so frustrating bc I have put a lot of time into this document in terms of highlighting and notes and trusted that it would be properly saved into my document cloud but now I'm afraid it's all gone. All my other files are fine. Any thoughts? My one thought was to call them and see if the can restore it from their server.

I just installed DC yesterday. When I open a pdf I cannot fill & sign. First of all, I am SO frustrated that I was taken on a ridiculous customer service path only to wind up in a forum. If I have a problem with an order, I want to talk to someone. I don't want to leave a message in a forum. Yet, a forum is my only "contact us" option. As if an entire CC subscription doesn't warrant any authentic shred of customer service.I paid $25 to convert the documents I design in InDesign into Word Documents via the PDF converter. And this is what it spits out? Original on the left, converted Word on the right. I don't think so. This doesn't work for me at all. And it's virtually un-editable. The word doc freaks out when you try to work on it at all.I want this subscription cancelled immediately, and to be refunded. It took 3 minutes of having this service to realize what an incredible waste of money it was for my needs. The free PDF to Word converter on the internet did a better job than this. I don't want any resolution besides an immediate refund and cancellation

I just purchased PDF Export with the intent to export my bank statements into an Excel spreadsheet. I can't do it. Does this even work?

Whenever I edit a document, and want to save as a pdf file, the program hangs and presents a blank screen. I receive a dialog box saying "Adobe Acrobat DC has stopped working". After which "Windows is looking for a solution....". What can be responsible for this, and how can I get over this? It is costing enough money to not have this difficulty. Please advise.

I am using a pdf form that was created with Acrobat DC on a PC that I would like to be a 'master form'I fill the form from acrobat ipad mobile and send it to myself. (Customer1)When I view the file the information is correct.I then try to edit the form a second time save and send to myself. (Customer2)I view the second file and the information is correct however when I view the first file the first file information is overwritten by the second. I assume this is because the file I am editing is the same file.Is there a way while using Acrobat mobile on ipad to 'save as' which would change the current filename so the master pdf is not overwritten?

How do you edit scanned pdf documents on adobe document cloud?

Hi there - I can't believe how difficult this has been to accomplish, but we are looking to upgrade our account from Pro level to Enterprise level and I cannot find a UK team to get the desired information.Yesterday I found out from Adobe's contact centre, in the UK that the sales team is in the US - west coast. It would be so much easier if there was a UK / European contact to speak to. Does anyone have any info on this?ThanksJohn

I purchased an in app subscription to create a PDF in my Adobe files but then within minutes realized that all I had to do was change the save as type and save to my adobe document cloud to share.  I would like a refund of the $9.99 that was charged to my account.  I have already cancelled the subscription so that there will be no future charges.  I do not have a need or intention to use the create a PDF subscription and appreciate any consideration you can afford me on this matter.  The purchase was less than and hour ago.  Please advise of you need me to forward emails of confirmation, cancellation etc.  Thank you very much.Sincerely, Leigh McMath

I purchased an Annual Adobe Export PDF subscription on September 5, 2015, which gave you the option to cancel the subscription within14 days of the order for a full refund.  Today is September 16, 2015 and I cancelled the subscription on the Adobe website.  However, the cancellation page indicates that my subscription will not be cancelled until September 5, 2016.  It is still within the 14 day period.  I want a refund of the $23.88 that I paid.  What's the deal here?:  Please respond with help ASAP.  Thanks.Pat in Marietta, GA

I have a series of Word 97 .doc files laid out with text and tables using various fonts, all embedded in the .doc file. After conversion all the fonts but one display properly, but the layout is different to the original, which makes it unusable. The font not included (and there is no error message) is a chess font and is embedded in the word file. After conversion, because the chess font is not embedded in the pdf file, the chess diagrams don't display properly. They are also sometimes split over pages, whereas in the original document, the layout  is correct.What am I doing wrong? Or am I expecting too much of this service?I can convert to pdf correctly using Word itself, and it converts properly, but ... I need press quality, hence trying this service.Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

I would like to cancel this subscription to Export PDF immediately and receive a refund.How will this happen, because I could not find anywhere on the website the ability to cancel it myself.Peter

Certain information about individuals (religion, income, debts, etc) are considered sensitive by Swedish regulators, and are hence NOT allowed to be uploaded to servers outside the EU by others than the actual individual. The organization I work for has a document archive containing among other things files (pdf) with letters informing our customers about their financial situation. Keeping these documents on our own servers in our server room is legal, but accidently storing them in Adobes Document Cloud is not acceptable.So how do I block a pdf from being automatically uploaded ("Mobile link") to the Document Cloud by someone reading it in their Acrobat Reader?Is there a switch that we can set when we generate these files (we generate about 5000 files per night using a batch processing routine at the printing company) to prevent them from being possible to upload?

I am an author and my software produces  a pdf file as the output.Some editors cannot work with pdf so they demand  the manuscript in docx format.All my pages have chapter number , chapter title and page number at the topWhen i use the pdf export to export these pages to docx all the headers at top of page get left off,Is there anywhere to do settings for the docx pages.pdf export producesAlternatively is there a way to make it put page numbers on the docx pages

I just purchased the adobe PDF converter and now it won't create any pdfs for. Just says unsuccessful. Please help
