With Adobe DC, are the Document Cloud Services automatically on?

How do I combine Document Cloud pdfs? In the Combine feature, there is no option to select pdfs that are stored in your cloud. You can only select ones on your computer.

I want to change my "login ID" to the one that is showing on my adobe.com account.  It is not the one currently being displayed on documents that I create.  When I try to edit it it says go to adobe.com -> Manage Your Account, but I can't find any Manage Your Account when I login and the login ID is the one that I want being displayed on my pdf files.  Why is it not and how can I change it????

My bank account shows payment made to Adobe $23.88 for annual services two weeks ago, but upon sign in to convert PDF to Word - Adobe requests that I "sign up now" for the account that has already been paid. Apparently nobody is available at customer service on the weekend to help - except the Forum. Despite Adobe's option "Chat - Available 24 hours, 7 days a week" , it says "Chat Currently Closed"    Huh???Anybody have any ideas how I can resolve this administrative issue??

I want to upload Excel files (xlsx and xlsm) to the Document Cloud and convert them to PDF.  Does the Document Cloud have automation capability so I can do this programmatically through an API or similar mechanism?  Does the Document Cloud use Microsoft PIA to do the conversion like desktop Acrobat DC does?  Also, does Document Cloud handle Excel xlsm files?  In Document Cloud Help's "Using Adobe PDF Pack" entry, it only lists xls and xlsx under file types you can convert to PDF.Thanks,Ed

I am using an iPad with Adobe Draw and Adobe Shape, I have a JPG file which I need to convert to a Vector file to be used by a Sign company to make a sign for me. I have imported the JPG file into Shape and created a vector image. saved it. I can modify it in Draw and save it. All the file formats are still JPG. If I create a PDF file with the JPG image will it be in vector format inside the PDF?How do I save the image as a PDF from either Draw or Shape? The Sign company said they can use a PDF file but not a JPG.Frank

I'm having a difficult time nailing down which cloud services are not included in perpetual license for Acrobat DC. As far as I can tell, Adobe doesn't have a web page that directly compares the features of a perpetual license of Acrobat DC (Standard or Pro) with the corresponding subscription version.Since few may have the patience to read to the end of this post, I thought I'd cut to the chase with my question(s):Is information about which cloud services are not included in perpetual license for Acrobat DC on adobe website? Is there a version control in Cloud PDF Saver. I had made a bunch of changes to my pdf and saved it in cloud. Then when i opened in another tablet, the changes in tablet got saved. I lost all the changes. Is there a way to revert this back ?Thanks!navderm@gmail.com

I try to convert pdf to word doc.  It states it converts,I download and there is no text  I've allowed pop ups, but this didn't help....Any suggestions on what I can do or am not doing correctly?

I'm trying to combine multiple pdf's into one file, however,  ever time I go to add any files, the program boots me out completely.  Any ideas of what could be going on?  I'm working on a windows version of Adobe DC.

I use Acrobat DC on an iPad. I created a adobe id and as it appears now I have a free adobe document cloud membership. After login, saving to the document cloud works like a charm. This is all I am looking for, I am not interested in PDF coversions, fancy stuff etc. I just need a solid solution for viewing PDFs and syncing between devices.Now:Q1: What file size limits exist for upload and downloading PDFs from/to the document cloud from my iPad Acrobat DC?Q2: It appears that it will be free forever, is this correct?Q3: What is the maximum capacity of my document cloud?Q4: Why on earth is this information so hard to find? 🙂Please help me with my questions.Thanks a million!Cheers

Acrobat DC Pro keeps hanging when I click on the Pick Function on then Field Properties Calculate Tab. I keep losing what I've done!
