Ive just subscribed online but realised I have the wrong service by mistake... I require Convert PDF into Word doc service but selected Adobe send in error, sorry. Can you please switch the service for me? Thanks Anthony Levy

HI,guysI've got a problem,can anyone help me out?Some of my PDF documents got attachments,these attachments can be opened while I using Adobe Reader. After I uploaded those PDF documents to My FTP server and then using my browser to browse those PDF,I can not open these attachments.Thanks

online and within 15 minutes I  a Adobe product online and within 15 minutes I emailed asking for cancellation. That email was returned undeliverable. I've tried multiple times to contact customer service I cannot find a phone number when I go online it just loops in the website and you never get away to cancel when I finally went to manage accounts and cancelled it there it showed a cancellation date a year from now however the email said that if you cancel within 30 days you get a full refund but they have not refunded my money and I can't get ahold of anybody. Does anybody have a phone number or a direct email to customer service?

I subscribed to Acrobat Pro a few months ago for AUD 19.99 per month. I now see that the same product is going for AUD 14.99 per month. Is there any way to change my annual subscription to the lower amount?

HelloI created a pdf document with internal links to different parts of the document. However, when I published it in Acrobat.com to share it, the links are no longer operational. Is there a way to keep the links operational when being viewed online? (Once you download them they're usable again) Thanks, Daniel

I'm trying to create a questionnaire where selecting a particular answer to a question would automatically 'jump' the user to the next relevant question, so they don't have to wade through lots of irrelevant questions. I'd also like to add guidance notes to each question. Is there a template that will allow me to do this? If not, how can I create such an interactive PDF?

I purchased from an online source a resume which was sent to me via PDF using Adobe.  I would like to save the PDF as a word document and when I press download and asked to convert to MS it just takes me back like a revollving door to advertisement for purchasing Adobe and back to the PDF file again.  Please help me get my PDF converted to a word document.  Does anyone out there know of a way ?Thanks in advance.

How can I open and fill out a Secured Adobe PDF job application?

Only recently when I try to print in Acrobat Pro 9, it prints backwards/reversed.. like a mirror.  It shows correct on the page, but when it's printed it's reversed.  I must have changed a setting by accident but can't find the issue.  Possibly in Adobe Illustrator when I tried to change the direction of an image.  It only prints like this in Acrobat.. no other application.

When using the "Fill & Sign PDF" feature, is there a way to stretch to size the text box on a specific area of the page...instead of the text box going on in one straight long line....? I'm not seeing there's an option or ability to do so, just wanting to confirm.

Trouble loading pics from card.  They appear to have loaded correctly but are not there later.  Tried reloading but get error saying the files are alreaady in my catalog.
