I signed up for a one year subscription, but now when I go to open Acrobat Pro, it says my trial period has expired and sends to the the subscription page.  How do I get it to recognize my one year subcription?  I don't have any software license numbers, other than my order # and confirmation.

I can't seem to remember my password

I simply want to passw protect my pdf files generated by Adobe Acrobat. However the option as indicated by the helpdesk is not available in my pdf generator. I am working with apple? Can someone tell me how to pass protect my files?Can some one help me out here?

How many computers does 1 adobe pro licence cover?Can they access the adobe pro independently or does one have to wait until the other has logged out?

I need help, I can not figure out what is wrong with this system... I have an auto renewal so that we never have to completely renew this program, and I have been trying for the last 2 hours to convert a pdf file to a word document. Everytime I go to choose a file, it is only showing me the Word docs. in the customers file, not any of the PDF files which is what I need... ? Please help

I really need someone to help me. I have been trying to figure out how to select a PDF document to convert to a Word doc. When I go to select a PDF file, all that shows up is the WORD docs. does not show ANY of my PDF files... Please help me figure out what is going on? We have it set on auto renewal so I know its not that we haven't renewed this subscription, because we pay automatically.
